New hospitality marketing concepts

The thesis deals with new hospitality marketing concepts and presents some interesting concepts created in the last decade. The aim of this thesis is to analyze concepts, evaluate demand among potential customers for new concepts and design unique hospitality marketing concept. The theoretical part deals with the marketing definition and clarification of what marketing includes. In the analytical part, there are new hospitality marketing concepts described in general, and then the concepts for selected segment -- parents with children. For the purpose of this thesis was created a questionnaire, which examines the demand for new concepts and customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the existing hospitality concepts. Results are presented in a separate chapter. The thesis concludes with a new design concept, its description, competitive analysis and marketing mix.
3BL hotel management

The work is dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its application in the hotel. Part of this work are interviews with representatives of hotels representing the CSR best practices and interviews with other selected subjects. Comparison of the information reflects the current status of implementation of CSR in hotel management in the Czech Republic. The output of work is created CSR matrix. According the principles of 3 BL management matrix visualizes the organization current level of Corporate Social Responsibility and the impact of its activities on a particular area of CSR.
Opportunities for improvement of hotel’s quality system

The thesis is focused on opportunities for improvement of the hotel's quality management. The main goal is to evaluate and improve current quality management in the chosen hotel with emphasis on the National quality system. The system should come into effect latest in 2015 and it is based on requirement of quality management systems such as the EFQM Excellence model and ISO 9001:2009.
Levels of food services in selected facilities

The main objective of the thesis is to find out the level of food services in the selected facilities through comparative analysis. On the base of primary and secondary information will be determined the food cost of selected catering services and its comparison with other catering establishments. A secondary goal is to obtain an overall view of the menu in the selected catering facilities, raw material costs, method of calculation, or the calculation of food cost and to design the appropriate structure of selected food services in terms of attractiveness and optimal food cost. Acquired knowledge enables to convert the created menu into practice and apply as a potential competitive advantage of the catering facility.

Goal of this theses is to prepare real and concrete business plan of hospitality business. Theoretical part focuses on entrepreneurial activity, legal aspects of hospitality and goals and structure of business plan. In practical part is described establishment of company, operation, marketing strategy, analysis of macro and micro environs, and analysis of financial statements. Then there is SWOT analysis and selected financial indicators.
Analysis of tourism services in Jihlava region

The title of this Bachelor thesis is Analysis of tourism services in Jihlava region. At beginnig were defined exact aims, which were also accomplished. At first was written the Situational Analysis solving the main aspects needed for analysing tourism services in Jihlava region. It was mentioned geografical, demografical a historical delimitation as well as tourism sector. The second part of this Bachelor thesis is Classification of tourism services mainly accommodation, boarding and enquiry offices. On the basis of teoretical principles was executed Marketing Research. Thanks to the results was compiled Proposal of marketing improvement. The result was also estimation of defined hypothesis, which were: 1. Jihlava region is not sufficiently propagated. 2. In Jihlava region is not sufficiently developed agroturism, although this region has a great potential.
The marketing analysis of guest loyalty program implementation at Grand Hotel Zvon

The diploma thesis is dealing with a topic of hospitality, a natural part of the services sector. Under the conditions of a constant development and ever-increasing competition there is necessary for hospitality industry enterprises to impress upon their customers their unique features and quality. Customers always seek a higher quality of services provided, individualization of services, logically they always look for the highest return of their investments. One of partial aims of this diploma thesis was an analysis of preferences of guests in a context of concept and implementation of a loyalty program. Other partial aim was to analyze indoor and outdoor attributes of the hotel. Marketing and management methods of SWOT analysis, questionnaire etc. have been used to achieve these aims. The main aim of this diploma thesis was to propose an optimal structure of the loyalty program for guests. The program must respect guests{\crq} wishes and needs while remaining financially acceptable for the hotel. A questionnaire has been used to detect the preferences of guests which then formed the basis of proposed loyalty program. Setting the conditions and principles of loyalty program membership was the next step to achieve the main aim. Finally, a detailed calculation of every item and benefit used in the loyalty program was created.

Loyalty programs in the hospitality industry

This paper deals with the area of loyalty programs, especially in the hospitality industry. The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate an implementation of a loyalty program on a concrete example, since this topic has not been explored extensively before. The theoretical part delves into the history of and the basic terms from hospitality, marketing, communication mix and sales support, particularly customer loyalty programs. The second part covers the concrete loyalty program of Hotel Adria Praha, implemented in 2008 and partially created by the author. The whole process is captured, ranging from the ideas to implements such a program to its development, distribution and to some extent its final evaluation. The final part outlines ideas about the justification of loyalty programs in current situation of the hospitality market in the Czech republic.
