The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing mix of the company OSVIT PROJEKT s.r.o. The theoretical part tells us the definition of the concepts of the marketing mix and the analyses needed to make proposals that will lead to the improvement of the company. The analytical part contains an analysis of the current state of the company and its marketing mix. The propositional part presents suggestions for changes that will improve the current state of the company and its marketing mix.

This diploma thesis focuses on communication mix of a non-banking company FlexiFin s.r.o. Primary goal of this thesesis is to identify the existing communication mix, which will be based on the analysis of current state. Work is divided into three parts where the first part is focused on theoretical background, for better understanding the topic. The following part is an analysis of the company, on which the last part will be based, which form proposals for improving the communication mix of FlexiFin.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of proposals for improving marketing communication of the Don Lemme online store on the Slovak market. First, the theoretical part defines key concepts such as international marketing, marketing mix, communication mix or marketing research, with an overlap into the analytical and proposal part. In the analytical part, the internal and external environment of the e-shop is presented. Also, thanks to the marketing research, the author of the thesis was able to set out proposals in the final part, which should help the e-shop to promote itself on the Slovak market.

Subsequently, a SWOT analysis is conducted to determine the restaurant's position in the market. The bachelor thesis explains the basic concepts related to marketing and marketing mix in the research part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the beer brewery Popelin, its marketing and the actual production of beer. The situation in the Popelín brewery was evaluated by means of SWOT and PESTLE analysis and the 4P marketing mix of the brewery was evaluated. The evaluation of the situation in the brewery showed that the brewery has no problems with sales and does not need to invest in advertising because people like to come back. The biggest danger for the Popelin brewery and other micro breweries is the increase in the price of inputs, especially energy prices.

Subsequently, marketing research will be conducted, which takes the form of a questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis thus carried out, individual proposals will be presented, the implementation of which should lead to the improvement of the current marketing mix of the company.

In the entire bachelor's thesis, I proceeded according to the theoretical basis of the work, which can be found in the theoretical part. Subsequently, I performed an analysis of the marketing mix and marketing environment of the construction company UNA- Rodinné domy s.r.o. Based on the results of the analysis of the current situation, I submitted proposals for improving the marketing mix.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of sales promotion and advertising of a company that deals with agricultural production. Marketing communication in the company is not thriving greatly, therefore based on this deficiency I will analyze the marketing communication, I will also pay attention to advertising and sales promotion which are part of the communication mix. At the end of this thesis, some solutions will be proposed to establish a closer relationship with the customers and the public of the community.
