Cílem práce není jen zaměření na koučink samotný, ale celý proces zvyšování kvalit zaměstnance a jeho následné uplatnění v praxi za účelem zvýšení pracovní efektivnosti. Zaměřuje se na nové metody v koučinku, jako je konfrontace mezi zaměstnanci, klade důraz na citlivý přístup k zaměstnanci a používá The Achieve model jako nástavbu pro již uplatňovaný model The Grow. V práci se snažím o změny přístupu manažerů a team leaderu k podřízeným, změny vnímání koučinku samotného a jeho přínosu. Ve své práci jsem použila metody pozorování, rozhovoru a komparace výsledků. V práci zjišťuji, jak je koučink uplatňován napříč pozicemi na největší pobočce v jedné s hlavních bank v ČR a následně aplikuji mnou zvolené metody. The goal of the thesis is not only coaching itself, but the whole process of employee qualities increasing and his subsequent use in the practice in order to increase work efficiency. It focuses on new coaching methods such as confrontation among employees. It highlights sensitive access to the staff and uses The Achieve model as a extension to already used The Grow model. In my thesis I try to change managers and team leaders access to employees, change taking of coaching itself and its benefits. In my thesis I used methods of observation, interview and results comparation. I try to find out how the coaching is used among different job ranks in the biggest branch of one of main banks in the Czech republic and subsequently I apply selected methods
