Groups of small orders
Sláma, Jiří ; Pecinová, Eliška (referee) ; Bečvář, Jindřich (advisor)
The first part of the thesis presents elementary facts and results of the theory of groups. The second part explains Sylow's subgroups theory containing, among others, formulations and proofs of the three Sylow's theorems which are important tools in analysing the structure of mainly nonabelian groups. The goal of the following part is to describe the structure of all finite groups up to order 15. Basically, there are two possible approaches to the characterization of these groups - one can either focus just on these particular groups or describe groups with order of e.g. prime power and then use the results to solve the task. The author of this thesis chooses reasonable middle ground between overly specific approach and one too complicated. As a result of this choice, the description of all finite abelian groups is included. The theory is illustrated with some demonstrative examples, with emphasis on those outside of "the pure matematics".

LUKESZOVÁ, Renáta
The name of my bachelor{\crq}s work is Social Services for Seniors {--} the Comparison of Supplies between Havířov and České Budějovice. I have chosen this topic because of the fact that our population grow old and the number of people older than 60 years is increasing. Seniors are not often able to take care about themselves due to their age or impaired health state. Occurrence of social services are benefit, they can ensure necessary care about seniors. The aim of my bachelor{\crq}s work was comparison of social services for seniors in České Budějovice and Havířov. By hypothesis I supposed that supply of social services for seniors are in both areas similar. For research I selected two basic methods and techniques of collection of dates {--} method of questioning (technique of dialogue with providers of services) and method of analysis of documents (content analysis of documents informing about provided service - leaflets, internet sites). As a main technique of research I selected controlled dialogue with providers of services. During dialogue I asked 10 invariable questions. I wrote down obtained dates to table for gaining better lucidity about provided services (see supplements). Technique of content analysis of documents informing about provided service (leaflets, internet sites) I chose like additional because I did not gained a lot of this documents (result of changes related with implementation of new act number 108/2006 Collection of Law, about Social Services). I compared gained information about services according to a form of service (ambulatory, field, stay) and according to number of providers of each service (stay services {--} retirements homes, centres of day services, homes with domiciliary services, consulting rooms, facility with activity for handicapped persons, domiciliary and nursing services, leisure time activities and organizations established on volunteer base) in both cities through the use of tables and graphs. From these tables emerge that supply of socials services for seniors in cities České Budějovice and Havířov are very similar. Difference is only in the number of providers of these services. Less providers of each service are in Havířov. Research was done to date 13.4.2007.

LONGÍNOVÁ, Ilona
NURSING CARE AND NOURISHMENT OF PREMATURE BABY A newborn baby isn´t a little adult, a newborn baby is basically a defenceless creature demanding a very complex care that aims at creating secure conditions for its life. It requires love, tenderness and a lot of devotion for the whole period of 24 hours. The bachelor´ s dissertation paper is dealing with the subject `` Nursing care and nourishment of a premature baby{\crqq} In the theory section the difference between a physiological and high risk newborn baby, the principles of care on the intermediary ward, the nourishment problems and the favourable consequences of breast feeding and breast milk not only on these children are described. Some of the aspects of the care are pointed out aiming at satisfying the basic needs of a baby. Dissertation objective: The paper itself is engaged in finding out something about how well mothers of high risk newborn babies, who are hospitalized on intermediary wards in Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice, are informed on a suitable care and nourishment procedures in their children. It should find out how far they have gone with their knowledge of the way their children should be taken care of before they leave the hospital. It is supposed to highlight the drawbacks of the staff , to remove these drawbacks and thus to improve the quality of care. Hypotheses: Two positive hypotheses were formulated referring directly to the particulars goals. 1/ The mothers who are hospitalized on the intermediary wards for newborn babies in Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice are aware of the necessity of properly nourishing the child. 2/ The mothers who are hospitalized on the intermediary wards for newborn babies in Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice are sufficiently informed about the proper care leading to meeting the needs of their children. Data Collecting: The research mentioned above was carried out on the intermediary wards in Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice. A questionnaire was composed to collect the relevant data. There were 22 questionnaires handed out in each ward and the research group was set up including 37 mothers of the hospitalized children. The questions included in the questionnaire referred predominantly to how well the mothers are informed about the child´s care and nourishing problems and they were supplemented with some identification. The gained information was properly processed and evaluated. The results were put in graphs. To get a more distinct picture of the results a pie chart was selected. The research results are assessed in the discussion and confronted with the hypotheses. Conclusions: Both the nourishing care and the nourishment of a premature baby are a subject involving a lot of medical, psychological and social problems. A maternity ward nurse plays a very important and definite role in the care of a premature baby. Supported by her profesonal abilities she is able to initiate such a method of work that reacts immediately to the needs of a child in a positive way. The educational contact with the child´s parents is eqally important and plays a very precise role. The fact how well mothers are informed is influenced by their age, by how much they are interested in getting information and its resources and how much they are willing to be educated by the medical staff on the intermediary wards in Jindřichův Hradec and České Budějovice where they are hospitalized with their children. The research results are very good.

Financial analysis of an e-shop
Hanáček, Kamil ; Jurečka, Jan (advisor) ; Sieger, Martina (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to create a complex financial analysis that will be useful for the decision making on the future and orientation of the company SEDNISI.CZ, s.r.o.. The theoretical part of the thesis first examines the characteristics of the furniture market and then deals with the analysis of internet use in the Czech Republic. Apart from the financial analysis itself which deals with standard ratio and syntetic indicators the thesis compares the results of the analysed company with results of the whole sector and of one of the competitors. The information gathered from the analysis of financial indicators is further used in the strategic analysis of the company that focuses on revealing the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Despite the fact that the financial and strategic analysis does not perfectly answer every question that is posed to the company it is undoubtedly very useful for evaluating the past developments, for finding problematic areas and for predicting the future of the company.
