Annotation: This thesis deal with aggresion and aggressiveness in humans lifetime, its sorts, starters.In more detail it is focusing for some forms of aggressive behavior as are chicane, ill-usage, racism, anti- semitism. It determinatives them as notions, describe thein after- effects and thein resolutions. At the conclusion this thesis offers set of games, methods and lessons for aggressiveness absorbing of pupils in the school. Some of them are equiping with photos, and the educt of simple questionnaire on the theme aggressive behavior at primary school in region Mladá Boleslav.
Penitentiary and Post-Penitentiary care in the Czech Republic

Aim of my diploma thesis is to describe the system of penitentiary and post-penitentiary care in the Czech republic and determine whether and how it works link these two components in practice. This thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part I explain the expressions and the subjects that provide this care in our republic. I also try to clarify the purpose and the sense of this care and the relations between penitentiary and post-penitentiary care. I deal with the conception of work with defendant and convicted people, as well, and with the possibilities of work with clients in jail. I cpecify problems of this work in details. Last but not lest i mention upbriding, education and employment of people in the course of custody and imprisonment. The practical part of my diploma thesis is based on my praktice in the jailhouse Praha - Ruzyně that I manager in the course my studies. I start with guilty and convict clients there, then I mention the structure of the working team of specialist. The possibilities of the clients regarding the treatment is procedure, education and employment in this jailhouse make an important part of this diploma work. Role of social worker in hospitals. Support and help provided to families with disabled child of pre-school age

The thesis deals with social work at hospital, exactly with job descripton of social worker at hospital, with support which he receives during performance of work and conditions under which he performs the work. In the theoretical part there are defined terms social work and social worker, his competence and approach to clients, hospital, patient and client. It also deals with ethical codex. Then it deals with disability and its types. It deals with family and educational styles, situation of families with child with disability, different social benefit from social welfare scheme which they can be entitled to and social services which they can use. It discusses also attitude of parents to children with disability and process of coping with this reality. Next part deals with social work at hospital, defining social work at the hospital, his education and job description requirements. There is also mentioned the term quality of life, which should social worker bear in mind during work with clients. In practial part there is analysed work of social workers at the hospital with the aim to describe their amount and activities. Theoretical part deals with the characteristics of strokes, risk factors, prevention, symptoms and treatment of ict. It also deals about the consequences rehabilitation of patients after stroke. The thought of how ictus affects and change existing behavior of person, who was affected, but also how affected close persons. Also describes options of formal support, social services, contributions and organizations, which helps to people after CMP. Theoretical chapters are added research part focused on quality in the form of semi-structured interviews with three people after CMP and three people which are close to them, and who takes care about them after ictus, or still they care about them. Participation Abstract The aim of this diploma thesis is especially to identify the advantages and disadvantages of individual approaches to regulation of participation, to set out the main attributes of participation in the Czech criminal law, including its main deficiencies, and to present possible inspiring solutions for their elimination by presenting a different model of regulation abroad. Participation as one of the forms of criminal collaboration is approached slightly differently by each legislation. However, the legislations usually agree that the participant's actions must be punished in a certain way. Although the participant does not partake in the fulfillment of the constituent elements of the crime by its own actions, its influence on the crime itself may be significant. The reason for choosing this topic is mainly the still unresolved situation regarding the institute of participation in the Czech Criminal Code and a large amount of criticism of the current regulation. Although the Criminal Code was newly adopted in 2009 and the possibility of correcting the deficiencies of the participation was obvious, professional discussions did not take place, and in the end a regulation that to a certain extent copied the previous criticized one, was adopted. How gender is being born in a diagnostic institute

The dissertation completes research that began in late 2007. It presents research findings concerning ways and methods of (re) construction of gender identities of Czech children placed in facilities for institutional and protective education. Based on ethnographic research in Diagnostic institute Ark there are examined practices and techniques shaping gender roles and contents, which are rooted in the so-called helping professions discourses. Psychology, special education, social work, pedagogy, education and health education are specializations that converge are under the roof of the institutes and create a discursive field for the exercise of power-colored procedures disciplining the children who are placed (cf. Laan, 1998). These procedures are directly linked to the concepts of socially desirable sex-gender order. The research objective was to capture the processes which have been neglected by the Czech professional community so far and which may become potential disciplination instruments in the hands of professionals in a wide range of helping professions, including social and special pedagogy.

ABSTRACT: The diploma thesis entitled Left-handedness and its acceptance in contemporary education system and families follows up and complements the bachelor thesis entitled The issue of left- handedness in the development of children and youth - history, present and perspectives. The first and second chapters of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis focus more deeply on the characteristics of left-handed writing styles, advantages and disadvantages of left-handed writing, suitable writing aids, classroom order, organization of work environment and writing methodology. The third chapter is devoted to laterality tests with a focus on the upper limb, lower limb, eye and ear, test tasks, their conditions and evaluation. The last fourth chapter of the theoretical part deals with the central nervous system, more precisely the brain and its asymmetric anatomy, function, control of upper limb movements and motor development of the upper limb.
