The goal of the thesis is not only coaching itself, but the whole process of employee qualities increasing and his subsequent use in the practice in order to increase work efficiency. It focuses on new coaching methods such as confrontation among employees. It highlights sensitive access to the staff and uses The Achieve model as a extension to already used The Grow model. In my thesis I try to change managers and team leaders access to employees, change taking of coaching itself and its benefits. In my thesis I used methods of observation, interview and results comparation. I try to find out how the coaching is used among different job ranks in the biggest branch of one of main banks in the Czech republic and subsequently I apply selected methods
The coaching and its importance for leadership

This bachelor thesis deals with the coaching and its importance for personal leadership. The first part of the research in literary sources clarifies the fundamental term of coaching and its application. Consecutively, it also explains different models of coaching. Next topic of the literary research is the figure of coach, his role and qualities, and also the characteristics of internal and external coach. The last part of the literary research is dedicated to the issues of personal leadership and management. The core of this thesis uses the pen and paper interview with managers of the ČEZ company to examine the quality of coaching and personal leadership in one of the biggest companies in the Czech Republic, how managers perceive additional training courses, and also to survey the overall leading structure of ČEZ. In the conclusion I summarize the acquired findings.

The main topic of this Bachelor Thesis is Leadership styles with an accent on coaching. Coaching and employee motivation have become lately one of the main interests of the companies. This tool helps employees to find their strong points and apply them in their day-to-day life. This self-discovery gives them faith in their strenghts, increases their self-confidence and makes them independent. This is a true motivation. A skilled manager through coaching can create an enjoyable atmosphere in the team and get more out of his/her people.

This bachelor thesis discusses the importance of coaching for a manager of a selected organization and the use of coaching methods in practice. The theoretical part explains the concepts of management, especially managers role in an organization and the way he leads at workplace. The focus is drawn on coaching in detail and its use in management. The practical part is devoted to basic characteristics of AVE CZ Company and its activity in the market. Then a research is conducted on interviews done with selected leaders, who work in the above-mentioned company. Based on the research an evaluation of results is made and a solution is proposed in order to further adjust the conditions for better use of coaching.

The main objective of the bachelor´s thesis is to determine the importance of coaching for the job of manager in the organization. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The first part consists of processed literature recherche for the topic of leadership, coaching and coaching approach. The practical part of this bachelor´s thesis consists of interviews with three managers of unnamed bank company, who are also coaches for the topic of coaching and coaching approach use in practice.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is the importance of coaching for a leadership. The theoretical part explains the basis of the problematics of management and leadership, and then thoroughly examines the topic of coaching: its essence, outline, advantages and disadvantages. Ascertained information is accompanied by several case studies from the business and entrepreneurial fields. These case studies were analysed and compared and contrasted to the basic principles of coaching. Towards the end of the theoretical part, the potential benefits of coaching are put into the context of three objects (employers, graduates, and the society) and respective challenges they are facing. The main objective of the thesis is to identify and asses the influence of coaching in leadership. To accomplish this objective, structured interviews were done with several managers. These interviews were then evaluated on the basis of the theoretical part. At the end of this thesis is a summary of influences of coaching, and the review of their importance for effective leadership.

This bachelor thesis introduces the subject of a coaching for a leadership. To provide a greater understanding of the issue, the first section describes adherent terms such as management, leadership and motivation. The theoretical part focuses on issue such as the history of coaching, principles and methods that are used in practice. The practical part contains an exploration with an internal coach from financial firm, exploratory research and pen and paper interviews with managers from monitored organizations. The follow up questions were subsequently defined based on this exploration and used for pen and paper interviews that were conceived to lead to a survey of the importance of coaching for a leadership in these monitored organizations. The conclusion summarizes the discovered data and proposes an improvement of the current situation.

This bachelors thesis deals with the terms couching and increase of work effectiveness due to coaching. Its aim is to give a basic explanation of both terms and, subsequently, to study a work environment, where coaching is used as a type of personal management. This bachelors thesis should introduce the function of coaching, its fundamentals and tools it works with, mainly a coaching interview. The subsequent research focuses on a coaching interview in more detail. It shows what such an interview looks like in real life and it compares theory with practice. At the same time, the thesis strives to find out through a questionnaire what it is like for the coached persons to work at a position, where coaching is used, how the interviews are constructed, what their benefits are and how they provide motivation. An important part of the thesis is also a comparison of answers of the coached persons with a transcript of the interviews and a consequent comparison with the real achieved results of coached employees.
Coaching as a method of developing people in a manufacturing company

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the coaching process in a manufacturing company and on the basis of these information to compare the period before the implementation of coaching and after that. Positive impacts will be observed, particularly in terms of efficiency of the production process, as well as wastage rate and finally will be evaluated levels of employee's satisfaction. For this purpose will be used evaluating interviews with employees, who participated in coaching, together with internal company materials. Benefit of this thesis is primarily evaluation the impact of the coaching process in the manufacturing company and based on the findings to propose recommendations for future development in the area of human resources. General conclusions of this thesis and subsequent recommendations could be useful for other manufacturing companies, which would like to develop employees through coaching.
Team coaching

The bachelor's thesis of this work focuses on the future of team coaching. The theoretical part consists of the general perception of coaching and then specifically explains the team coaching; determines the benefits for coaches and trainees. In the practical part the author will carefully address and asses the use of team coaching in practice on the basis of using personal questionnaires. The aim of this work is to determine the future of the ČSOB team coaching, specifically, how the team coaching is perceived by the coach and how it is observed by the trainee, and additionally what team coaching brings to the company.
