Based on the research and analyses are chosen the suitable strategy and tools which should bring added value to the owners and the satisfaction of customer´s needs as well.

Business plan will serve to decide whether to start a business or not.

This thesis deals with a description of a business plan and with the process of its composition. The theoretical part outlines different forms of enterprises and defines laws that govern them. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes the process of the establishment of the limited liability company. It also provides a description of the situational analysis with all its steps, as well as the financial plan. The practical part of this thesis introduces a company hodnyvasek s.r.o. (llc). Moreover, it elaborates the organizational structure of the company, the situational analysis, and the marketing plan. Based on the results from the situational analysis, the financial plan is developed in the practical part of the thesis. At the end, the efficiency of investment is calculated by return on invested capital.
