Ecclesiology in the works of Silvester Mario Braito OP This bachelor thesis is concerned with the development of ecclesiology in the works of the Catholic priest Silvester Mario Braito OP. The thesis has three parts. In the first part, it describes the events in the life of S. M. Braito, mainly with respect to their importance for his publishing activities. It also offers an outline of the development of Catholic ecclesiological thinking in the time when Braito was active. The second part then offers an analysis of S. M. Braito's ecclesiological articles in the bulletin Na hlubinu (Into the deep). The third part takes into consideration his ecclesiological thoughts in books. The work contains a review of Braito's church doctrine, defines the main concepts of his ecclesiological reflection and shows the sources he uses. At the end of this thesis, we evaluate Braito's contribution to the development of modern ecclesiology and sets the junctions with the church doctrine, as it has been defined by the Second Council of Vatican. This thesis will present an encounter between several different theological worlds, including on the one hand Barth's teaching on justification, which builds on the Reformation teaching in a creative way, and on the other Catholic teaching on justification, which is based on the Catholic tradition, in which an important role is played by the Council of Trent. We therefore need to take into consideration not only Barth's teaching and contemporary Catholic teaching, but also Reformation teaching and Tridentine teaching on justification. The central focus is on Barth's concept of justification and the Catholic reaction to it, which is based on a certain interpretation in the Catholic tradition. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Efficiency of regulation of minor stationary pollution sources
Mešková, Alena ; Jílková, Jiřina (advisor) ; Vojáček, Ondřej (referee)
Local air pollution significantly affects human health. Among its major polluters are households which are, however, difficult to regulate. This essay describes the tools of regulation of small pollution resources already implemented in existing legislation and also the instruments under consideration by the Ministry of the Environment, focusing on subsidies. The questionnaire survey monitored the feedback of households towards subsidies for heating change and consequently three hypotheses were specified. The first one assumes that the subsidies will be utilized just by households with lower incomes. The second one assumes that the subsidy will be chozen by elderly people. According to the last hypothesis this choice will be preffered by households with higher heating costs. Any of the hypotheses was not rejected. Subsidies will stimulate households to use more environmentally friendly methods of heating.

Integrating spiritual and religious needs in the nursing process in Tábor hospital corp.
PETERKOVÁ, Blanka
During an illness, spiritual and pastoral needs play an important role, although their saturation is not yet accorded such importance as is the case in meeting biological, psychological or social needs. The first objective of the work was to determine how spiritual and pastoral care is integrated into the nursing process at the wards of Nemocnice Tábor, a. s. (Tábor Hospital). The second objective was to determine the satisfaction of clients/patients with the provision of such care. A qualitative research study was conducted based on semi-standardized interviews with nurses and clients of Tábor Hospital, and also with the clergymen and pastoral assistants who provide spiritual care in the hospital. The research sample consisted of 10 ward nurses, 10 hospitalized clients, 2 hospital chaplains and 2 pastoral assistants. The investigation revealed that the spiritual and pastoral care is incorporated in Tábor Hospital in the form of religious services, providing sacraments, conversations of clergymen and pastoral assistants with clients. Nurses are involved rather in the emotional support of clients and they do not basically saturate their spiritual needs, especially in consideration of their work load as well as their unfamiliarity with this issue. Clients are not satisfied with the providing of spiritual and pastoral care, because such care is not provided to them, particularly on the part of nurses.

Variability of meteorological processes in stratosphere in relation to vertical ozone profile
Motl, Martin ; Kalvová, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Halenka, Tomáš (referee)
There is studied an influence of dynamical processes in atmosphere on the total ozone and its vertical profile in this work. There are described known atmospherical processes with influence on ozone variability and statistical methods used in the work at first. Then is studied connection between ozone and tropopause height. There are also monitored time trends of ozone and tropopauzse height. There are computed modes of variability for the field of the geopotential in pressure levels from 500 to 10 hPa in the next part of the work and there is studied a statistical connection between computed modes and ozone. There is constructed linear regression model from time trend and computed modes. This model describes considerable part of the ozone variability and there are discussed possibilities of use some similar model for prediction of the total ozone in the resume.

Important food-borne pathogens in raw cow´s milk
HRUBEŠOVÁ, Kristýna
This work talks about the problems of food-borne pathogens in raw milk, with a special focus on Campylobacter jejuni and Staphylococcus aureus including its negative influence on health of the consumers. The topic of consumption of raw milk was lately a much discussed question and is further described in the text. With consideration to possible occurrence of food-borne pathogens, it is important to thermally treat raw milk before consumption. Despite this fact there is still a large number of consumers who don?t respect this technical procedure and they threaten their own health.

Implicit Pension Debt in the EU Member States
Doležal, Vítězslav ; Schneider, Ondřej (advisor) ; Votápková, Jana (referee)
The diploma thesis examines the implicit pension debt in the fifteen EU countries. The Holzmann et al. (2011) methodology is applied to show the impact of population ageing on the pension systems in the EU. The implicit pension debts demonstrate the considerable hidden debt burden in the all fifteen countries. The implicit pension debts range in the interval from 47 % of GDP for the Czech Republic to 906 % for Greece. Nine of the analyzed countries record the implicit pension debts in the interval 100 - 300 % of GDP. The sensitivity analysis and the comparison with other studies confirm our findings. The thesis points out sizeable imbalances among the particular countries, genders and age cohorts.

Identification of production indicators important for definition of the selection criteria in cattle breeding.
Michaličková, Monika ; Vostrý, Luboš (advisor) ; Stádník, Luděk (referee)
The aim of the study was to apply all available information (for time period 2011 to 2013) about the dual purpose cattle breeds (Simmental and Pinzgauer) to the program package ECOWEIGHT and to suggest selection criteria for Slovak dairy and cow calf production systems. The main advantages of Ph.D. thesis were the calculation of economic weights with comprehensive consideration and updating of the current farming conditions, as well as the calculation of economic weights for new traits i. e. health and residual feed intake traits. For the calculations, the bio-economic model and the most common marketing strategy for given production system were used. The main comparative advantage of Simmental and Pinzgauer breeds, were the milk yield (dairy system) and proportion of sold calves per 100 cows (cow-calf system), respectively. For the both breeds and production systems the longevity of cows was detected as the weakness. The highest proportion in cost and revenues structure for the feeding and main products was observed, respectively. For both breeds and production systems, the profit (regardless of subsidies including) was not reached. For Simmental breed in dairy and cow calf system, the highest economic importance was observed for milk yield (19.9%) and fertility of cows (22.5%), daily gain of calves till weaning (age of 100 days; 16.1%) and weight of calves at 210 days of age (14.3%) and for the longevity of cows (11.4% and 12.4%), respectively. On the other hand, for SP breed the highest relative importance was observed for daily gain till weaning (100 days of age, 20.3%) and weight of calves at 210 days (100 days of age; 20.3%), milk yield (20.2%) and weight at 120 days of age (14.4%) and for longevity of cows (10.1% and 16.8%) in dairy and cow-calf population, respectively. Based on the results of Ph.D. thesis, it could be recommended to reconsider the current breeding objectives, as well as to redefine the selection indices of dual-purpose cattle breeds in Slovakia. The emphasise should be based to growth and functional traits, with the aim to integrate preferences of consumers (environmental criterion and popularity of animal products), as well as to ensure the sustainability of animal production.
