Katedra psychosociálních věd a etiky. Vedoucí práce MUDr. Jiřina Ondrušová, Ph.D. Tématem této diplomové práce je psychosociální problematika lidí po cévní mozkové příhodě a blízkých osob, které o ně po nemoci pečují. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou cévní mozkové příhody, rizikovými faktory, prevencí, příznaky a léčbou iktu. Dále pak pojednává o následcích a rehabilitaci pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Zamýšlí se nad tím, jak iktus ovlivní a změní dosavadní fungování člověka, kterého postihl, ale i jak se dotkne jeho blízkých. Popisuje též možnosti formální podpory, sociální služby, příspěvky a organizace, které lidem po CMP pomáhají. Teoretické kapitoly jsou doplněny výzkumnou částí zaměřenou kvalitativně, a to formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se třemi osobami po CMP a třemi blízkými, kteří o pacienty po iktu pečovali či pečují. Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat cévní mozkovou příhodu jakožto onemocnění se závažnými důsledky a shrnout možnosti formální podpory a pomoci pro osoby po iktu a jejich blízké, a prostřednictvím výzkumného šetření zmapovat změny, které mohou nastat v životě lidí, kteří... Head of work Dr. Jirina Ondrusova, Ph.D. The theme of this thesis is psychosocial issues of people after stroke and close persons, who takes care about them. Theoretical part deals with the characteristics of strokes, risk factors, prevention, symptoms and treatment of ict. It also deals about the consequences rehabilitation of patients after stroke. The thought of how ictus affects and change existing behavior of person, who was affected, but also how affected close persons. Also describes options of formal support, social services, contributions and organizations, which helps to people after CMP. Theoretical chapters are added research part focused on quality in the form of semi-structured interviews with three people after CMP and three people which are close to them, and who takes care about them after ictus, or still they care about them. The aim of this diploma thesis is describe stroke as disease with serious consequences and summarize options formal support and help for people after ict and their close persons, and through research investigation map changes, which may occur...
