Coordination abilities level of younger school age children
Vlčková, Petra ; Engelthalerová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Hrabinec, Jiří (referee)
Title: Coordination abilities' level of primary school children Author: Petra Vlčková Department: Department of Physical Education Supervisor: Mgr. et Mgr. Zdeňka Engelthalerová Abstract: This thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part includes theoretical knowledge, which relates to motoric abilities, especially their definition and structuring in relation to primary school children. There is also a description of coordination abilities and their possibile recognising and development in detail. In the practical part there is a description of testing procedure which finds out the level of space orientation, balance and rhythm coordination abilities by pupils in the forth form at primary school. The tests results are statistically analysed and annotated. Obtained data are compiled in charts and diagrams. There is a supplement to the practical part containing the compendium of activities for coordination development. Key words: coordination abilities, primary school age, motor learning, motor tests
Monitoring of influence of individual segments of a teaching unit on physical education on fitness of girls from seventh of elememntary school
Floriánová, Linda ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
Title: Monitoring of influence of individual segments of a teaching unit of physical education on fitness of girls from seventh grade of elementary school. Aim: The aim of the empirical part is to monitor the proportional representation of the motoric activities during the time given in the lessons of physical education of the seventh grade girls, and along with the chosen methods of testing of these individuals, to prove or disprove possible influence of the composition of the P.E. lessons on the chosen segments of their fitness. Methods: Various methods were used for testing the considered sample. These were the standardized motoric tests (intense forward bend when sitting, place-jump with legs together, endurance in a pull-up, hand grip) which investigate the chosen segments of the fitness. Another method used was the bioimpedance which measures the parameters of body composition. The data were recollected quantitatively and the results were also processed quantitatively by means of statistic parameters, such as arithmetic mean, variation span and determinative deviation. Results: From the results of the work emerged that as far as the chosen motoric activities and their influence on the chosen segments of the fitness are concerned, during the time given only the segment of flexibility in...
Relations between high, jumping and speed-dexterity parameters in older students' volleyball
Valtová, Alžběta ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Buchtel, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Relations between high, jumping and speed-dexterity parameters in older students' volleyball Objectives: The aim of this work is to identify and evaluate the relationships between high, jumping and speed-dexterity parameters in older students' volleyball in the years 2008 to 2012. Methods: For the processing and evaluation of data retrieved from the results of standardized tests for volleyball in individual years and generally used method of comparison (comparison) data were also used basic statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, maximum, minimum, range of variation, T-sections, McCall criterion). The evaluation was performed by means of graphs and verbal assessment. Results: In the selection of the 20 highest players in each year from 2008 to 2012 could not be confirmed that the majority did not reach above the average of the absolute values after smash jump start, but it was confirmed that the majority did not reach above-average values when measuring speed-dexterity test, known as K-test measured against a whole group of players in a given year. Furthermore, according to the processed data confirmed that most of the selection of 20 of the K-test the best players in each year from 2008 to 2012 will achieve above-average values of the absolute jump start after smash...
Athletics in elementary school physical education
Vlachová, Šárka ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: Athletics in Elementary School Physical Education Objectives: The main aim of the thesis was to measure the level of basic fitness of older elementary school children in 2013. The results of this measurement were compared with the results given by the sport centres of the Czech Athletic Federation (from here onwards referred to as SpS ČAS) for year 2012. Methods: The thesis uses the method of observing and the method of testing. The verification of chosen fitness tests was carried out during Physical Education lessons at the Elementary School Pacov, Za Branou and the Elementary School Pacov, Náměstí. The aim of testing was to determine the level of fitness abilities of the second stage boys. The author of the thesis chose four most commonly used testing tools - the 50m run, the standing long jump, the medicine ball throw and the 12 minute run. Results: The fitness of the SpS members is markedly better in comparison with the elementary school students. The students reached worse results in all applied tests. Keywords: elementary school athletics, athletics, fitness abilities, fitness testing
Process of motional abilities for under 16 ice hockey players in preliminary term
Lobotka, Branislav ; Suchý, Jiří (advisor) ; Pupiš, Martin (referee)
Title: Process of motional abilities for under 16 ice hockey players in preliminary term Author: Bc. Branislav Lobotka Supervisor: doc. PhDr. Jiří Suchý, Ph.D. Objective: The aim of this thesis was to design and implement a training program for development of motor skills of junior ice hockey players and it's subsequent verification in practice during preparation period 2011/2012. This thesis is based and builds on author's Bachelor thesis, in which the author analysed fitness preparation of juniors in preparation period 2010/2011. In the thesis are both fitness programs compared and analysed. As for scientific research, the author worked with hockey team HK Dukla Trencin. Conclusions and hypothesis are listed in the conclusion of the thesis. Methods: In thesis was used method of research, the method of observation, methods of literary sources, method of interview and method of measurement and testing. Results: The obtained results should form a basis for further development of fitness plans for junior ice hockey players' preparation periods. Key words: ice-hockey, athletic phase, motional abilities, U16 ice-hockey players, training, tests.
Monitoring of changes in vertical jump, speed test and standing long jump of 17-19 years old volleyball players
Kuncíř, Tomáš ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Petružela, Jan (referee)
Title: Monitoring of changes in vertical jump, speed test and standing long jump of 17-19 years old volleyball players Aims: The goal of the thesis is to process the test results of vertical jump, standing long jump and speed K-test of volleyball players between the ages of 17 and 19. Methods: Statistical evaluating of gathered data and its processing into graphs and tables Conclusions: Results show that performances of volleyball players between 17 and 19 years of age increased: - by 3.5 % at vertical jump - by 4.5 % at standing long jump - by 1.1 % at speed K-test Keywords: Performance growth, Testing, Motor skills tests, Adolescents category, Test battery
Utilization of Multidimensional scaling and kinetic tests for evaluation and selection of soldiers to courses of close combat
Vágner, Michal ; Hendl, Jan (advisor) ; Zháněl, Jiří (referee) ; Komeštík, Blahoslav (referee)
TTiittllee:: Utilization of Multidimensional scaling and kinetic tests for evaluation and selection of soldiers to courses of close combat TThhee aaiimm ooff wwoorrkk:: The work deals with the structure scale for evaluation of close combat techniques and the selection of predictors, which will improve the quality of the identification of soldiers with conditions for the successful solution of model situations using the techniques of close combat. MMeetthhoodd:: In the beginning of the study is constructed a scale of criterion variable for evaluating techniques of close combat. The construction of scale was used the model of multidimensional scaling. The data was obtained from eight Czech Army experts of close combat. The scale was verified by generalized and weighted Kappa coefficient. By the kinetic tests was tested the group of 157 professional soldiers from different units. The soldiers were old between 20 and 32. Besides kinetic tests were in the study included the previous experiences with fight activities. To selection of the kinetic tests was used the model of linear regression. The evaluation of predictive power of kinetic tests was made by individual cohorts in prediction cycle. RReessuullttss:: In first part of the study was created scale of criterion variable which contain three...
