Introduction of this bachelor thesis deals with an importance of terms "human capital" and "restorative justice". Nowadays, the main aim is not to incarcerate a criminal, but to stimulate him to change his behavior, in order to become a better man. Hence, there is a possibility for a criminal to extend his education, to take up a retraining course or to start working during the execution of his punishment. The main goal of this theses is to find out whether these activities, education, retraining courses or employment within the execution of a punishment are rather a benefit for both convicted and society. Huge range of projects have been created to strive for re-integration of former criminals into society and to the employment market. I will try to answer the question if a criminal becomes better by virtue of activities listed above and I would like to prove it with statistics related to the hight of recidivism, i.e. repeated criminal activity in the Czech Republic.

Macmillan and Kennedy deepend this relation by their personal friendship, which played a major role in the course of finding solutions to the conflicts they had to face in the context of the Cold War, when there was a real possibility of nuclear annihilation. The analysis shows that the Special Relationship in the years 1957-1963 went through several dynamic developments, however it never lost its unique status. Despite initial distrust between the two countries immediately following the Suez Crisis, both politicians always managed to find a compromise solution. Thanks to their friendship and deep personal respect, they managed to always unite, even during times of gravest peril. The belly dancing as a multicultural phenomenon
Ebelová, Patricie ; Opletalová, Lenka (referee) ; Soukup, Václav (advisor)
This thesis deals with belly dancing as a multicultural phenomenon. The autor chose this subject for different reasons. Firstly, the very nature of belly dancing asks for which falos for multidisciplinarity, which is the main idea of cultural antropology. Secondly, she practices belly dancing herself. This fact helps her understand belly dancing more properly even on the theoretical level. Moreover, the author could study this phenomenon because she attends courses and has become a part of the newly emerged Czech belly dancing subculture. The third and last reason why she picks up this phenomenon was a fact that she had studied at an artistic secondary school. Thats why she does not only study the subject from the perspective of humanities (studied at FFUK) but she also tries to apply the artistic point of view. Thus the dance is not viwed only as an artwork, but strong inspiration for artists as well.
