Multinational corporations in the economy of Czech Republic (in comparison with Russian Federation),

This diploma paper provides an overview of operation and meaning of multinational corporations in the modern global economy and in the economy of the Czech Republic. Likewise, the paper presents a comparison of conditions and consequences, connected with the activities of multinational corporations in the economies of Russian Federation and Czech Republic. During the process of studying the history and modern reality of multinational corporations in Czech Republic the author wanted to realize, how substantial was their influence in Czech economy. By comparison with multinational corporations' activities in Russian economy the author finds out, whether the scenario is unique in Czech republic, or it is possible to find certain analogues in other countries.

In my thesis "The Czech Republic and its Membership in the European Union - social-economic consequences" is described the history of the European Union and the integration of the Czech Republic into this integration coalition. The aim of this thesis is above all to evaluate the impact of membership of the Czech Republic in the European Union on our national economic situation and on social-economic situation of our citizens, in addition, to inform readers about opinions of people living in the region of Beroun on the membership of the Czech Republic in the European Union.

European Integration and East Asian Regionalism: Comparison between EU and ASEAN

Globalization, as usual, accompanies the development of regionalization after the Cold War. The real content of regionalization is composed of regional integration. In other words, to understand the transformation of international communities, and relationship under globalization must refer to the regional integration. At present, the two most famous areas of integration belong to EU and ASEAN, even though the approach of integration differs from each other. However, the prominent cases of EU and ASEAN integration are always related to the discussion or comparison of other areas, which could borrow or follow their models of seemingly successful integration. Furthermore, the backgrounds of integration in EU and ASEAN are diverse, for instance, on history, politics, economy and cultures and on the other hand, the integration theory applied to EU is often different from ASEAN. Thus although drawing the EU experiences for the ASEAN is necessary, East Asian further integration indicates the different regions produce different logics of integration. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodní migrace, pracovními podmínkami Ukrajinců v ČR a situací na Ukrajině. Rozebrala jsem ekonomické, kulturní, populační i sociální důsledky, které tento společenský jev přináší. Zmiňuji hlavní tendence migračních pohybů z pohledu geografického, globalizace a transformace států. Dále též historii Ukrajiny a jejich neustálé problémy s migrací. S tím souvisejí ekonomické podmínky. V dnešní době jde nejčastěji o migraci pracovní. V každém státě - jak v ČR, tak na Ukrajině se snaží na tyto problémy reagovat a přizpůsobují legislativu. Ukrajinská krize od roku 2013 důsledku migrace příliš nepomohla. Občané strádají a snaží se najít optimální řešení pro svůj život. Práce se zabývá teoretickým i praktickým šetřením životních podmínek, které jsou Ukrajincům u nás poskytovány. Zjišťuje, zda byly ovlivněny tradice, zvyky či náboženství. The role of social worker in the integration of the recognised refugees

V úvodu své diplomové práce jsem si dala za cíl zmapovat situaci na poli integrace a zjistit do jaké míry je integrace úspěšná z pohledu azylanta a z pohledu sociálního pracovníka a jakou roli sociální pracovník hraje při integraci azylantů. Vzhledem ke zjištěním poznatků lze konstatovat, že koncepce integrace azylantů (v oblasti bydlení, výuky českého jazyka a zaměstnání) se stala nedílnou součástí české legislativy. Každoroční usnesení vlády ČR, týkající se integrace azylantů, jsou dokladem toho, že Česká republika má zájem o úspěšnou a komplexní integraci azylantů a snaží se vytvářet i patřičné podmínky pro tuto integraci. Stávající model integrace azylantů má dobrý základ a nové alternativy tohoto modelu přináší další zlepšení podmínek pro integraci, avšak realizace této koncepce v praxi je neuspokojivá. Příkladem této neuspokojivé situace je státní integrační program v oblasti bydlení, který teoreticky nabízí tři varianty zajištění integračních bytů pro azylanty, v praxi však jsou realizovatelné pouze varianty I a II. Z těchto dvou realizovatelných variant se pak varianta II, která vznikla jako alternativa pro variantu I, setkala s velmi malým zájmem ze strany azylantů a vlastníků bytů a to sice z důvodů administrativní náročnosti. Security System Based on Intelligent Sensors

The main target of this bachelor's thesis is to design and implement security system based on intelligent sensors. First part describes basic principles, design and implementation of security systems. Further are explained functions and use of intelligent sensors. The creation of design and implementation process are shown in the next part of the thesis. Security system consists of local system, which is integrated into physical building, and server providing web interface. System monitors its surroundings through intelligent sensors and responds to security incidents. Actual state and events history are available through web interface.

The practical part is aimed to analyze the completed achievement tests and questionnaires by students of business academies and interpretation of the results with subsequent own proposals for the integration of cross-curricular curriculum Man and the world of work into the educational system in economic fields of education.

The effect of european economic integration on international trade

This bachelor thesis aims to economic integration of Europe. In the first part, it focuses on issues of stages of economic integration. The second part is dedicated to Europen Monetary union, its advantages and disadvantages. The next part is dealing with history and development of EU, CEFTA, EFTA, BAFTA. In final part, we use gravity model of international trade to analyze influence of each mentioned integrated group. Panel dataset consists of 27 776 observations of 23 years (1993-2015). Our results are consistent with other researchers, that are dealing with this issues. But some differences have been found. Preferential trading areas increases international trade, but the EMU coefficient is negative. Later on, we compare calculated potential exports of the czech republic to real exports to neighboring countries.

Design and production of sample panels with system installation Inels

Diploma thesis deals with the problems of system installations. The system installation is presented as an installation, where the light switch does not serve for interrupt a power circuit, but it serves as a sensor, which directs the status change of actuator, that makes the own manipulation with a power circuit. In the first chapter the diploma thesis presents the history of the system installation development depending on the demand for the system regulation in buildings centrally and complexly. There are also summarize advantages and disadvantages of installations, which are used in these days. In the second chapter, the system installations are devided into centralized and decentralized systems. The centralized systems are constructionally simpler as well the communication, but the whole system is more inclinable to fail. The decentralized systems are more complicated, more expensive, but more reliable and they have also potentiality to extand. Two decentralized systems, nowadays the most used, are further presented – KNX and LonWorks. They are used especially for the administration buildings control. Then the diploma thesis presents both some systems, which are used abroad, and the situation at the Czech market, whereas there is described the system INELS, which is made by Elko ep. Limited Company. The goal of the thesis, which is mentioned in the third chapter, is to present the system installations, design a panel with this installation including the panel´s handmade, and then on this panel demonstrate the panel´s using for education in laboratory practices. The fourth chapter discusses the author´s characterization of the panel´s concept – there is described the graphical concept of the panel, used units and their integrations. By all of used units their functions on the panel are described. In the last but one chapter, there are mentioned the practical applications, which the panel serves, and there are also described the concepts of laboratory tasks for education of the fundamental configuration and possibilities of the system installation INELS. The chapter also engage in the configuration of the system for the panel, which presents control elements in one room via the system installation INELS. This configuration serves for the presentation of the educational panel. The conclusion is dedicated to the summary of the mentioned problems.

Analysis of stability problems in the side slope of open pit mine ČSA

Our current society is very energetically intensive. The location of the Czech Republic, its natural conditions and mineral resources, offers one of the few options for its acquisition, which is mining and coal processing. The effort is to get this important raw material economically as convenient as possible and also with limited negative environmental consequences. One of these options is mining of brown coal in open pit mines. Side slope is an integral part of the open pit mines and this thesis deals with the side slope of one of the largest open pit mines in the Czech Republic, of The open pit mines of the CSA. It is the base of the Ore Mountains, geologically very difficult terrain in which it is necessary to carry out the individual extraction steps very carefully, to avoid disproportionate economic and environmental damage. The company Czech Coal Group, Litvínovská uhelná, a.s., which deals with coal mining in the quarry of the CSA, constantly monitors this area and coordinates the work. In spite of this fact, there are smaller or larger landslides in the side slope. The geological and hydro geological conditions of the area are analyzed in this diploma thesis.
