Social policy organization

The social policy of an organization is not defined uniquely and its parts are not described exactly. Social policy is a summary of measures in the social sphere of an organization leading to the satisfaction of the staff's needs and to satisfactio at work in general. In this thesis the procedure from general knowledge to purely specific knowledge is applied. First the basic concepts, principles of social policy, its objectives, subjects, functions, targets and tools, individual types of social policy of state and the social policy in the Czech Republic are defined. The next part is focused on the management of human resources, which is also realized throught personnel activities. In the following chapter a list and brief description of basic personnel activities and their interconnection with social policy of an organization are described. In the chapter focused on the social policy of an organization, its development, targets and forms are described. The functions of the social policy of an organization are defined according to the general conception of social policy functions, which are applied into the environment of an organization. Design optimisation and strenght checking of Water tiltable devices

This master’s thesis is about possibility of fruit and vegetable process from agricultural raw material to food. The first part of thesis include information about machinery, devices and process line and describe how this devices work. The second part solve water tiltable device, this part explain what water tiltable device do, how work and describe structure of each subassembly. Next step solve the device by kinematics aspect and aspect of load analysis. Calculation is included in annex one. Results of annex one are used for FEM (finite element method) simulation of frame. Output of FEM simulation can be used for finding safety factor of displacement and strain, output data are used for optimization of device.

Vliv reaktivátorů acetylcholinesterázy na cholinesterázy a cholinoreceptory

Title of Diploma Thesis: The effect of acetylcholinesterases reactivators on the cholinesterases and cholinoreceptors This thesis is concerned with the effects of oximes on the muscarinic receptors. In the first half of the theoretical part there is a description of the autonomic nervous system, main receptors and action of acetylcholinesterase (AChE). The second part summarizes important nerve gases, organophosphate poisoning and its treatment and finally introduces oximes and their mechanisms of action. The practical part shows the metodology of experiments on the atria tissues in the rat. Both in vitro and in vivo procedures demonstrated effect of oximes on the M2 receptors and their antimuscarinic properties. The in vivo studies were focused on the two contradictory effects - the inhibition of AChE and the inhibition of muscarinic receptors by the very same compound.

Problematika elektronické zdravotní dokumentace a její rešení v projektu Elektronických zdravotních knížek v České republice

Cílem této práce je analýza možností vedení zdravotnické dokumentace v elektronické podobě a perspektiv v tomto oboru. Dále je popsán současný stav elektronizace zdravotnictví v České republice a technické možnosti uživatelů v ČR a v porovnání s tím je uveden i současný způsob vedení zdravotnické dokumentace. Z českých projektů je podrobně prozkoumán projekt Elektronických zdravotních knížek IZIP, jaké jsou jeho možnosti a funkce, jak je využíván českými lékaři a pacienty a co brání jeho plošnému rozšíření. Z evropských projektů je jako příklad uveden zdravotnický portál v Dánsku a e-karty v Německu. Dále jsou zmíněny mezinárodní evropské projekty, na kterých se podílí i Česká republika, jejichž cílem je zkvalitnění lékařské péče a výzkum v různých oblastí zdravotnictví.

Minimum wage in the Czech Republic and in the European Union.

This work deals with the issue of minimum wage. The statutory minimum wage -- as a labour market intervention -- is often perceived in a negative way. In spite of these opinions, the majority of European Union's countries use this instrument. Among others, there are summarized basic functions and impacts of the minimum wage in the theoretical part of this paper. Next part describes the development of the minimum wage in the Czech Republic. The analytical part of this work deals with a comparison of minimum wages in the European Union.

On the use of German articles in nominal and prepositional groups

The presented study "On the Use of German Articles in Nominal and Prepositional Groups" is devided into two parts. The first part starts with a description of German articles with their morphosyntactic characteristics. The most attention is paid to the functions of the articles in German language. The Use of the articles is presented in groups in dependence to their functions - the determination, the grammatical, stylistic and communicative function. In the practical part follows a statistical analysis of the interaction of the Determination, stylistic and communicative function by the use of articles in nominal and prepositional groups with abstract nouns Explosion, Überfall and Anschlag. The results of this analysis show relations between the informational structure of a phrase and the neutralisation of the identification of an appositional attribute and further also the effects of the stylistic function in communicative important role in the phrase.

Study of Electrophysiological Function of the Heart in Experimental Cardiology

Srdeční poruchy, jejichž příkladem je ischemie myokardu, infarkt, hypertrofie levé komory a myokarditida, jsou v experimentální kardiologii obvykle studovány na modelu izolovaného srdce. Kritéria pro detekci srdečních poruch však nejsou pro zvířecí modely standardizována, což komplikuje srovnání a interpretaci výsledků různých experimentálních studií. Obzvlášť složitá situace nastává při současném výskytu několika patologických jevů, jejichž vzájemná součinnost komplikuje rozpoznání jejich individuálních účinků. Korektní posouzení stavu srdce vyžaduje také zohlednění mnoha faktorů spojených s akvizicí dat. Tato práce je věnována kvantitativnímu hodnocení elektrofyziologických změn způsobených globální ischemií myokardu. Vliv ischemie byl hodnocen pro fyziologická srdce a srdce se zvětšenou levou komorou a dále pro srdce nabarvená napěťově-citlivým barvivem di-4-ANEPPS. Přestože jsou oba fenomény často zastoupeny v animálních studiích, nebyl dosud popsán jejich vliv na manifestaci ischemie v elektrogramech (EG), ani nebyl kvantifikován jejich vliv na přesnost detekčních algoritmů pro identifikaci ischemie. Práce shrnuje kvantitativní změny srdeční funkce vyvolané ischemií (v normálních podmínkách, při hypertrofii levé komory, a při administraci barviva) založené na hodnocení EG a VKG parametrů. Dále práce obsahuje rozbor důležitých aspektů akvizice záznamů, jako je umístění snímacích elektrod, způsob výpočtu deskriptorů z EG a VKG (s použitím výsledků manuálního rozměření záznamů, nebo bez něj) a identifikace okamžiku vývoje ischemie v preparátu. Nedílnou součást práce tvoří návrh, realizace a ověření metod pro automatickou detekci ischemie v experimentálních záznamech. Výsledky práce dokazují, že dosažení opakovatelných a věrohodných výsledků je podmíněno zohledněním všech výše uvedených faktorů souvisejících jak se stavem srdce, tak s metodikou záznamu a analýzy dat.

Elektronické bankovnictví ve veřejném sektoru

Tato práce popisuje několik druhů produktů elektronického bankovnictví nabízených bankami působícími v České republice. Na příkladu produktů poskytovaných Komerční bankou je pak popsán způsob elektronické komunikace klienta se svou bankou a funkce, jež tento způsob ovládání bankovních účtů umožňuje. Dále jsou v práci zveřejněny výsledky výzkumu používání služeb elektronického bankovnictví k ovládání bankovních účtů obcí různé velikosti náležejících do Jihočeského kraje.

Availability of social services for seniors in the Karlovarsky region now and in 50 years

Master thesis aims to evaluate the accessibility of social services in Karlovarsky region. The thesis is focused on the demographics of seniors and social services intended for them, specifically retirement homes. In addition to analyzing the accessibility of social services is elaborated demographic projection of region's population over the next 50 years. In the theoretical part is described the definition of social policy and the fundamental theoretical principles, types and functions. This part also describes the legislative framework of social policy in the Czech Republic. In relation to social policy are presented issues of community planning as a tool for the implementation of social policy in the Karlovarsky region. The conclusion of theoretical part is devoted to the theory of demographic projections and describes the basic projection methods. The practical part in the introduction focuses on general and demographic characteristics of the Karlovarsky region and the current state of social services for the elderly, specifically homes for the elderly. The second half of the practical part presents a demographic projection of region's population over the next 50 years and is focusing on senior component whose proportion in the population will increase. This projection is calculated by the component method without migration. The conclusion of the practical part is comparing the initial state of social services and the anticipated development of seniors. It also describes community plan in the Karlovarsky region with emphasis on the development of social services for seniors. Documents drawn up by the Karlovarsky region on issues of social services and conclusions of this thesis suggest that there is no need to increase capacity, but rather to focus on the change in the structure of users and ensure that these services are provided to people whose health condition really requires this kind of complex social care.
