Level and Efficiency of External Controls of Schools in Liberec Region (Focused on Founders' Competences and Mutual Cooperation During the Inspection)

My thesis analyzes and evaluates the status and functioning of the education system in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it analyzes the causes and consequences of influence of each factor on its quality. The found knowledge is summarized in the proposal of the new external school evaluation. Conslusions are based on the results of inquiry of directors, founders and employees of Czech School Inspection of Liberec region, based on the results of the national project Road to Quality Improvement realized in the Czech Republic, as well as the conclusions are based on results of international teams interested in implementation of evalution of school systems, for example Organization for Economic Cooperation Development (OECD), McKinsey & Company and Standing Conference of Central and General Inspectorates of Education (SICI). The aim of this thesis it to find the scale of competences and responsibility of each subject in educational politics. It is focused on qualification of founders and drawing of consequences coming from all indentified aspects. Does ISS FSV UK prepare the Students for Actual Needs at the Labor Market?

The thesis "Does ISS educate their students in accordance with the needs of the labor market?" deals with the relationship between tertiary education of graduates and their labor market outcomes. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with the importance of education in relation to the employability of graduates. The methodological part approaches this relationship on a case study of the Institute of Sociological Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. Evaluation as s research method is chosen to solve the diploma thesis. The analytical part gradually reveals the conceptual model of the evaluated program, stakeholders and their interests. The aim of the analytical part is to answer the evaluation questions about the level of work performance of graduate employability skills.
Patients education before cardiac catheterization results and its evaluation

Baccalaureate work deal with problems education in patients indicated to invasive achievement cardiac catheterization. It consists of theoretic and experiential parts. In theoretic parts are translateds basic piece of knowledge incidental educational activity in medical environment. Further list-form of macroinstruction with character achievement cardiac catheterization, inclusive nurse care before and after step. Pivotal is experiential volume of work, for which was elect philosophy uniphase mixed mock - up, i. e. use qualitative also quantitative engineer in just one experimental enquiry. Evaluation of ESF funded interventions aimed at persons endangered by exclusion from the labour market

This thesis deals with the efficiency of the measures, which are implemented within the projects supported by the European Social Fund and are aimed at the endangered groups of parents (mostly women) on the labour market. The theoretical part introduces the concept of labour market segmentation, theory of human and social capital and finally outlines labour market policies within the framework of the EU and the Czech Republic. Empirical research uses techniques of interviews and a questionnaire in order to evaluate the implementation of the measures and targeting of the funds towards the needs of this specific group of women which is under a long term threat on the labour market. The contribution of this thesis is primarily in a detailed study on the efficiency of the system of subsidies in one part of the support from the ESF from the perspective of non-profit organizations. Evaluation of social reform impact on non-insurable social benefits

The diploma work "Evaluation of the impact of welfare reform in the area of non-insurance social welfare" is about one of the parts of Social Security in the Czech Republic about area of benefits whose claim is not conditional on participation in insurance. The focus is on the legislative creation and organizational structure ensuring this instrument of the social policy. Because of it the basic of the diploma work is the creation of the political processes, mainly their implementation and evaluation. There are characterized the development and current status of state social assistance, material poverty and benefits for people with disabilities. An analyze of legislative changes that this area has undergone in the context of social reform which started in 2011 is the part of the diploma work. There is the characterization of the process of implementation reforms into practice and it is made their evaluation in the connection with the organization, technical support and legitimacy benefits systems. Resources for diploma work were a combination of primary and secondary data. The base is consisting mainly from professional literature and the relevant legislation. Evaluation of nursery schools - two-class nursery school from the perspective of parents

The final thesis deals with the evaluation of nursery schools. The goal of the thesis is the analysis of the current state of several small selected two-classed nursery schools in Prague and to find out what these schools are strong at and what could be improved. The starting point of theoretical part of the bacherol thesis is the available literature on the topic of evaluations as well as literature on nursery schools and their history, conditions of pre-school education, the school culture, the school climate and their effects on parents. The research part is based on the empirical survey carried on the basis of questionnaires for parents whose children attend two-classed nursery schools in Prague. It checks the assertions based on the author's experience. It brings some food for thought about the fact what nursery schools are good at and what can be improved in the future.
Use of descriptors for evaluating the input and output knowledge and skills in elementary school students

Bachelor thesis "Using descriptors for evaluation of the input and output of knowledge and skills of 2nd grade elementary school students" deals with the evaluation and effectiveness of primary prevention, which is performed by non-profit organization Semiramis z.ú. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the concepts of primary prevention, program evaluation, minimal preventive program, the target groups of primary prevention and social skills. The second part deals with the research itself and creation of the descriptors (questionnaires), which are used in the research. Descriptors measure the knowledge and skills of students before and immediately after the block. On the basis of acquired data and mutual comparison with the results recorded by teachers of primary prevention, I find that performed primary prevention programs are effective.

TITLE: Functionality and quality of preschool education programme in relation to evaluation tools AUTHOR: Michaela Kuběnová DEPARTMENT: The Center of School Management SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Jan Voda, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The bachelor's thesis discusses option of school education programme evaluation in the context of auto-evaluating procedures. The theoretical part explains the related terms, individual steps of auto-evaluation procedure, including evaluation tools, and describes basic documents of the state curricular policy in terms of preschool education. The research part concerns with the research question, i.e. investigation of the most commonly used methods form obtaining feedback showing a need for school curriculum modifications. The research method used is a questionnare. The work concludes that an interview is the method most commonly used with various groups of respondents.
