Legal capacity of entrepreneurs in the social security

This graduation thesis describes the legal capacity of entrepreneurs in the social security in Czech Republic and in Germany. The thesis focuses on circumscription of rights and duties of self-employed and their distinction to those of employees. With regard to the extensity of the described issue does the essay not cover the status of entrepreneur as an employer. Beside the account of the social security system and its scheme records this thesis the distinct conception of this area in both mentioned countries. Furthermore the essay compares the social security frameworks in the Czech Republic and in Germany. At the end this diploma paper contains their general consistent and different attributes and possible reasons of the unlike conception.

The Achievements of Czech and Czechoslovak Athletes in the Olympic Games (1896-2004)

V ANGLIČTINĚ The achievements ofczech and czechoslovak athletes at Olympic Games from 1896- 2004 Introduction: The athletics has always been considered as the queen of olympic sports. This sport branch has a long history and accomplished to train up many of successful athletes, who represented the czech countries at modem Olympic Garnes. This historical study is devoted to the athletes placed to 6th place at the Garnes and also evaluates the reached achievements. Objective: To find out all the czech and czechoslovak athletes who has placed to 6th place and verify the values of reached achievements. To analyse achievements of our olympic participation according to different aspects. Method: We charted the participation and achievements from the archive of the Czech Olympic Comrnittee and from encyclopedia of Olympic Garnes. We decided to the following way of awarding points: 1st place - 6 points, 2nd place - 5 points, 3rd place - 4 points, 4th place - 3 points, 5th place - 2 points, 6th place - 1 point. Results: The results of our study suggest that our athlete gained 32 medals all together, the most successful Olympic Garnes for our athletics were in Helsinki 1952 according to medal score (5 medals) and points given for all performances placed to the 6th place. The lending of the audio and the audiovizual documents in the member states of EU and in the Czech Republic

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza situace v oblasti autorského práva a půjčování zvukových a audiovizuálních dokumentů v členských zemích Evropské unie a v České republice. Předkládá postupy řešení této problematiky v mezinárodních právních normách a dokumentech a v legislativních dokumentech Evropské unie, které jsou pro jednotlivé členské státy závazné. Práce se snaží zhodnotit přístupy jednotlivých členských států k této problematice především z hlediska uplatnění legislativy Evropské unie v národních legislativních normách. Popisuje situaci, která nastala v České republice v 90. letech 20. století a její řešení a obdobnou situaci na začátku nového tisíciletí. Porovnává řešení této problematiky v jednotlivých členských státech se situací, která nastala v České republice po schválení nového autorského zákona.

The Bohemian lattice in the renaissance and baroque periods

Po první, úvodní části, ve které jsou objasněny důvody, které vedly k výběru tématu a problémy během jeho zpracování, následuje sedm kapitol. Druhá kapitola, "Souhrn dosavadní literatury", poukazuje na úskalí, se kterými se setkáváme při studiu uměleckohistorické literatury, ale také na klady především odborné literatury, zabývající se obecnými kovy, která je nezbytná pro pochopení problematiky výroby mříží. Vývojem kovaných mříží v Evropě od nejstarších dob do období baroka se zabývá třetí kapitola, přičemž je kladen důraz na vývojové odlišnosti jednotlivých zemích a dále jsou zde uvedeny přI'klady významných dobových mříží a eventuelně jejich autorů, jsou-li známi. Vývoj v Čechách je zmíněn v souvislosti s vývojem v Evropě. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje materiálům sloužícím ke zhotovení mříží, technologii výroby mříží, užívaným výzdobným technikám a dále řemeslům zpracovávajícím kovy, skladbě mříže a ornamentu. Tyto informace jsou převzaty z literatury uměleckohistorické, ale také především z odborných příruček určených profesionálům zabývajícími se kovy. Důležitou částí je pátá kapitola, jejímž obsahem je vývoj kovaných mříží v Čechách do počátku novověku. Taktéž k tomuto tématu bylo čerpáno především z literatury. Tax reform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in view of flat tax

The bachelor thesis will be aimed to analyze the tax systems in the Czech Republic and Slovakia before tax reforms as well as after them. I chose this topic because of its recency and personal interest. First, theoretical part of the thesis will be a general outline of tax problems, will define taxes in historical and contemporary view and also overview of legislative background of tax systems. After that I'm going to focus on tax systems which were functional in both countries mentioned above including their mutual comparison. In the analytical part I will focus on reforms themselves, their results in legislative plane. That will be followed by numeric comparison aimed on revenues and expenditures of the state and impacts against tax-payers -- individuals. Not only financial but review non-financial impacts like simplification of the system. In the last part I'm going to figure out hypotetical analysis of impacts of the "Modrá šance", if it was accepted in original proposal. The objective of the thesis is to impartially compare positive and negative effects of tax reforms, which were realized in countries stated above.

Modelling and Risk Analysis of Civil Engineering Project

The goal of this thesis is to analyze the most appropriate use of the building in order to achieve maximum profit. A feasibility study was used to analyze the issue of profitability. The main points addressed in the feasibility study were the marketing plan, cash flow and risk assessment. The result of the thesis is a decision about the project's feasibility based on the project indicators.

This diploma thesis is focused on customer’s satisfaction of Peek & Cloppenburg’s website in Czech republic. In the first part, the main and secondary goals are defined alongside with the methods leading to the achievement of the goals. In the next part there are theoretical information summarized for best comprehension of the problem and its correct application. In the following part there are made analysis of company’s current situation and analysis of the research results. In the end there are on the base of previous analysis suggested recommendation for improvement of the current marketing communication of the company Peek & Cloppenburg in Czech Republic.

System design department for acquisition process at M&A department and its implementation in MS Sharepoint 2013

This thesis analyse the implementation of the MS SharePoint solution to the acquisition process of the selected M&A department of multinational enterprise. Analysis of the possible options to use the MS SharePoint 2013 platform for solution of the specific acquisition processes, descriptions of the recommendations for setting-up of the processes via MS SharePoint 2013 and implementation of the MS SharePoint 2013 solution in specific M&A department are the main goals of this thesis. The abovementioned goals are achieved through research in the relevant literature, research papers, based on the lectures provided by company Gopas and consultation with experts from Microsoft company as well as the practical experience of the author of this thesis. The main benefit of this thesis is the comprehensive review of the relevant areas, topics and issues and creation of the suitable solution and recommendations for the specific M&A department.

Práce uvádí do problematiky světové negramotnosti s teoretickou základnou. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části: na teoretickou a empirickou. Cílem teoretické je vymezení pojmu negramotnost a termínů, užívaných v souvislosti s tímto tématem. Cílem empirické části je zjistit aktuální úroveň analfabetizmu a jeho vývoj v průběhu historie na základě získaných dat. Za dílčí cíl je považována komparace negramotnosti ve vyspělých a rozvojových zemích světa.

Audit of process management

The thesis focuses on Audit of process management. In a section Current issue, the basic terms related to the topic of thesis are defined, for example audit and its purpose in enterprise, procedural audit, process and process management with applied methods included. Furthermore, the theoretical part gives an explanation about terms connected to quality and relevant standards of ISO. Selected and monitored enterprise for this thesis is a construction company XY which deliveres turnkey constructions. The company is certificated with ISO norms 9001. In analytical part the author will provide a procedural analysis which is base on conversation and cooperation with liable employees. In these analyses the up to date process will be identified as well as evaluated. Then the author will evaluate the current process of output product´s quality by chosen analysis. The author will also make a review of economic performance of the company in relation to up to date process that are currently taking place in the company. Afterwards, the comparison of adjusted process with ISO 9001 requirements will be made. From acquired findings which will come out from previous analysis the author of thesis will make a proposal to leading which contains simplification of the process, the aim is to increase performance. The author will bring a statement in every single section and refers to prevention. The author suggests to perceive a quality as the most important factor of success to achieve customer´s satisfaction which brings higher profit at the end.
