At the beginning, the term digital footprint is investigated from several points of view, according to fields that use it. Based on these differences, the definition of the term is stated, suitable for the purpose of this work. Then the origin of the digital footprints, and connected risks, are described. In the next chapter, the opportunities of control, finding of scale, and possible remove of digital footprints by the user, are outlined. In the practical part, that immediately follows the previous chapter, the suitable tools are chosen, and by the mutual comparison, it is investigated whether it is possible (and if so, to what extent) to prevent possible risks and protect the privacy.

Prevention of specific development disorders in children from disadvantaged backgrounds, whose parents are drug users
Havlová, Božena ; Šťastná, Lenka (advisor) ; Vondráčková, Petra (referee)
In this paper I look at the question of how to educate these children, what is the identified attitude of the parents towards the child's education and what effect the family environment of drug abusing parents has on the his/her development. There are a number of hypotheses concerned with the education of these children and with the fact that the family environment can affect the results of the interventions aimed at them. These hypotheses also cover the fact that the behaviour and education of preschool children can be improved, and that ADHD, disorder attention deficit linked to hyperactivity, can be positively modified with a set of professional approaches and if the mother follows the instructions given to her. The aim of this work is to show how it is possible to work on the prevention of developmental disorders in preschool children from disadvantaged backgrounds and how these children can be educated to become capable among their peers. Examples of both conventional and alternative approaches have been provided, which would attract experts and motivate children to work. Materials aimed at the prevention of developmental disorders and a description of interventions aimed at the child and his/her mother have been outlined. The aim of this work is to compare the average development of the preschool...

The ways of the contemporary Tunisian poetry
Lišková, Iva ; Oliverius, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Kučera, Petr (referee) ; Petrová, Jana (referee)
The purpose of this doctoral thesis is to outline the main trends in the contemporary Tunisian poetry, present it in its variety and colour, and testify to its parity with larger Arabic national literatures. Making use of different theoretical frameworks offered by the modern literary science, the major part of the thesis is given to interpretation of selected poetry collections written by different authors over the period from the early 1990s to the present day. The interpretation is divided into five "currents" reflecting five distinctive sources of inspiration, which, nevertheless, often merge and overlap. The first chapter of the analytical part is interested in collections responding in one way or another to the political situation in Tunisia or other Arabic countries. The second chapter focuses on collections that link the classical Sufi poetry heritage with modern poetic trends. The third chapter is given to surrealism. Covered by the fourth chapter, another "current" of the contemporary Tunisian poetry is fed by fairy tales, legends and myths of both Arabic and other origin. The final analytical chapter follows the current of lyrical love poetry.

Consumer protection
Štěrbová, Alena ; Salač, Josef (referee) ; Švestka, Jiří (advisor)
77 Resumé This thesis is dedicated to the consumer protection. My reason for the choice of this topic was following. A field of consumer protection is being continually developed. It is complicated for a layman to be well informed about all his rights and duties not only because the Czech legal regulation suffers from a immense fragmentation. Moreover, the implementation of EC directives ( as a source of many provisions protecting a consumer in the Civil Code) into our legal system was carried out with considerable imperfections and without links to existing institutes in private law. The aim of my article was to outline crucial provisions of consumer law with an accent on consumer protection in private law and to point out some mistakes caused by too general definitions of key notions. Furthermore, I tried to sum up the valid legal regulation and to compare it to european directives. This article is divided into 9 independent chapters. Chapter 1 provides a brief view on the historical developement of the legal regulation of consumer protection. Chapter 2 defines basic notions important for consumer law, such as consumer, supplier and consumer protection. Chapter 3 covers the sources of the legal regulation of consumer protection including both Czech and European legislation. Chapter 4 focuses on a...
