Marketing mix of HC Enegie Karlovy Vary

Title: Marketing mix of HC Energie Karlovy Vary Objectives: This thesis is based on a questionnaire responses obtained from HC Energie Karlovy Vary fans. Its objective is focused on evaluation of their opinions on the marketing mix, their subsequent interpretation, and finally even development of recommendations for improvement based on previous analysis. Methods: Two methods are used to analyse the marketing mix. The first method is qualitative participant observation. The second method is a quantitative, electronic questionnaire that is used to obtain relevant data about the marketing mix. Results: Over ten recommendations for improvement were created based on the analysis of the marketing mix. Product and promotional type is most of them. The main recommendations concern enhancements of the supporting program, changes in attitude of the security guards, and efforts to increase the contact between fans and club. Bohumil Modrý and his fate in literature and media coverage

This Bachelor thesis focuses on research of the image of Czechoslovak ice-hockey goalkeeper Bohumil Modrý in literature and contemporary print. After describing the fate of Bohumil Modrý, I focus on the analysis of contemporary daily print, namely Rudé právo, Mladá fronta and Československý sport, in which I research the amount of informations publicated in named daily print and the differences between them. While analysing the daily print, I will focus on few specific periods - 1947 and 1949 ice-hockey world championships, 1948 olympic games, March 1950 in which Bohumil Modrý and his former teammates from national ice-hockey team were arrested, October 1950 in which the court hearing took place, their release from jail in early 1955, death of Bohumil Modrý in July 1963 and rehabilitation of Modrý and his once convicted teammates in July 1968. The third part of the Bachelor thesis follows Modrý's image in the book Jáchymov by Austrian writer Josef Haslinger. It is a novel which was written with help of Bohumil Modrý's daughter Blanka and follows more different storylines, but the main one focuses on the fate of Bohumil Modrý. Title: The use of gymnastics in sports preparation (training) of ice-hockey players Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to draw up a gymnastic motion programme for sports preparation of ice-hockey players on the base of profiled intersection of gymnastics and ice-hockey. The next objective is the mapping of a training plan of ice-hockey players in practice and obtaining ice-hockey coaches attitudes to the inclusion of gymnastics to the training of their players. Methods: In the thesis it is used a method of questionnaire to get expression of opinions of coaches of young ice-hockey players to this topic. Data collected from the questionnaire survey was processed by standard statistical methods in the programme Microsoft Excel. The theoretical part is processed by a form of literary research of available sources concerning the thesis topic. This part is finished by the profiled intersection of gymnastics and ice-hockey. A concrete motion programme is created according to this intersection. Results: I found out that there is a big interest from the side of ice-hockey coaches to include gymnastic grounding to the trainings of their players. Title: Advertising regulation in Czech and international hockey. Objectives: : The main target of this bachelor's thesis is to determine the diversity between legal systems in the advertising regulation relating to clubs participating in the highest ice hockey competitions in three selected EU countries, namely the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. Methods: In this work was used qualitative method of analysis of documents, which is supplemented by structured interviews with experts from various clubs. Results: From the perspective of the legal regulation must clubs in these three countries comply the same rules. Advertising is regulated in the same way. Ivan Hlinka and creating a cult of personality in the media during the success in Nagano and after his tragic death.

My diploma thesis is dedicated to the problem of creating a cult of personality around ice hockey coach Ivan Hlinka. It is focused on two key periods: The first is the victory of the Czech ice hockey team at the Olympic Winter Games in Nagano in February 1998 , the second is the period after Hlinka's tragic death in August 2004. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how much media influence the creation of a cult of personality by reporting about these two events. Objects of interest of my thesis are the process that puts a coach almost into the role of national hero . The second aspect of the work is the tabloidization of the topic such as a tragic accident and subsequent Hlinka's death. The thesis defines a cult of personality generaly and also from a historical perspective and adds the most famous reprsentative of cult of personality - Soviet dictator Josif Vissarionovich Stalin. In addition, it is dedicated to the cult of personality of athletes in general. This thesis not only presents Ivan Hlinka from a hockey standpoint, but mentions also his personality through a conversation with his longtime friend Josef Beránek sr. The final analysis is devoted to the representation of Ivan Hlinka in two specific print media during the two selected periods.
Physical Education and Sport in Uherské Hradiště from its beginning till present

The thesis is focused on mapping of sport activities and physical education in Uherské Hradiště from its beginnings till present. The theoretical part deals with individual sport lines from historical perspective. Moreover, we concentrated on popular personalities of sport in Uherské Hradiště. Each personality is analyzed on the basis of his or her sporting development and achivements. The reasearch part of the thesis is focused on variety of sports that people do on regular and seasonal basis. Finally, the discussion emphasizes the benefits of this thesis in terms of its unique historical complete overview of sports in Uherské Hradiště. Title: Process of motional abilities for under 16 ice hockey players in preliminary term Author: Bc. Branislav Lobotka Supervisor: doc. PhDr. Jiří Suchý, Ph.D. Objective: The aim of this thesis was to design and implement a training program for development of motor skills of junior ice hockey players and it's subsequent verification in practice during preparation period 2011/2012. This thesis is based and builds on author's Bachelor thesis, in which the author analysed fitness preparation of juniors in preparation period 2010/2011. In the thesis are both fitness programs compared and analysed. As for scientific research, the author worked with hockey team HK Dukla Trencin. Conclusions and hypothesis are listed in the conclusion of the thesis. Methods: In thesis was used method of research, the method of observation, methods of literary sources, method of interview and method of measurement and testing. Results: The obtained results should form a basis for further development of fitness plans for junior ice hockey players' preparation periods. The comparison of the organizational forms of ice hockey level in the 1st and 2nd class in the Czech Republic to the current recommendations of the IIHF and USA hockey

Title: Comparison of the organizational forms of ice hockey level in the 1st and 2nd class in the Czech Republic to the current recommendations of the IIHF and USA Hockey Objectives: To find out a use of different types of methodical organizational and socially interactional forms in the training process of 1st and 2nd class players in the Czech Republic and to compare the application of the game form in the training units with the recommendations of IIHF and USA Hockey. Methods: The research was carried out by analyses of guided interview and by recording of monitored data into an evaluation report during observations of individual training units in CR. Tested object represents 4 training units of 1st and 2nd class players in a 4 different Czech clubs during season 2011/12. The comparative part studied the differences between organization structure of Czech training units and the recommendations of IIHF and USA hockey. Evaluating the application of methodical organizational forms and the game form were expressed in percentage and compared with the recommendations of IIHF and USA hockey. Measurement of loading forces on sole of the foot in ice-hockey skates and their casuistic mean

Title: The measurement of loading forces acting on sole of the foot in ice-hockey skates and their casuistic signification Abstract This thesis describe a new construction of measuring device, which is able to detect the loading forces acting on the skates during ice-hockey. This device was calibrated and validated for detection of loading force vector, bending force vector and point of force action on the skate blade. For some cases was described a casuistic mean of measurement by new measuring device "measuring skates" and former device Footscan Insole®. The measurement of loading forces during ice-hockey may be used in practise of skating technique, predictive or protective biomechanics. Future use is also research of discomfort in ice-hockey boots or sportsengeneering. Aim of a study: Aim of a study is projected, calibrated and validated a measuring device able to detect interraction in system foot-skates-surface. After validation is neccessary to prove the practical benefit of this device. This device should make possible to find out the origin of discomfort during ice-hockey skates use.
