Purchasing decision-making process during a mobile phone buying

The goal of my thesis was to characterize using of mobile phones and particular phases of purchasing decision-making process during a mobile phone buying in the czech market and pursuant to this define some marketing recommendations for producers of these devices. I have also verified or defeated hypotheses defined by me. I have used the information gained by secondary research and method of questioning and I have written the results down in the charts or graphs. Then I have summarized chosen findings and suggested recommendations.
Buyer decision process in the wedding market

The diploma thesis inquires into the consumer behavior in the market of wedding services and its aim is to identify and analyze the buyer decision process. The theoretical part inquires into the characteristics of consumer behavior. The practical part describes the wedding market. Next main part is based on the results of marketing research, which took the form of a questionnaire survey. The results are analyzed and presented in detail. The conclusion outlines the marketing recommendations for vendors operating in this market.
Analysis of Shopping Atmosphere of Chosen Companies

The first chapter explains the terms of shopping environment and shopping atmosphere and introduces the factors which belong to the shopping atmosphere or those which influence it. The second chapter describes the rated criteria for the analysis of shopping atmosphere and this chapter also describes the single steps of the analysis. In the third chapter, the companies and rated fast food restaurants McDonald's and KFC are shortly introduced. The main part of this chapter aims to the analysis of the shopping atmosphere and its results. The forth chapter describes the results of the questionnaire survey and of the Osgood's semantic differential. The last chapter aims to the revealed lacks found out during the analysis and questionnaire survey and introduces some proposals for improvement for rated fast food restaurants.
Child as a consumer and his/her influence on decision-making processes of adults.

Children nowadays are exposed to a huge amount of advertisements wherever they go. It appears that children are a very attractive target group because of their ability to influence their parents to buy them preferred products and brands. This Thesis focuses on analysis of children's influence on their parents' purchase decisions. The Thesis consists of 5 chapters. First three parts are theoretical. The introductory chapter deals with the consumer's purchase decision-making process and factors that affect this process. The second part describes family as a special consumer unit which forms individual consumer behaviour. Final theoretical chapter focuses on the child as a specific consumer and customer. In the practical part the reserach is conducted to reveal into what extent children influence their parents about purchase. At the end the recommendations for successful children advertisement are set up.
Consumer behavior of Czech citizens on the Hungarian spa tourist market

The thesis focuses on consumer behavior of Czechs on the Hungarian spa and wellness market. The aim is to analyze the decision making process and motivation in order to determine the key factors influencing the behavior. Suggestions and recommendations for the Hungarian spa service offer were made, as to better meet the desires and needs of Czech tourists.

Buyer decision process in travel and tourism

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze a buyer decision process of consumers in travel industry with a focus on outgoing tourism. The diploma thesis is divided in six parts. The first part focuses on theory of consumer behavior followed by marketing of services with an emphasis on tourism. Next part covers buyer decision process of consumers in travel industry based on results from analysis of a questionnaire. These results are integrated with agency data. A summary of acquired results is compared to all phases of buyer decision process at the end of this thesis.

Práce se zaobírá nákupním chováním českého spotřebitele, definuje rámec nákupního chování a vlivy, které ovlivňují nákupní chování spotřebitelů. Dále obsahuje vysvětlení kupního rozhodovacího procesu a jeho etap. Praktická část popisuje současnou všeobecnou situaci v České republice, zabývá se maloobchodními řetězci a odhaluje postoje a chování specifické právě pro české spotřebitele. Tato část navíc obsahuje zpracování výsledků průzkumu Market&Media&Lifestyle společnosti Median z roku 2004 a postihuje odlišnosti nákupního chování mužů a žen a rozdíly v nákupním chování mezi věkovými kategoriemi.
