Business plan Boy's Burger Food Truck

The main goal of this Master thesis is to verify the viability of the food truck with fast food. This type of business is well-known in the United States of America. The purpose is to find out whether the firm will be profitable and sufficiently attractive to customers in chosen market. This Master thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the business models and current tips for business plan and starting the business. Next there is made a list of recommended structures of classical business plan from several authors. The theoretical part of the thesis also includes the definition of specifics of the fast food branch in the Czech Republic. The result of the theoretical part is author's own proposal of the structure of the business plan. In the practical part of the thesis is the business plan of the company Boy's Burger Food Truck. At the end the purpose of the Master thesis is reviewed.

Business Plan – healthy fast food

This Master's Thesis deals with the processing of business plan in the public sector of catering and hospitality. More precisely, it is a fast food offering healthy nutrition products. The business idea was based on the trends of today, which are increasing orientation of consumers to buy food with a verifiable origin and orientation to a healthy lifestyle. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of an introduction explains the motivation for election of the Thesis topic. The second part summarizes the theoretical knowledge based on academic literature on how to create a business plan, how to choose the legal form of business and legislative requirements in this sector. The third part is a practical part, which describes the actual business plan. There are given partial analysis of the market, as the analysis of competitors, suppliers and customers. It also shows the financial plan that additionally analyzes the numbers of business plan. In the last part of the thesis named the conclusion is evaluated the entire business plan and its feasibility and there is indicated possible use in the future.

Neuberger, P., Consumer behaviour of young consumers between 15-29 years on fast food market in South Moravia region. Master Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Business and Economics, 2015. This master thesis is focused on consumer behaviour of young consumers between 15-29 years at fast food market in South Moravia region. The main aim of this thesis is to identify factors which influence consumer during buying process at this particular group of consumers and on this principle formulate general valid marketing recommendation. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used for research. Focus groups method and questionnaire method were used in research exactly. The result of these methods were used for cluster analysis. The result of cluster analysis are cluster with similar properties and members of these clusters are influenced by same factors. On this base general valid marketing recommendations are made for each cluster. These recommendations can be used in South Moravia region.
Prevalence of overweight and obesity among students at MU faculties of humanities-oriented

In this thesis I dealt with the prevalence of obesity among students of Masaryk University in Brno. The thesis shows the problems of our time, the spread of overweight and obesity. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the basic information on the topic, concerning the basic knowledge in the field of food and essential nutrients. We focus on the consequences of obesity, which depends on lifestyle and diet. Points to a possible link between overweight, obesity and frequent consumption of fast food restaurants. The thesis represents the basic treatment options. The practical part is then focused on mapping the incidence of overweight and obesity among students of Masaryk University in Brno in the age group 19-25 years. This research was attended by 500 students of both sexes from all selected faculties. The overall assessment of the representation of individuals with obesity and overweight was utilized Body Mass Index. Comparison among them were students from urban and rural areas, by gender, by frequency of visiting fast food restaurants.
Slow Food as a modern trend in the Czech food industry and gastronomy

The quality and origin of food are topics that are currently widely discussed not only in Czech society, but worldwide. High-quality food andmeals, environmental protection, and especially the preservation of regional differences are the key ideas of a movement called Slow Food. The main idea of this movement is the perception of gastronomy as a phenomenon that supports a national and local autonomy, environmental protection, and diningculture. The concept of Slow Food also consists of thoughtful and responsible choice of food by consumersand the preparation ofhigh-quality meals at home as well as in restaurants. This thesis describes the history and basic ideas of the Slow Food organization and focuses on the current impact of this movement in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes the Slow Food movement's stances oncurrent topics of agricultural policies, such as the common agricultural policy of the European Union, biodiversity and genetically modified crops. The thesis also describesa methodology of evaluating a survey that was conducted by the author for the purposes of this thesis. The survey aimed to confirm or to refute concrete hypotheses that were related to the market and business potential of agricultural products, foods and meals that fulfill the requirementsof the Slow Food movementin the Czech Republic.At the same time this thesis also compares prices of Slow Food products with standard food distributed by the international retail chains.
Searching for the Competitive Advantages of the company X and the key factors

This thesis deals with finding competitive advantages of the company X and the key factors for improvement. The aim of this work is to find through the research the competitive advantages of the chain company X, which provides fast food on the Czech market, it's deficiencies and key factors, that can help the Company to improve in the future time. The theoretical part consists of five chapters, beginning with a chapter on marketing services, the following chapters deal with the purchase decision-making process in the service market and market category and competitive advantage. Methodology chapter closes then all the theoretical part. The practical part includes chapters examining the importance of a fast food restaurant in the world and the current market trend in the Czech Republic. Other parts deal with the characteristic of market and market category, analysis of competition, characteristic of the company X. The most important chapters in this section are the practical results of the survey, suggestions and recommendations to the company.
Analysis of marketing communications of selected brand

This work deals with marketing communications of the selected brand in the QSR (Quick Services Restaurant) segment. The aim is to formulate appropriate recommendations that would increase the effectiveness of advertising. Recommendations will be based on the results of the analysis of communication activities focused on brand advertising, its effects on consumers' perception and evaluation. The theoretical part is devoted to the theory of marketing communications, effective communication, advertising, as such, and modern trends. The practical part begins with the introduction to the brand and its target group. Further, the model of marketing communications for selected brand with a focus on advertising is described and confronted with theoretical knowledge about creating effective advertising. Identified problem areas are subjected to a questionnaire survey. Based on the findings are formulated conclusions and recommendations for change in brand advertising.
Tax records in fastfood

This thesis deals with the tax records conducted in small-scale food. Describes the basic content, form and goals. Each of the different components of tax records is first defined theoretically in terms of the Act, which is always accompanied by a practical demonstration of keeping tax records in the food. But this does not apply to those components of tax records that are not in operation if food is often used. These parts work only provides a theoretical overview. Author describes the various advantages and disadvantages of this method of recording economic transactions and also points out certain difficulties which tax records in case the operation provides food.
Catering services in slovak rail transport

The purpose of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the services provided in slovak rail transport. The first chapter provides an introduction to food and beverage industry. The second chapter focuses on transport infrastructure in Slovakia and the position of rail transport in it. The third chapter looks into current trends in high quality services in European rail transport. The final chapter includes an analysis of service providers operating in Slovak railways and also gives a comparison of the two most important.
