Tém atem rigorózní práce, která aktualizuje a doplňuje diplom ovou práci autora, je zm apování a zhodnocení postavení institutu " u ta jo v a n ý c h in fo r m a c í" ve sm yslu zák o n a číslo 412/2005 Sb., o o chraně u ta jo v an ý ch inform ací a o b e zp e č n o stn í způsobilosti, jako jed noho z nejvýznam nějších současných nástrojů zákonného omezení svobodného přístupu k informacím v České republice. Na konkrétní problém y, nepřesnosti a n edostatky této problem atiky je nahlíženo z n ěkolika zorných úhlů. Na p říkladech z praxe jsou pak jednotlivé sporné otázky a možnosti jejich řešení dem onstrovány a vysvětleny. Rigorózní práce je rozčleněna do tří částí. První část je věnována aspektům obecného přístupu k informacím, druhá část pak možnostem jeho zákonného omezení, zejména při uplatnění zákona číslo 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném p řístupu k inform acím . Část třetí, která je pro účel práce stěžejní, pak obrací svou pozornost k institutu utajovaných informací. Ve všech částech je poukázáno na historický vývoj, popis a analýzu současného stavu. Dále pak jsou jednotlivé aspekty a hlediska problem atiky detailně analyzovány a dem onstrovány prostřednictvím praktických příkladů.

Hierarchical Component Models - "A True Story"

First, this thesis presents an analysis of diversity of component-based software engineering (CBSE) concepts and approaches, and provides a summary of selected runtime-aware component models structured according to newly proposed criteria. As a result of the analysis, hierarchical component models are identified as a CBSE domain still not sufficiently explored in the current research with respect to their lacking penetration into regular industrial use. The major part of the thesis consequently almost exclusively focuses on problems related to application of hierarchical component models to real-life applications development. The motivations for hierarchical structuring of application architectures are presented in the thesis and key advantages of hierarchical component models are thoroughly discussed and shown on examples from commercial software development. To verify the claims, two major case-studies are presented in the thesis and the Fractal component model is successfully applied to model and implement them focusing on formal verifiability of correctness of resulting component-based applications. Social security for people living within European union for example

The Bachelor thesis comprehends how to coordinate the social security system within the European Union, that it isn't subject to unnecessary barriers of free movement. The first part will mapp of social security from the Middle Ages to the present and further work aims to coordinate, its principles and means of implementing the various components of social security and coordination in the course of practice. The second part will be devoted to specific social security systems in selected countries. Countries, whose social welfare work will be addressed, are Belgium and the Czech Republic. States were selected based on their position in the EU, where Belgium represents one of the founding members, while the Czech Republic is cited as an example of new accession countries. The aim of this work is closer cooperation tendencies of the system between the EU and through the comparison of selected countries to determine the extent to which different countries social security systems changed.

Michael Walzer's conception of social criticism. The debate between the liberals and the communitarians

The autor aims to specify Michael Walzer's place in the discussion between the liberals and the communitarians in the first part of the work and then to define particular levels of the debate. This task of course reflects both secondary literature and Walzer's own understanding of his part in it. In the second part of the work the author tries to describe possible ways (three paths) of social criticism in the conception of Michael Walzer and deals with its features. The author claims that Walzer's concepton of social criticism suffers of inner inconsistency. Then the author tries to clarify the main critic's arguments and tries to find new ways of argumentation about social criticism. So as the author deals with hermeneutical interpretation and reflects its potential and limits (in the third part of the work). The fourth part of the work interprets Walzer's conception of social criticism with respect to cathegories of power, history and membership. One of the key concept in the grounds of Walzer's conception is concept of shared meanings. Then the author tries to point out some one-sidedness of Walzer's concept and deals with Walzer's conception of the tolerantion and criticism of foreing political communities.

Raising claims in insolvency proceedings Quality insolvency law of economic entities is in addition to civil and commercial law one of the pillars of a developed market economy. In case the insolvency law allows relatively simple application of claims and is a guarantee of the recovery of substantial amount, it can positively influence business environment as well as enhance legal certainty of legal relations. In this area, Czech Republic with its previous legislation represented by Act No. 328/1991 Coll., on Bankruptcy and Settlement despite its numerous amendments, lagged behind its neighboring countries like Slovak Republic e.g., where this rule has been replaced by Act No. 7 / 2005 Coll., on Bankruptcy and Restructuring already since July 1st 2005. Important change came with the Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on Insolvency and Methods of its Solution, which is a complex recodification effective from January 1st 2008. Besides the overall modernization its primary aim was to relieve the shortcomings of prior legal form that have been visible mainly in very weak position of creditors in the proceedings, its slowness and low level of satisfaction of creditors' claims. Comparison of sponsorship activities of Radio Impuls and RockZone 105,9

This thesis examines how sponsorship is used by media and especially by radios. A definition of sponsorsip is given and most important kinds of this commercial communication tool are desribed. The thesis also covers the impact of sponsorsip on bookeeping of a firm, methods of measuring the efficiency of sponsorship and its specifics in the field of media. Sponsorship activities of the biggest Czech private radio are compared with those of a local private radio. The most significant differences are analysed.

This thesis focuses on chosen aspects of a supranational support of enterprises in the Czech Republic. According to the importance of small and medium businesses not only in the Czech Republic but in all Europe are SMEs in focus more than before. The first part is theoretical and focuses on describing a situation and position of SMEs, dividing them according to size etc. Following part describes the Regional and structure policy in the EU and initiatives. The next part contains all operation programs of support in the Czech Republic and their benefit for enterprises. In details is described ROP NUTS II South-west, which is supported by a real example. The last chapter includes the mechanism of application for financial support.

Jewish pilgramage places in the Near East and in Egypt in Hebrew travel writings of the 12th-16th centuries

Cílem předložené práce je objasnit postavení a úlohu středověkých poutních míst na Blízkém východě a v Egyptě v náboženském životě židovské společnosti na základě hebrejské cestopisné literatury 12. až 16. století. Tento záměr se pojí se snahou o historický náčrt tří rozličných projevů poutě: poutě (alija le- regel) do Svaté země (Erec Jisra'el), poutě za účelem usazení se v Erec Jisra'eli (alija), a především kultu svatých míst (zijára), které však společně představovaly a vyjadřovaly jeden aspekt, jímž byl vztah Židů k Erec Jisra' eli v daném období. Práce se soustředí na proměnu, vývoj a vzájemné ovlivňování těchto tří jevů, při němž se stýkaly tradice Židů ze Západu i z Východu, a jejich odraz v hebrejské cestopisné literatuře. Hlavní prameny práce tvoří cestopisy židovských poutníků a seznamy svatých míst, avšak vedle těchto zdrojů disertace bohatě využívá i dokumenty z Káhirské genízy, obsahující soukromou nebo obchodní korespondenci, a v neposlední řadě i hebrejská díla historické a literární povahy. K těmto primárním židovským pramenům můžeme přiřadit arabská literární a historická díla, která sporadicky přinášejí zprávy o židovských svatých místech a jejich pouti. The Importance and Impact of the Antimonopoly Office in the Czech Republic

The Diploma Thesis is focused on the issue of protection of economic competition. It deals with its politics, structure, distorting competition and last but not least its protection. The objective of the work is to analyze and describe the importance of the Office for the Protection of Competition, its influence and work in relation to the most important cases of the distorting competition in the Czech Republic, mainly in case of cartel agreements, abuse of dominant position, specifically in the period 2010-2015. Fundamental part of the work was based on the research that was crucial for the work. The research collected data in the Czech as well as English language in order to gain theoretical basis. It was necessary to gain and study all available professional information concerning to the topic. Analytical part of the work was based primarily on the description and comparison method. Sources for the analytical part were gained from the regularly published reports of the Office for the Protection of Competition. These data are publicly available information. Conclusion of the work deals with assessment of work of the Office for the Protection of Competition and its influence. Therefore there was confirmed one of the main thesis that had initiated the research. The author of the diploma thesis came to the conclusion that imposing sanctions is not only the most effective tool of the economic protection but also serves as a significant preventive measure.
