Controling system in the organization

The aim of this work is to create a framework to classify internal controls due to the management level in which they appear, and to apply this framework to internal controls in a small organization. First, the reader is briefly introduced to the definition of control, types of control and the structure of control. Another part is a description of the established framework for the classification and subdivision of controls in terms of the levels of management. Each level of control is also clearly accompanied by the examples from the above documents. In the end, this system is applied to an organization that has almost no internal control system yet, and the framework of the controls at the individual levels is introduced.

Aspects of tax audit and other controls done on legal entities in Czech republic on a real example of a corporation

The work deals with the rights and obligations of legal entities associated with the selected controls done by the authorities of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the controls of individual inspections of legal entities. It includes a tax inspection, social security inspection, public health insurance inspection and ultimately the control by the Czech Trade Inspection and Licensing Office. Attention is paid to the tax inspection. Theoretical understanding of this issue are shown in the practical part on the specific case of tax audit by the tax office at an unnamed company XY spol. s r.o. in 2010.

Control and detection of unauthorized disposal of the assets of casinos

This work deals with the control and detection of unauthorized disposal of assets casinos. In line with the main aim of the work is divided into four parts. The first section defines the regulating and regulated agencies, by another name casinos and authorities of state supervision. The following section defines assets and the chosen form of unauthorized disposal of them in casinos, complemented by cases where the perpetrator of casinos is within employees the operators themselves. The third part based on the two previous sections is devoted to the description of controls casinos in practice. Controls are firstly divided into those carried out by managers of casinos and controls exercised by organs of state supervision, and then compared with each other. The comparison two control systems are complemented by a fictional example of a connection to the primary records of casinos on the control protocol. The last part provides the legal framework for the previous sections gaming law system.

Systems of milk quality control in the Czech Republic

This thesis was focused on mapping the situation of the milk quality control systems in the Czech Republic (European Union) and the assessment of problems of milk quality control from the point of view of realization but also of consumer protection from products that are harmful to health. The theoretical part focused on control systems in agricultural companies intended for milk production, in the process of milk collection and in dairies. The second part focused on the evaluation of information obtained from a questionnaire survey of dairy farmers, dairies and milk consumers.

This Bachelor's thesis explores consumer in the wine culture branch in wine culture in the Czech RepublicThe paper's objective is to analyze both the awareness and knowledge of consumers about consumer protection and sinister business behavior.The secondary goal of this thesis is to analyze the legislation related to wine culture to ensure safety of distributed products. The aforementioned section focuses specifically on wine's complaint process.

Application of operative controlling in a company

The aim of the thesis is to discuss the theoretical role of controlling in a company, to compare it with the real controlling in a specific company and consequently to deduce some recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part deals with the issues of controlling, namely the main subsystems of controlling which include planning, control and reporting. In the practical part the author analyses the application of individual controlling functions in the specific company, suggests recommendations for improvement and makes assessments of possible economic impacts resulting from those recommendations.

Audit of the European project

This thesis mainly deals with the issue of audit projects, whose activities are financed by EU funds. The thesis first tries to define and distinguish the concepts of audit and control, which builds on the description of persons carrying out these activities and the definition of basic methods in their work. Another part of the thesis deals with the audit and control in the public sector not only in the general scale, but also in the Czech Republic. This section therefore creates a king of base for the main chapters that deal directly with possibilities of obtaining funds from the European Union and the subsequent audit responsibilities. The last part is then designed to evaluate these issues using a practical example, audit research project "The COMPANIONS" funded by "The Framework Programmes" of the European Union.
