This thesis " The time and problem of fleshliness" defines the concept of body as alive phenomenon, so called Pexis. This body is non-objective, and specifical nature of this body is its overrun to the surrounding world. This overrun is made by live experience and there is necessarily time process attached to this experience. This text is comparing this body (Pexis) with objective conception of body which we can observe in postmodern society, the text is focused on reasons and effects of this objective conception. There is the conception of body in this text, which can be spotted in many others acctual problems of todays world.

The issue of constructions on the land of another

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of constructions on the land of another. At first the thesis focuses on definition of basic terms, i.e. the construction and the building plot. In the following text is concerned about permission to build. Attention is focused on three types of titles of use - lease, easement and of peripheral importance, loan of land, which is not given a full explanation, but only focusing on issues related to the topic of work. To the previous issues link two institutes which deal with third and fourth chapter - authorized and unauthorized construction. Authorized construction is current problem in the future and therefore it is very noticeable lack of explicit rules that must be compensated for general rules of unjust enrichment. The chapter on unauthorized construction is divided into sections according to the character of each "type", i.e. whether the construction is movable thing or realty and whether the authorization to construction lacked from outset or dropped out after the construction was built. Comparative study of education systems of Austria and the Czech Republic

The rigorosum thesis deals with two European education systems, i.e. the Austrian and the Czech education system. The thesis is conceived rather theoretically and inquires into both legislation frames of the Austrian and the Czech education systems, whilst the thesis probes into the legislation back to the year of 1918 when both these countries originated after the break up of the Austro - Hungarian monarchy. Then, the rigorosum thesis concerns with the current conditions of both education systems providing detailed analysis and characteristics. The actual agenda and ongoing discussions are not ommited and they concern with general problems and trends, priorities and objectives in the EU's education policy background. Even the outcomes of the research studies of OECD PISA 2006 and TIMSS 2007 are assigned into this chapter. The core of the rigorosum thesis lies in the comparison of both education systems. The comparison of legislation frame and ongoing discussions, which are carried on in both countries, are not ommited. This diploma paper analyses the Barcelona process and the Union for the Mediterranean. It aims to answer the question wether the Union for the Mediterranean is the continuation of the Barcelona process and to show the relations, similarities and differences. It is divided into three chapters. The first chapter characterizes the Mediterranean region and its importance for European Union. The second chapter describes the emergence and progress of Barcelona process. It also evaluates the Barcelona process. The third chapter is about the Union for the Mediterranean, its progress and its actual problems.

The objective of this thesis is to summarize the actual theoretical knowledge about clustering and cluster development and these findings consequently apply to czech business environment. The thesis analyses czech cluster policy and creates list of functional and developing clusters and cluster initiatives in Czech republic. The thesis sumarizes practical experience with cluster development in Czech republic - its successful projects and problems it has to face. As a conclusion this thesis brings evaluation of cluster concept in Czech republic, recommendations and alternatives for its future development.

Cargo inland waterway transport on the Elbe river in the Czech republic

The thesis attends to cargo inland waterway transport on the river Elbe in the Czech republic. The target is to analyse its progress, function and place in national and international transport. The thesis shows actual problems that occur in inland waterway transport. The main problem is the bottleneck at the Czech - German border which should be solved by building-up of the weir in Děčín. But this is not acceptable for environmentalists. The target as well is to quote reasons why to built-up the weir which is important for the development of inland waterway transport.

Práce se zabývá problematikou Public Private Partnership (zkráceně PPP), tedy partnerstvím veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Teoretický koncept PPP projektů je popsán v úvodní části práce. Jsou zde rozebrány základní problémy, rizika a postupy při používání tohoto způsobu financování. Dále je rozebrán Public Sector Comparator a poslední část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku a zabezpečení projektů v rámci České republiky a aktuální vývoj vybraných projektů.

In the theoretical section differend kinds of alternatives that are applied within criminality solving are described. Therewithal is engaged with basis of alternative punishment. It described notions that are related with this questions. In practical section judges{\crq} opinions and opinions of students of social subjects are being found out through the use of question-form. Than their approaches are being compared. Is evaluated research which is investigated the consciousness of the society of the alternative punishment.

The phenomen of social exclusion. Theoretical framework and aspects of the subject

V diplomové práci se budu zabývat vybranými aspekty fenoménu sociální exkluze a rovněž základními teoretickými přístupy, které si kladou za cíl objasnit příčiny vzniku sociálních problémů vyskytujících se v současných společnostech a hledat řešení, jak je odstranit, nebo alespoň eliminovat. Témata sociální exkluze, chudoby, sociálních nerovností a v širším významu sociálního znevýhodnění některých jedinců a sociálních skupin představují podle mne velice aktuální společenské problémy, na které je stále nutné zaměřovat pozornost jak ve společenských vědách, tak v praxi. Tato práce by měla přispět zejména k seznámení s pojmem sociální exkluze, k vysvětlení tohoto sociálního problému a v neposlední řadě, na základě srovnání rozdílných teoretických přístupů, k objasnění příčin jeho výskytu v současných společnostech a možných způsobů, jak se s ním vypořádat. Dotknu se rovněž empirické roviny problematiky, protože koncept sociální exkluze je zároveň analytickým modelem využívaným v sociologickém výzkumu a také v sociální politice jako nástroj k popisu aktuálních společenských problémů, jenž vede k tvorbě strategií a politik sociální inkluze.
