Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, jestli absolventi univerzit v České republice odpovídají v roce 2014 požadavkům trhu práce. V teoretické části se zabývám hlavně trhem práce, krátce se věnuji vzdělání a klasifikaci ekonomických činností NACE. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním počtu absolventů a produkce v procentech, abych zjistila, zda se vzdělání orientuje správným směrem. Přínos by moje bakalářská práce mohla mít nejen pro studenty středních škol, kteří se rozhodují, na jakou vysokou školu si podat přihlášku, ale i pro samotné vysoké školy. Absolventi, kteří vystudovali univerzitu, se ve velké míře zaměřují na špatné obory a studují ty, které produkují méně hodnot. Thesis deals with question if graduates of universities in the Czech Republic, in 2014 have met the requirements of the labor market. The theoretical part is focused, mainly to the labor market, briefly it is dealed with education and the classification of economic activities by NACE. The practical part is concerned with comparing the number of graduates and the production in percentage which can help us to ensure if is education oriented in the right direction. Benefit of my bachelor work could be not only for high school students who are taken their own decisions in which university is the best to submit an application, but also for the universities. Graduates of the universities are largely focused on the wrong courses and they are studying the ones that produce less value.
