The image of ancient Egypt in historic novels of Nagīb Maḥfūẓ

Téma starověkého Egypta inspirovalo celou řadu tvůrců v mnoha oblastech umělecké činnosti - výtvarných umělců, hudebních skladatelů a spisovatelů. Staroegyptské motivy ovlinily také autory filmových scénářů, kteří jim dali buď romantickou podobu, nebo je využili jako předlohu pro napínavé příběhy či dramatické zápasy s historickou zápletkou. Během studia arabské kultury a literatury mě zaujala problematika prolínání a soužití různých kultur a civilizačních proudů na území arabského světa. Rozsah této problematiky jsem si uvědomila zvlášť silně v průběhu svého studijního pobytu v Egyptě. Často jsem se zamýšlela nad staroegyptským kulturním odkazem a jeho významem pro dnešní egyptskou společnost. Návštěvníka Egypta provázejí staroegyptské památky a faraónské motivy takřka na každém kroku, mě však zaujaly především formy ztvárnění tohoto kulturního dědictví v moderní egyptské arabské literatuře. Equal opportunities in selected Structual Funds of the European Union

The main topic of this thesis is the issue of utilising EU Structural Funds in the Czech Republic in establishing equal opportunities for women and men. In particular, it studies the coverage of this issue in selected Operational Programmes of the Czech Republic and the actual status of its enfrocement. The theoretic part of the thesis defines the general term of equal opportunities form women and men and related issues. It briefly specifies the principal international and Czech legal documents covering this topic. Following this general overview the paper provides characteristics of EU Structural Funds and subsequently Operational Programmes in the Czech Republic. The empiric part of the thesis is dividend into two sections. The first one focuses on the comparison of priorities in selected Operational Programmes during the previous and current programme period in term sof equal opportunities, in particular, on changes related to priorities in the area of equal opportunities. The intention is to obtain information about the content or shifts in the content of the Operational Programmes and their rhetoric. The subject of this bachelor thesis is "The rent and leasing", describing these financial products as they are in the legal order of Czech Republic. First part is dealing with the rent, concept connected with it and legal form, more specifically is studying rent contract and the rights and obligations. This part is focused on the sphere of business and several special cases of rents. The second part is aimed at the problem of leasing, usual terminology, the division of leasing operations and general terms of leasing used in praxis. In the last part is a comparison of pros and cons, which should potential applicant take into account. The thesis has as a goal to provide informations about basic legal order, moreover the differences between the renting and leasing and finally to give insight into the decision making about financing from external capital.

ANOTATION Title: Pilgrimages to Jerusalem in the Old Testament The aim of this thesis is to show the extent to which the Old Testament pilgrimages issue - as a specific religious phenomenon - is related to the identity, historic formation, and eschatological targeting by the chosen people of Israel at the Lord, their God. After an introductory chapter, which covers the basic contextual foundations of the issue (anthropology, human movement, the history of the religious community, the anakefaleiósis of its "founder" and the myth that the objectives of the entire human race are in perfect harmony), the author moves on to discuss to the legal standards and regulations which applied on the pilgrimages, as codified in the Pentateuch. In this second chapter the author focuses mainly on the way in which the celebration of pilgrimage holidays helped build the identity of God's people in diverse environments, times and circumstances, and the development of the liturgy of the three major pilgrimages that culminate in pre-exile Jerusalem. In the third chapter, the author focuses on the conflicts between the prophetic institution and the royal and clerical institution in the environment of the temple in Zion. - Compulsory vaccination This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of compulsory vaccination in the Czech Republic. The subject of the thesis is a conflict between compulsory vaccination and fundamental rights and freedoms as a result of the protection of public health. An option to refuse the compulsory vaccination, regulation of following sanctions and the absence of compensatory scheme for vaccine injury issue are also analysed. The first chapter introduces the compulsory vaccination issue. It presents terms related to the compulsory vaccination and current vaccination categories. The second chapter describes the legal regulation of compulsory vaccination with its legal basis in international law. It is concerned with the function of international treaties in the Czech legal system. Moreover, it presents a criticism of compulsory vaccination with respect to its claimed unconstitutionality. This chapter also introduces a public debate concerning compulsory vaccination along with pro and con arguments. The third chapter is, on the one hand concerned with the rejection of compulsory vaccination, and its following sanctions on the other hand. Tématem diplomové práce je problematika informačních zdrojů v činnosti bezpečnostních složek státu. Práce se zabývá především informačními zdroji využitelnými Policií České republiky a zpravodajskými službami. Uvádí však i příklady informačních zdrojů využitelných ostatními bezpečnostními složkami. Zmiňuje se například o informačních zdrojích z oblasti vojenství, které mohou využívat ozbrojené síly České republiky. Avšak stěžejním předmětem zájmu diplomové práce, jak již bylo naznačeno, zůstávají dva vybrané subjekty - zpravodajské služby a Policie České republiky. Práce je tak rozdělena na část zabývající se informačními zdroji zpravodajských služeb a na část týkající se informačních zdrojů Policie České republiky. V rámci těchto částí pojednává práce nejprve o významu samotných informací pro tyto bezpečnostní složky, a poté podává příklady konkrétních informačních zdrojů (včetně zahraničních) s jejich stručnou charakteristikou. Diplomová práce popisuje nejen veřejně přístupné informační zdroje, ale i některé speciální zdroje informací, mezi něž se řadí například policejní informační systémy. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje také právním aspektům využívání informačních zdrojů v rámci vybraných bezpečnostních složek. Financial management of municipal waste in municipality Dacice

The graduation thesis concerns on questions of financial management of municipal waste in municipality Dacice. Profits and costs, related to waste management, are analyzed. Relevant economic theories are presented in the first chapter. Consequent chapters describe economic instruments and legislative regulation of waste policy in Czech Republic. The practical application of the theoretical findings is presented in the final chapter. Pursuant to analysis of waste management the deficiencies are mentioned and recommendations are given.

Jak ovlivňuje nasazení podnikového systému úspěšné podnikání firmy

Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled o systémech ERP (včetně jejich rozšíření), popsat přínosy jednotlivých modulů systému ERP, obecně představit metriky použitelné pro kvantifikaci nákladů a přínosů informatiky a uvést některá jejich specifika. Dalším samostatným cílem je popsat a okomentovat variabilitu názvosloví napříč celou prací. Celá práce tak přináší přehledný popis systému typu ERP a poskytuje základní orientaci v problematice metrik a měření podnikové informatiky. Práce je rozdělena do několika oblastí. První část se zabývá problematikou informační společnosti a informací. Druhá část mapuje vývoj podnikových informačních systémů (PIS) a jejich typy z hlediska způsobu pořízení. Popisuje současný stav dané oblasti a uvádí některé vyhlídky do budoucnosti. Třetí celek, dekompozice PIS, se zabývá dvěmi složkami PIS, kterými jsou lidé a ERP systémy. V případě lidí uvádí jejich vlastnosti, u ERP pak vlastnosti, skladbu a popis funkcí jednotlivých modulů. Čtvrtá, poslední a nejrozsáhlejší část, přibližuje problematiku měření IS/IT. Konkrétně jsou uvedeny problematiky měření nákladů, přínosů. V závěru je popsána problematika úzce provázaná s měřením a řízením IS/IT. Práci je vypracována metodou rešerše informačních zdrojů a doplněna o závěry ze studia příslušné literatury.
