Personal diagnostics-measurement methods of current and perspective staffs

The dissertation is focused on personnel diagnostics. It understands it as an instrument, which helps the company to choose the best employees, to compare an actual profile of personality of a candidate or an employee with an ideal profile of position, which is needed to fill, and to assess the potential of employees. It concentrates on methods of personnel diagnostics. It uses the classification of psychodiagnostic methods after Mojmír Svoboda. It describes two of three groups of diagnostic methods, which can be used in human resources management. They are clinical methods and testing. There are characteristics of all subsets of this classification. There are described other methods, which are used in HR management most frequently. The intention of the dissertation is to find and describe the diagnostic methods, which can be used in practice by personnel clerks without university degree in psychology or without practice. For these purposes there are described methods like interview, Thematic Apperception Cards after Evangelu, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and technique of Pack of Personnel Cards after Evangelu. Nonfinancial remuneration of teachers in preprimary education

The thesis deals with non-financial remuneration of teachers in pre-primary education . The introductory part is devoted to a general definition of basic concepts, the theory of human resources and remuneration. The next section is characterized by financial and non-financial forms of remuneration . There are specified the different types of rewards . The final section analyzes the choice of the most efficient and preferred forms of non-financial reward teaching staff of pre-primary education . It compares the views and preferences of headmasters and teachers. Management of risks during recruitment and selection of teaching staff

Human factor creates the greatest risk when working with people. Above all, to give a good example for future generations, it is necessary to select preschool teachers carefully. However, the role teachers play is not only to present a good example for children but to be also a colleague and team worker. Pre-school teachers are required to possess professional and personality competences. Therefore the process of recruitment and selection of teaching staff (followed by their adaptation in preschools) is one of the most important and difficult things in personnel management. Key staff, mangers and personnel officers are in charge of this process. It is highly important to be able to identify, evaluate and eliminate possible risks in the course of all recruitment process. To eliminate such risks is fundamental not only for key staff in education system. The aim of the paper is to define particular measures of prevention arising form identification and evaluation of possible risks during recruitment and selection of teaching staff school education, taking into account their future incorporation into the process of education. Human resources management in nonprofit organizations (comparison of different types of organizations)

The work is focused on human resource management of non-profit organizations. The aim is to describe the similarities and differences of HR management in various types of non-profit entities. In connection with this is the theory of the non-profit sector and human resource management in general discussed here. HR processes are discussed in detail. The empirical part deals with the comparison of different types of NGOs. At first, there are tested several hypotheses based on the differences between the organizations, small and medium-sized. However, primarily, they are divided according to their functions to the service, advocacy and community. The empirical part consists not only of quantitative questionnaire, but additionally also of interviews with a representative of each researched category. As the result there is a summary of differences between every single type of organizations and description of three specific cases of human resources management in NGOs.

This final work deals with personnel activities in respect of defining the most frequent personnel risks at work of a secondary school headteacher. It proceeds from studying specialized literature to this subject matter and from a survey made among secondary school headteachers in the Liberec region. This work offers secondary school headteachers information about possible personnel risks with regard to personnel activities those risks are related with. This bachelor's thesis studies criteria of the choice of the school's headmaster's closest colleague, or more specifically, a deputy headmaster in a kindergarten and the primary schools in Benešov. It investigates the criteria used by the headmasters, and whether personal, or rather professional qualities are preferred in the selection. A qualitative research conducted in form of a case study shows that the addressed respondents had certain criteria they used to choose a competent and experienced co-worker on the position of deputy headmaster because good decision in this matter is very important for them. Materials obtained during the interviews showed how big the responsibility of the deputy is, how much work they need to do and how important for the headmaster they are. Management activities of free time teachers - of the main leaders of children's camps

The final thesis deals with the topic of sequential managerial functions performed by the chief executive of a children's camp. It is based on the assumption that the head chief performs all managerial functions in the preparation and implementation of the action sequence. On the basis of the specific literature read, the theoretical part characterizes each sequence functions - planning, organization, personnel and control. It specifies the children's summer camp as a child's recovery time period and clarifies the rules for the organization, including legal aspects. It also assigns specific jobs for the head chief of the camp before and during camp for each sequential management functions. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the main leaders of the childrens' camps, for who are graduates of the course qualifying for the specific position. Analysis of the results showed that the head chief, regardless of the childrens' camp's operator, perform all the sequential management functions at least half of these activities. The highest rate was found at activities carried out by the main leaders, who work all year round as educator of a free time, and are employed in the Youth Centre or in The Leisure Time Centre.
