Hlaváč, Martin ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Rosa, Tomáš (advisor)

New method for solving an extension of HNP (EHNP) is elaborated, taking into account the ragmentation of the information on the multiples and on the hidden number itself, as well. A real scenario application of the approach is presented - the private DSA key is extracted with the knowledge of side information on 5 signing operations. Such an information can be obtained if the signatures are generated in the unsecured environment of a Pentium 4 processor with Hyper-Threading technology.

The new law regulations in the field of public sickness insurance was expected to bring, among other aspects, a higher motivation of employees and employers for reduction of the events of unjustified temporary work incapacity. The main aim of the Bachelor{\crq}s Dissertation was to find out whether the new law regulation fulfilled the intents and whether the rate of temporary work incapacity of employees decreased and whether the average duration of temporary work incapacity in the Region of South Bohemia dropped in comparison with the situation before 1 January 2009. While drawing up the Bachelor{\crq}s Dissertation, the author used a quantitative research and statistical data analysis. It implied from the results found that the hypothesis ``The number of temporary work incapacities in the Region of South Bohemia dropped in comparison with the situation before 1 January 2009{\crqq} was confirmed. The fulfilment of the hypothesis is correlated with the legislator{\crq}s intent in this area because its fulfilment was intended in the objectives of the new law regulations. The implementation of the new Public Sickness Insurance Act led to a significant reduction of the number of cases of temporary work incapacity. On the basis of the analysis of the data acquired it was proven that the time of duration of one temporary work incapacity was extended in all districts of the Region of South Bohemia. The hypothesis ``The average time of temporary work incapacity in the Region of South Bohemia dropped in comparison with the situation before 1 January 2009{\crqq} was not confirmed. The results of the Dissertation indicate that the adoption of the new law regulation system of public sickness insurance led to the system stabilisation, elimination of undesired trends in the sickness insurance system, limitation of misuse of benefits, involvement of treating physicians and employers in the reduction of the number of cases of temporary work incapacity. Kufčák, Jakub ; Weiss, Tomáš (advisor) ; Aslan, Emil (referee)
This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of Georgian NATO membership and its strategic and geopolitical importance for NATO between 2003 and 2008. This thesis focuses in the first place on the question to what extend did Georgia fulfil Alliance's membership requirements. The aim of this section is to demonstrate that the reasoning behind NATO's refusal to award Georgia with Membership Action Plan cannot be objectively justified by Georgia's failure to meet the criteria but is to be derived from the lack of Alliance's political consensus regarding the importance of Georgia. Second part of this thesis analyse the importance of Georgia from the NATO's strategic and geopolitical interests. From this point of view is important Georgia's role in energetic infrastructure to which it is destined by its geographical location on east-west energetic corridor which transports Caspian fossil fuels to western markets. The importance of Georgia in this aspect depends on the significance that NATO attributes to its energetic security. Subsequent analysis of benefits provided by Georgia's strategic position to the Alliance's primary missions concludes that Georgia's territory enhances Alliance's power projection because it is the best route to deploy military planes to afghan theatre. Second factor that enhanced...

Andreisová, Lucie ; Dědič, Jan (advisor) ; Boháček, Martin (referee) ; Lasák, Jan (referee)
The purpose of this dissertation is to provide its readers with a detailed and comprehensive look at the institute of duty of care, business judgment rule and related civil and partly also criminal liability of members of (not only) statutory bodies of capital business companies, and in this respect also to introduce an internal compliance program as one of the main instruments of good and effective corporate governance. The main objective of this dissertation is therefore to verify or refute the hypothesis whether, and if so in what particular form, can an internal compliance program be seen as an institute helping members of statutory bodies of capital business companies in fulfilling specific requirements and obligations of their duty to carry out the statutory function with due (managerial) care. The existence (implementation) of an internal compliance program is quite commonly connected with so called regulated markets and also with individual business corporations whose ownership structure extends the boundaries of the Czech Republic (typically British or American business corporations seated in the Czech Republic). But what about a wide neutral zone of Czech business corporations, i.e. especially small and medium-sized capital business companies? Shall these implement an internal compliance program as well? And, if so, on what grounds and with what benefits?
