Bachalor thesis "Attitude of Clinton and G. W. Bush administration to question of Palestinian state" deals with the attitude of Clinton and G. W. Bush administration to problematic of constitution of Palestinian state in Near East. Thesis concentrates on key plans to Palestinian state since nineties of twenty century and American policy toward them. Mein subject is question of continuity of American policy toward these problematic and options, which this policy can give. We shouldn't leave out context of the problematic mainly connected with treaties from Oslo 1993, Wye river memorandum 1998, unsuccessful summit in Camp David 2000, Road map for Peace 2003 and finally last bigger attempt in Annapolis 2007.

Australian immigration policy and its economic impacts

This paper describes trends in Australian immigration policy and analyses impacts of immigrants and immigration on the Australian economy. The first part defines the term of international migration and its categories. The second section is devoted to the description and explanation of particular migration theories, which are used during the study of international migration. Assumptions, causes and effects of migration are investigated in detail. Impacts of migration on the economy are further explored in the third part of the thesis. The influence of immigrants on the labor market, wages and unemployment, economic growth and international trade are continued to be examined. Fiscal effects of immigration and a problem of population aging are also described. The next part talks about Australian immigration policy, its evolution and current situation. It analyses different waves of immigration to Australia from 1788 to present. The beginnings of the White Australia Policy are portrayed as well as the change to multiculturalism. The last chapter analyses the composition of Australian immigration population and covers the impacts of the Australian immigration policy on the Australian economy, growth and international trade.

Analysis of the benefits in subsidiary of foreign company in the Czech Republic

My bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation and stimulation of employees. Its aim is to analyze the employee benefits provided by a particular company. Also it is to evaluate the various benefits and suggest improvements regarding this issue. Benefit policy is considered an important tool in stimulating employees. The theoretical part deals with general term related to the theme, motivational theories and stimulating sources. The practical part includes a description of the company, but also reflects the progress and results of the survey. The important part is a designated consultation with the Personnel Director. In conclusion of bachelor thesis there are the backgroung and suggestions for improving employee benefits.

Development of the bank fee policy in retail banking sector in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis describes development of the bank charges in the Czech Republic in the years 2006-2009. Object of this work was to notice trends of the development from three different points of view. First part of work introduces theoretical determination with characteristics of chosen products in five czech banks. Third chapter deals with the model of client behaviour and its progression in monitored years. Next chapter presents results of analysis from the view of model client and individual bank. This chapter includes the summary of trends and cohesion of banks.

My Bachelor's work" Head scarf law as an example of solving the multiculturalism in France" dwells on the current integrative and immigratory policy of one of the most numerous religious minorities -- the Muslims. The demographic emergence is briefly defined and a key French vocable Laicité is interpreted in the text below too. The merits of my work are in a detailed analysis of the Islamic head scarf problem and its wearing related multicultural conflicts. Such French major concerns led to a legislative adjustment of Laicism Act in 2004. President Sarkozy's opinion on the above mentioned Act and a brief view of Islamic chapels' fabrication problems are parts of my work as well.

Environmental and economic impacts of include aviation to EU ETS

The main topic of this thesis is analysis of supposed impacts of include aviation to EU ETS. Analysis is built on estimation real situation in topic and data analysis. In the first part of work is explicate aviation from environmental view and legislativ. The second part handle about emissions trading. In the third and fourth part of work are described the new direction of implementing the aviation into EU ETS and position of particular involved sides and economics and environmental impacts. The final part is handled comparison of considered environmental policy to reduce aviation effects to climate change.

Attitude of football fans of AC Sparta Praha towards aggression

Title: Attitude of football fans of AC Sparta Prague towards aggression Objectives: The aim is monitoring of the current milieu in the stands of the Generali Arena, to find out the attitudes to aggressive displays which some of the football fans and the management of the team took on and then another aim is to try to propose some possible proving measures according the information the author got in the research. Methods: Author mentions information got due to the study of the available sources which are connected to these issues. The autor also specified the terms like aggression and its causes and forms, then the behaviour of the individuals and of the crowd, the definition of the attitude and its research and also the theoretical definition of the football matches attenders. The research includes the collectioning and the analyze of the information from the secondary sources, then the observation during the Sparta Prague matches and the interview with some of the fans. Results: The author found out that the nonverbal type of aggression like catcalls to the opponents and like a reaction to the referee decision shows in the stands the most often. Tématem diplomové práce je problematika informačních zdrojů v činnosti bezpečnostních složek státu. Práce se zabývá především informačními zdroji využitelnými Policií České republiky a zpravodajskými službami. Uvádí však i příklady informačních zdrojů využitelných ostatními bezpečnostními složkami. Zmiňuje se například o informačních zdrojích z oblasti vojenství, které mohou využívat ozbrojené síly České republiky. Avšak stěžejním předmětem zájmu diplomové práce, jak již bylo naznačeno, zůstávají dva vybrané subjekty - zpravodajské služby a Policie České republiky. Práce je tak rozdělena na část zabývající se informačními zdroji zpravodajských služeb a na část týkající se informačních zdrojů Policie České republiky. V rámci těchto částí pojednává práce nejprve o významu samotných informací pro tyto bezpečnostní složky, a poté podává příklady konkrétních informačních zdrojů (včetně zahraničních) s jejich stručnou charakteristikou. Diplomová práce popisuje nejen veřejně přístupné informační zdroje, ale i některé speciální zdroje informací, mezi něž se řadí například policejní informační systémy. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje také právním aspektům využívání informačních zdrojů v rámci vybraných bezpečnostních složek. Financial management of municipal waste in municipality Dacice

The graduation thesis concerns on questions of financial management of municipal waste in municipality Dacice. Profits and costs, related to waste management, are analyzed. Relevant economic theories are presented in the first chapter. Consequent chapters describe economic instruments and legislative regulation of waste policy in Czech Republic. The practical application of the theoretical findings is presented in the final chapter. Pursuant to analysis of waste management the deficiencies are mentioned and recommendations are given.
