Bakalářská práce "Šátkový zákon jako příklad řešení multikulturalismu ve Francii" se zabývá současnou integrační a imigrační politikou jedné z nejpočetnějších náboženských menšin, menšiny muslimské. Dále je zde stručně charakterizován demografický vývoj a vysvětlení pojmu "laicité", který je pro Francouzskou republiku klíčovým. Jádrem bakalářské práce je rozbor problematiky islámského šátku a multikulturních konfliktů, které s jeho nošením souvisejí. Tato problematika je ve Francii natolik závažná, že bylo nutné v roce 2004 zavést legislativní úpravu Zákona o laicismu. Součástí práce je i názor současného prezidenta Sarkozyho na tento zákon a stručný pohled na problematiku výstavby modliteben na území Francie. My Bachelor's work" Head scarf law as an example of solving the multiculturalism in France" dwells on the current integrative and immigratory policy of one of the most numerous religious minorities -- the Muslims. The demographic emergence is briefly defined and a key French vocable Laicité is interpreted in the text below too. The merits of my work are in a detailed analysis of the Islamic head scarf problem and its wearing related multicultural conflicts. Such French major concerns led to a legislative adjustment of Laicism Act in 2004. President Sarkozy's opinion on the above mentioned Act and a brief view of Islamic chapels' fabrication problems are parts of my work as well.
