Fear at Vault in Gymnastics

Title: Fear at vault in gymnastics The objective of my thesis was to do a research and to describe methods for overmastering the fear at vault. To define also the practice differences on the basis of how the vault is taught by the coaches ofgymnastics and teachers ofphysical training. In the theory section, I sketched out shortly the characteristics of the problematical emotions and concepts related with this topic. It was kind of"take-offplatform" for the research. The research has been done with 7 teachers and 7 coaches by a method of an interview. And the interview was then analyzed. ln the following chapters I attended to the history of vault and teaching form.s related with this discipline. I used realized data and compared them with one another and subsequently with the literature. Results: lt was found out that the tutorial approach of the teachers of physical training and the coaches of gymnastics is very similar. The attitude of the coaches is more positive. In case of the teachers dominates the lack of time in the classes of vault. Subsequent insu:fficiency the students have to solve by their own initiative and by private classes. Practical training for student of social work colleges

The aim of the diploma is organization mapping of practical training experience and supervision on the social work colleges. In the opening part I talk about definition of social work and conditions of practise of this profession as education, personality conditions and sequential lifelong learning. After that I concretize a practical part of studying which includes special seminars and causuistic seminars, practical training experiences and supervisions. The practical part of diploma contains a research, which is consisted to quantitative research (question - form) and qualitative research (group interview and individual interviews). The research was perfomed on stundents and teachers of choosen colleges whose aim was to get opinions on organising of the practical training of study. In fine of this diploma I analyse obtained data and than I make a methodical plan for organising of practical experiences and supervision to college.

Possibilities and benefits of sport activities for people with cerebral palsy in Czech republic The aim of this work is to determine what are the possibilities and benefits of sports for people with cerebral palsy in the Czech Republic. To detect what kinds of different sports for people with disabilities are offered, as well as to find out various sports clubs, associations and organizations that allow these activities. Another aim of my work is to describe the history of sports for people with physical disabilities. The part of it will also be legislative documents behind the development of sports for people-with-disabilities. I would also like to assess what benefits may have sports on amateur and professional level for people with cerebral palsy and what are the hazards, which are related to sports activities. In terms of not only physical (it is quite controversial, what sports are appropriate for people with cerebral palsy considering the contraction of muscles and tendons), but also in terms of psychological-and-social. Investigation into the role of Pedagogical counsellor (výchovný poradce) in the Education of Children with Special Education Needs (SEN) in the Mainstream Primary Schools of Central Prague

The movement for inclusive education produces number of innovations. One of this is special services coordinators (SENCOs) in the mainstream schools. When the schools start accepting the children with special education needs it becomes inevitable to take someone with special training and knowledge responsibility of these children in the mainstream schools. In Czech Republic Pedagogical Counsellor (Výchovný Poradce) were given this responsibility of coordination by legislation. The present research attempts to explore the role of Výchovný Poradce in relation to the children with special education needs in legislation as well as in practice. The research also aims to investigate the challenges the Výchovný Poradce face and how they over come the challenges. A total 26 participants including teachers, Výchovný Poradce, special pedagogue (mainstream school), special pedagogue (special centres) and parents were engaged in collecting data through interviews, questionnaire and focused group discussion. As an exploratory research a sequential mixed method research design was applied where initial qualitative data collection and analysis was followed by a quantitative data collection and analysis. Coaching - the part of professional development

This work deals with subject of coaching as a part of the professional development. The first part is devoted to the theoretical initial data of the coaching. There are summarily described definitions that can be found in specialized literature. A strong attention has been given also to historical and philosophical principles of coaching. Having presented this essential information the work defines coaching compared with its related branches as consultancy, training, mentoring or psychotherapy. In a separate chapter, the process of coaching, its principles, stages and basic models have been treated. Two main types of coaching are mentioned in brief. A more extensive chapter has been dedicated to the personality characteristics of a coach and his function depending on his position in the company. Conclusion of the first part is focused on questions of ethics in the coaching process. The second half of this work is represented by a practical part describing two research studies - a qualitative and a quantitative. These Spanish-Czech cultural standards could be useful as a part of intercultural trainings made for Czech managers and workers who want to be prepared for a stay in Spain or any contact with Spanish culture. The theoretical part explains different related terminology necessary for a correct use of the standards. It involves terms like social interaction, communication and intercultural communication. The practical part describes the basic characteristics of the country, political and economical system, business dealings and diplomatic protocol. The core of the thesis is the chapter Czech-Spanish cultural standards which analyzes the main differences of Czech and Spanish cultures elaborated according to the executed interviews.

Efficiency analysis of training program in HSBC bank

The thesis theme is research and analysis of training program in HSBC Bank which took place during September 2007. The thesis is divided in to five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to theory of andragogics, corporate training and efficiency analysis. The second chapter is devoted to empirical research also problem and its solution is introduced there. The third chapter introduces HSBC Bank and HSBC Bank training program. This training program was created for newly hired employees. The fourth chapter consist of three surveys of participators of this training. The first -questionary- is focused on trainees. The second survey is evaluated by trainers of the company, this survey was executed via internet. The last survey was realized through series of interview with trainees. Based on the results of the investigation the fourth chapter is concluded with SWOT analysis of training, evaluation of efficiency of Kirkpatrick`s schneme. The last chapter contains proposals to streamline the training process. This proposals will be submitted to the management of the company for possible use in further training.

Professional competencies of nursery school teachers

The thesis deals with the professional competencies of teachers of nursery schools. The theoretical part focuses on contemporary education of nursery school teachers and its history in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on professional competencies. Besides defining the concept of professional competence and their various concepts. Czech education preschool teachers is contrasted with the situation in Europe. The main aim of the research part of the thesis is to describe the differences between differently educated teachers of kindergartens within the conceptualization of professional competencies. The investigation is specifically compared how teachers assess the importance of professional competence and adequacy of their development in the initial training. The survey includes pilot study and private research. Pilot study includes data collection questionnaires and structured interviews for the four case studies with differently educated preschool teachers. Own research is realized in the form of questionnaires with different educated preschool teachers and structured interviews with experts on preschool education. Computer literacy and education of homeless people in Kladno

The bachelor´s thesis Computer literacy and education of homeless people in Kladno determines educational needs in the sphere of computer literacy of homeless people in Kladno and proposes educational content in the form of a training module, according to the collected facts and data, based on interviews with individuals of the target group. The issue overview explains terms homeless and homelessness, their classification, reasons, characteristics and possible elimination. It also deals with the importance of education and related facts. The last part of the review is dedicated to clarification of the concept computer literacy in the context of corresponding terms and definitions. The practical part of the thesis describes the method and procedure, which led to a determination of important data in order to create educational content. The detected information is consequently evaluated and on its basis is created the educational content in the form of the training module example.
