Information System Selection

This thesis is focused on the selection of an information system and its subsequent implementation in the company. Theoretical background is presented for better understanding of this topic. The issue is solved by processing of selected analyses to identify gaps and problem areas across the whole company. The knowledge gained is used to suggest the change in the context of the system selection issue, which is done through coarse and fine selection, subsequent implementation and evaluation of the benefits of introduced changes.

Satellite refuelling mission proposal

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou doplňování paliva družicím na orbitě. V práci je popsán koncept doplňování paliva na orbitě společně s přehledem misí a technologií zabývajících se doplňováním paliva a prodloužením životnosti. Jsou uvedena specifika mise pro doplnění paliva, potřeby a omezení platné pro danou misi na základě kterých je formulováno programové prohlášení. Je představen návrh mise na doplnění paliva dále rozpracovávající požadavky mise a koncepci operací. Návrh zarhnuje možné klíčové vybavení pro misi. Tato práce přináší popis doplňování paliva družic na orbitě a představuje návrh mise určené k výkonu tohoto úkolu. Na základě této práce je možné navrhnout kosmickou družici určenou k zásobování jiných družic palivem.

Education of foster parents

This thesis deals with foster care and fosters parent education. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether foster carers are satisfied with the topics offered and the length of the mandatory continuing education. A sub-objective of the thesis is to describe the biggest problems of children in foster care related to school and school preparation and to highlight these problems by creating a case study. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters and is based on a study of the literature. The first chapter deals with the general topic of foster care and the application for foster care. The second chapter focuses more on the foster carer himself and his preparation. The third chapter focuses on the foster carers' training and the accompanying organizations. The fourth chapter deals with the characteristics of children in foster care and their school and educational problems. The practical section focuses on the research itself. In the empirical part, a research investigation was conducted with a combination of qualitative and quantitative elements. The data collection was carried out in the form of self-observation, questionnaire survey, and semi- structured interview. Satisfaction and Development of Sponsorship in Czech Freeskiing

The Aim: The main aim of this work is to give a summary of conditions for freeskiing sponsoring, to find out what the sponsors expect from riders to achieve and keep up sponsoring, also what kind of support riders expect from their sponsor and what they are able to do for it. Analyses of general development and the number of companies participating in freeskiing is another aim of this work. The Method: The necessary facts was get from question-form sent through the internet to the all sponsored new-school freeskiing riders. The similar question- forms were sent to the team managers of the sponsoring companies or distributors. The Results: Both riders and sponsors are fairly satisfied with sponsoring, but it is necessary to avoid relatively major mistakes and defects for the perfect cooperation. If the communication side was better, the situation would be surely much better too.

Návrh konstrukce křesla do veřejných prostor

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a chair designed for public spaces that would meet all design, safety and technological requirements. This solution was created based on elaborated research of different constructional solutions and also from elaborated knowledge dealing with this issue. All information is supported by technical, safety, technological and ergonomic requirements for seating furniture. The design is based on technical description, drawing documentation, parts list, direct cost calculation, visualization and model.

Software Projects Risk Management Support Tool

Management projektů a jejich rizik je v současnosti rozvíjející se disciplína, která si získává stále větší pozornost a uplatnění v praxi. Tato práce popisuje úvod do problematiky řízení rizik, zkoumání metod jejich identifikace, vyhodnocení a managementu, předcházení jejich následkům a jejich zvládání. V další části práce byla provedena analýza vzorků rizik z reálných projektů, byly popsány metody pro identifikaci a vyhodnocení následků rizik v úvodních fázích softwarového projektu, taktéž byly popsány atributy rizik a navržen způsob jejich dokumentace. V závěrečné části zadání byl navržen a implementován prototyp modelové aplikace pro podporu managementu rizik softwarových projektů.
