Next there is described the Environmental Management System, its extensiveness, requirements, benefits for company and the standards of EMS. In the document are described the differences between certification according to ISO 14000 or EMAS. Costs according to the etaps and posibility to financial subventions are analyzed in this document too. The next part is research-based tail, based on list of question to Czech companies, in which EMS is implemented. The research was pointed to prove the declared benefits for companies, experiences with EMS and general attitude of companies to this issue. In the end of the document there are comments, results of research and knowledge, which was observed during the research.

The Domain Name Market
Vondruška, Pavel ; Raška, Ondřej (advisor) ; Prokop, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is describing a current domain market situation and explaining methods of domain monetization. Background. TGF- is a key profibrogenic cytokine associated with chronic allograft nephropathy (CAN) pathogenesis. Renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury and hypertension represent important factors contributing to the development of CAN. The aim of the first, experimental part of the present study was to investigate the effect of immunosuppressant sirolimus in a model of accelerated renal injury in hypertensive transgenic rats (TGRs). The aim of the second, clinical part was to correlate the degree of CAN in the protocol biopsy of transplanted patiens with TGF-1 plasma levels and plasma levels of fibronectin. Another aim was to evaluate TGF-1 and fibronectin plasma levels in patients treated with different immunosuppressive (IS) regimes. Methods. Experiments were performed in TGR(mREN-2)-27 rats and their normotensive controls. We used a model of accelerated renal I/R injury. In clinical part of the present study, protocol biopsy has been suggested to be a beneficial method for early CAN detection. Protocol core biopsy was carried out in 105 kidney transplant recipients treated with different IS regimes 12 months after renal transplantation. Conclusions. Hypertension induced by high levels of renin in transgenic rats aggravated the renal injury induced by I/R injury. Sirolimus treatment was shown...

A classic experiment and computer simulation in physics teaching
PELC, Vít
The thesis discusses the use of the classical experiment and computer simulation in teaching physics at the elementary school. Paper defines the term experiment focuses on specific types of classic experiment and computer simulation options. A classic experiment and computer simulation in the research section gives associated with motivation for learning in physics classes. In the didactic analysis in teaching physics at inclusion classical experiment and computer simulation evaluates the effectiveness of the selected type of experiment.

Czech protectorate press in Reinhard Heydrich era
Renčínová, Pavla ; Bednařík, Petr (advisor) ; Kryšpínová, Jitka (referee)
A total power over the Czech official print became an integral part of the Nazis' policy during the Second World War. The print in all occupied countries should have served as one of the most important means by which the Nazis wanted to promote their ideology. Reinhard Heydrich, who came to the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia in autumn 1941, at first needed Czech people to cooperate for war industry. He was ready doing anything to achieve it. There were some journalists who /for various reasons/ helped him a lot. They did not only administratively execute his instructions but also took part in many fascist agitations. They had close connections with Gestapo and occupation authorities. On regular press conferences they were given instructions how to inform about what 's happening in the protectorate as well as on the battle field. As the result, they were responsible for many people's lives and fates and meant a great danger for whole nation. Besides these loyal quislings there were a number of such journalists who cooperated with the Czech resistance and exile in London. More than a hundred of them were executed or died in concentrate camps. London radio broadcasting showed how little people believed in the official protectorate print. Although the Nazis were quite successful in threatening the Czech...

Introduction: The aim of bachelor thesis is about the preparedness of health care facilities. The unexpected epidemic of Ebola 2014 in West Africa has become an international concern and the preparedness of health care facilities, prevention and control of this disease have become a major issue of concern. Methodology: For the development of the thesis, we chose a qualitative method, a form of research was an interview. The questions were designed in our own creation. The interview was conducted by epidemiological workers in surveyed health care facilities. The main objective of the research was to determine, what the methodologies in health care facilities are during admission and stay of a patient with Ebola. Results: From our analysis, the survey indicates that the organizational structure of hospital care ensures that patient with Ebola are handled according to the Government decree no. 15/2013 and health care facilities proceed according to the directive for unified procedure. In the development of an extraordinary incident, this is subjected to the International Health regulations in relation to the occurrence of highly dangerous infectious diseases in a health care facility. Another finding is that health professionals are familiar with the procedures in care of an Ebola patient by developed...

Klinicky významné druhy kvasinek a jejich interakce s hostitelem
Novosadová, Zuzana ; Palková, Zdena (advisor) ; Beranová, Jana (referee)
Pathogenic yeasts are nowadays a serious threat for mammalian host. They can cause dangerous diseases, which in many cases even result in death. Pathogens increase the chances of systemic infections by many virulence mechanisms. Experiments addressing the pathogenhost interactions are crucial for defeating these types of infections within the human body. Host-pathogen interactions are very complex and include all components of multicellular host organism. Recently, scientists have focused on the interaction of the mammalian immune system and pathogenic yeasts in more detail. This work summarises interactions of pathogen with selected host cells, especially with macrophages. Yeast pathogens, especially Candida albicans, are capable of influencing the gene expression in interacting cells. These pathogens are capable of modulating the expression while engulfed inside macrophages and other cells of the immune system. Pathogenic yeasts can also change the overall characteristics of their surrounding environment. C. albicans can sense pH and influence it. Therefore, it can increase its virulence by the changes of pH leading to autoinduction of morphological transitions. This work briefly reviews how selected yeast pathogens influence their surroundings while interacting within the host organism. Deeper...

Findings of coins in Českokrumlovsko region
