Rainbow Movement?s knowledge interests
Rolcová, Lenka ; Novák, Arnošt (advisor) ; Slačálek, Ondřej (referee)
(English) The thesis deals with the knowledge interests and identity of environmental non governmental organization Hnuti Duha (Rainbow Movement). The aim is to identify the ideological concepts, values and interests represented by Rainbow Movement, by using cognitive approach to social movements. In addition, my goal is to thematize cognitive approach to social movements in the Czech Republic. I believe that it offers a valuable perspective for studying social movements, organizations and the civic sector. In the first part, I compiled the theoretical basis. I first concerned with the issues of civil society and NGOs, and then I introduced the cognitive approach and aspects of the environmental movement. In the practical section, I applied the cognitive approach to the analysis of the identity of the NGO Rainbow Movement. I used a qualitative research strategy - an analysis of interviews with employees of the Rainbow Movement. I described the motivation and basic dimensions of knowledge interests (cosmological, technological, organisational) of the Rainbow Movement. I tried to involve the current focus of the organization to influence political processes and to spread a positive vision that is perceived as a positive reform within a democratic society in order to move towards greater discretion...

Importance and possibilities of winter cereals utilization in organic farming
Valdmanová, Miroslava ; Capouchová, Ivana (advisor) ; Petr, Petr (referee)
Organic agriculture is not only a way how to produce food and feed raw materials in friendly way , but also it has very important secondary and landscaping functions. Production without chemical inputs into organic farming is very important, but in a broader sense it helps this system to bring the landscape, to it is original and natural functions. The most grown cereal in organic farming in CZ is common wheat., which in year 2014 reaches an average return 3,05 t.ha-1 , was grown on an area of 6 117 ha and structure of the grain it took part 24 %. For winter crops after the decree takes for the following wheat, triticale with the average yield 2,97 t.ha-1 in the year 2014 with area of 3 530 ha, it is in aproximatelly 14% of the structure of grain crop in organic agriculture. Than rye followed by achieved in 2014 the average yield of 2,90 t.ha-1 and area of grown 2 392 ha, it is structure of the grain in organic agriculture less than 10%. Monitoring and evalution of wider range of varieties of winter wheat in organic and conventional agriculture has been pursued in the Research station of the Department of Crop production in Prague - Uhříněves since 1994. The results of experiments can help ecological farmers in better orientation in available varieties and to facilitate the selection of a suitable variety for their needs. Parts this long term activities is also my diploma thesis. As expected, in general cultivars of conventionals wals of growing reached higher yields in our experiment - cultivars Tobak (B) - 11,6 t.ha-1 , Gordian (B) a Matylda (A) - the same yield 11,0 t.ha-1 and the most low yield was in cultivars Bohemia (A) - 9,6 t.ha-1 , Annie (E) a Cimrmanova raná (E) - both the same 9,8 t.ha-1 . In ecological system was discover the most high yield in cultivars Gordian (B) - 9,5 t.ha-1 a Tobak (B) - 9,3 t.ha-1 , the most low than in cultivars Bohemia (A) - 8,0 t.ha-1 , Cimrmanova raná (E) - 8,2 t.ha-1 a Annie (E) - 8,5 t.ha-1 . It is therefore clear, that in both type of system of cultivation reached the most high and the most low amount of yield the same cultivars. But is important to say , that good amount of results reached cultivars Evina and Fabina too. Both are from quality group of E (mostly in ecological type of economy). Cultivars which reached in our attempts the best results of yield, had the samet he best results of healty test and on arganic area was no flattened. The evaluation of quality indicators showed that the conventional method of cultivation, the highest N-content in dry matter corn varieties Annie (E) - 13.8% and Cimrman's early (E) - 13.2%; lowest then Seladon varieties (B) and Vanessa (C) - the two identically 10.7%. The organic way of growing the highest content of N in dry matter corn varieties observed in Cimrman's early (E) and Eve (E) - two identically 11.6% and immediately behind Annie (E) - 11.5%. The lowest content of N in dry matter showed grain varieties Tobak (B) and Vanessa (C) - the two identically 9.7%. In both systems, the cultivation is evident in consistent trend of gradual reduction of N in dry matter from grain varieties of quality Group E (elite) to a variety of quality Group C (other unsuitable for baking process). In case of Zeleny test achieved in the conventional system the highest values variety Annie (E) - and 60.2 ml Cimrman's early (57.3 mL); then the lowest varieties Vanessa (C) - 25.3 ml and KWS Ozon (C) - 29.7 ml. The organic way of cultivation had recorded the highest value Zeleny test for early varieties Cimrman (E) - 55.8 ml and Fabius (E) - 47.0 ml, the lowest varieties KWS Ozon (C) - 24.7 ml and Vanessa (C ) - 19.0 ml. As in the case of N content in dry matter-grains is also here in both systems growing trend decrease values SBV test of quality varieties of groups E to a variety of quality group C. In the event that organic farmers farmed in similar environmental conditions, such as those on the Department of Crop production in Praha-Uhříněves and sought food quality wheat, it would be him on the basis of our results, we recommended eg. a variety of Eve and Fabius (both from a quality group E) which reached both good quality and satisfactory yields of grain (in the case of a significant focus on quality and variety Annie and Cimrman's early - both also quality group E). In the case of preference revenue would be recommended varieties, some varieties of quality group B, for example. Gordian and Tobak. The work was completed at the end of a brief comparison of the economy growing wheat in organic and conventional systems. From this comparison came out better ecological wheat (despite significantly lower revenues), mainly due to the significantly higher price, a higher total subsidies and lower variable costs.

Blue Ocean Strategy
Reiman, Yuliya ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee)
The subject of my bachelor's thesis is "Blue Ocean Strategy". The main goal of this work is to explain the problems of Blue Ocean Strategy, which is the actual trend in the market. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes what it is competitiveness, competitive advantage, Porter's five forces model and its competitive strategies further build on the Blue Ocean Strategy, value innovation, analytical tools and system framework of strategy and attributes that well-developed Blue Ocean Strategy must have. In the practical part then I will focus on the application of Blue Ocean Strategy on the example of the emerging sports center in the Jindrichuv Hradec, using analytical tools and system frameworks of this strategy.

Texas organizational culture
Hronzová, Kristýna ; Müllerová, Františka (advisor) ; Hinčica, Vít (referee)
The goal of the thesis "Texas organizational culture" is to find and define specifics of Texas organizational culture as a part of American organizational culture. First, theoretical terms connected to culture and organizational culture are defined. In the practical part of the thesis, American organizational culture is described, namely ethical codex, company social responsibility, workplace, team-building and dress code. The last part concerns Texas itself, its culture in general, history, independence, patriotism and religious beliefs. Then, the specifics of Texas organizational culture are also described. This thesis provides a detailed view on Texas organizational culture as a part of American organizational culture, at the same time it helps to understand the cultural values of Texas, which leads to a better orientation when in business relations.

Heme-protein interactions in cytochromes P450
Majerová, Kristýna ; Hudeček, Jiří (advisor) ; Stiborová, Marie (referee)
Cytochromes P450 (CYP) are monooxygenases participating reactions of the PhaseI in xenobiotic biotransformations. Better and more detailed knowledge of heme - protein interaction is crucial for understanding of function of these enzymes; in particular, of their regulation. We analyzed orientations of both heme vinyl side-chains in all X-ray structures of CYP enzymes available in the PDB data bank. For two mammalian forms, CYP 2A4 and 3A4, a more detailed analysis of the heme contacts with the apoprotein was performed, based on identification of the amino acid side chains in the vicinity. In addition to spatial information, dissociation constants and Coulombic interaction of polar residues in proximity to the heme were calculated using the PropKA web server. Deviations of the heme from planarity in both forms of P450 was investigated using the normal coordinate analysis (NSD server). Distribution of torsion angles of vinyls in position 2 and 4 of the heme shows that the side- chain at position 2 is conformationally more restricted in most P450 forms studied. Comparison of all forms shows that the range of ättainable values of torsional angles is very wide, practically unrestricted, and that the actual conformations of the heme moiety are probably determined more by the interaction with the protein,...

The qualitative research of motivation aspects of crisis intervention workers in a broader social frame
Vacková, Petra ; Holda, Dalibor (advisor) ; Humpl, Lukáš (referee)
The first objective of this thesis is to describe motivational aspects of members of The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic in a broader social frame which brought the to the selection of a specialization as members of post-traumatic care teams within The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic. In the centre of the exploration there are questions of their motivation for a selection of their specialization and also questions about their expectations from the specialization, questions of their actual experience and of their value tendencies. The other objective of this thesis is to compare data from interviews with firemen with data from interviews with workers of psychosocial crisis intervention who were respondents of a pilot research. The theoretical part of the thesis describes basic definitions of topical dealt with in the research such as motivation, needs, crisis, crisis intervention, workers of crisis intervention, The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, firemen and qualitative research. The second practical part of the thesis presents a qualitative research aiming to describe motivational aspects of firemen. The main data collection method are semi-standardized interviews with 9 firemen - members of post-traumatic care teams from 5 district and 8 different fire brigade stations of the Czech Republic....

Have graduates of universities met the requirements of the labor market in Czech Republic in 2014?
Bednaříková, Karolína ; Prachař, Ondřej (advisor) ; Barák, Vladimír (referee)
Thesis deals with question if graduates of universities in the Czech Republic, in 2014 have met the requirements of the labor market. The theoretical part is focused, mainly to the labor market, briefly it is dealed with education and the classification of economic activities by NACE. The practical part is concerned with comparing the number of graduates and the production in percentage which can help us to ensure if is education oriented in the right direction. Benefit of my bachelor work could be not only for high school students who are taken their own decisions in which university is the best to submit an application, but also for the universities. Graduates of the universities are largely focused on the wrong courses and they are studying the ones that produce less value.
