Bakalářská práce se věnuje pojmu koučink a zvýšení pracovní efektivity na základě koučování. Klade si za cíl základní vysvětlení obou pojmů a následnou studii pracovního prostředí, kde koučování jako styl vedení lidí probíhá. Bakalářská práce má přiblížit funkci koučování, jeho základy a nástroje, se kterými pracuje a to především koučovací rozhovor. Následný výzkum se právě na koučovací rozhovor dále zaměřuje. Ukazuje, jak takový reálný rozhovor v praxi vypadá a porovnává teorii s praxí. Zároveň má práce za úkol dotazníkovým šetřením u koučovaných zjistit, jak se jim v zaměstnání, kde je koučování praktikováno, pracuje, jak rozhovory probíhají, co jim přináší a jak je moti-vují. Důležitým bodem práce je také porovnání odpovědí koučovaných s přepisem roz-hovorů a následným srovnáním s reálnými dosahovanými výsledky koučovaných za-městnanců. This bachelors thesis deals with the terms couching and increase of work effectiveness due to coaching. Its aim is to give a basic explanation of both terms and, subsequently, to study a work environment, where coaching is used as a type of personal management. This bachelors thesis should introduce the function of coaching, its fundamentals and tools it works with, mainly a coaching interview. The subsequent research focuses on a coaching interview in more detail. It shows what such an interview looks like in real life and it compares theory with practice. At the same time, the thesis strives to find out through a questionnaire what it is like for the coached persons to work at a position, where coaching is used, how the interviews are constructed, what their benefits are and how they provide motivation. An important part of the thesis is also a comparison of answers of the coached persons with a transcript of the interviews and a consequent comparison with the real achieved results of coached employees.
