Business plan of a new restaurant in Ústí nad Labem

The goal of this diploma thesis is to compile a business plan suitable for opening of restaurant in Ústí nad Labem which could be used for possible business action. First part deals with theoretical knowledge of law in food service business -- its specification and divergences. Second part refers to particular segments of business plan and its content. Both theoretical parts are basis to process third part of diploma thesis which already operates with concrete datas. There is a marketing research included to this part. Research was focused on consumer satisfaction with a restaurant supply in Ústí nad Labem.

The exhibition project

This bachelor's thesis discusses the exhibition of works of art. It deals with activities that are within the competence of the organizer of such events. In the theoretical part the general principles and phases of the project are described. These are then itemized in the activities that preceded the exhibition and provide an overview of wals, which can be solved. This work deals with the role of artistic manager, including his collaboration with individual cells project, issues of financing promotion and selecting the area for the exhibition. Aspects of the theoretical part are applied in practical part of a project-specific exhibition of photographic works.

Split Screen

Using of more than one picture on screen opens new possibilities of film editing. I was suprised, that there is no literature attended on split screen technology in Czech language. So I decided to give consideration to the problem of split screen at my Batchelor theoretical work. I would like to focus on specification of using this technique and some crags of it. I built some examples of practical situations and I indicate differences between classical and split screen editing on them. I propose concept of split screen film making from preparing to post production as well.

Governance of the Lisbon strategy

The intention of the bachelor thesis is to analyze what specific tools and mechanisms of governance were used in the implementation process of the Lisbon strategy. Furthermore, it reviews its achievements and assesses whether the implementation methods and the individual instruments chosen could ensure the actual realization of the objectives set in the agenda. Finally, this work has the ambition to express the opinion of the author on future destiny of the new strategic plan dubbed Europe 2020. It also presents a newly introduced Euro plus pact and briefly assesses its potential contribution to the Union.

Analysis of student bank accounts using the method of Mystery Shopping

Subject of this Bachelor's Thesis is analysis of student bank accounts in Czech republic. The main target was to asses the best student bank account in the country. Best bank account was evaluated based on financial convenience and on the quality of services provided by particular banks. The Thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part generally specifies basic concepts used to deal with this subject, is focused on protecting consumer banking and defines marketing research. Practical part describes process of research undertaken in various banks in Czech republic using the method of Mystery Shopping and furthermore contains it's results and recommendations. The outcome of this research is an overview of student bank accounts and their comparison by means of model examples.

Project SEPA and its realisation in the czech bank sector

The thesis is aimed at the project SEPA, which regulates banking sector in Europe. Its aim is to harmonize national and cross-border payments in Europe and intensify the integrated European Union market. My work consists of history of currency integration and formation of SEPA, institutions and sectors which were concerned in creation of SEPA, parts of this project, and its legislation and realisation in the czech bank sector.

Management and implementation of project procedure in educational system

In my final thesis I focus on process and implementation of project procedure. The main aim of this thesis is to show possibilities of how to work with projects in the nonprofit field of educational resort. The opening part is a summary of six chapters. I tried to summarize my own, as well as other theoretical knowledge and basic information concerning the branch of the project procedure, which are important for the following practical part of the thesis. I deal with individual phases of the project procedure, in which I explain terms such as project framework, the lifecycle of project, evaluation methods of projects, the use of information technology, risks that might appear in project procedure etc. Further in my thesis, which is very important, I focus on possibilities of project fundraising in schools. I present basic information about The European Business Academy in Decin, where I am employed. I also deal with options that teachers and students have to extend their education abroad, so called "the mobility of students and teachers". The main part of my thesis includes projects which are being prepared at The European Business Academy in Decin. As an example, I enclose a project which was conducted by students together with teachers and its implementation into use. The second project is a project objective which was not implemented. The third project is being processed and the fourth one has been approved. Another aim of my thesis is to show to other schools how to work with projects and give them a guideline how to involve not only teachers or other employees but also students. Since 2010 students of the final grade will create team projects and the process and defence of the project will be included in the final school-leaving examination.

Maintaining objectives /sense/ of literary education in cross-sectional topics

My dissertation is focused on the changes of education in the Czech Republic after 1989, paying attention to the actual curricular reform which is related to the establishment of cross-sectional topics into our education. However, together with the cross-sectional topics and their implementation new problems of connecting them with the individual educational subjects are emerging. Primary target of my work is to find a general advice how to maintain objectives (sense) of literary education in cross-sectional topics and thus reveal the conditions on satisfying of which the process of connecting cross-sectional topics with the literary education will be successful.

The utilization of the European Social Fund in the Slovak Republic

This bachelor thesis disserts on the European Social Fund and its utilization in the Slovak Republic, primarily in the current program period 2007-2013. The European Social Fund, as a fond which focuses on the development of human resources and the actions against the unemployment, contributes to the implementation of the objectives of the Policy of economic and social cohesion, which was constituted exactly for the purpose of decreasing the differences between the European regions especially in terms of standards of living and economical advancement. Whereas the European social fund is only one out of the other European structural funds which conduces to the realization of the Policy of economic and social cohesion, there are also mentioned some information about these other structural funds in this thesis. There is also a brief comment on the topic of the European social fund in the Czech Republic on account of possible comparison with the Slovak Republic. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the collation of the Slovak operational program with the Czech operational program including the analysis of the content essentials in terms of the thematically similarly aimed appeals which were proclaimed within the chosen operational programs.

Comparation of relationships between fysical performance and performance in sport climbing

of work Aim - to contribute to the knowledge st ruktury performance in sport climbing especially in racing climbers. Methods of work - the research part of the work consists of studies that is focused on comparing the relationship between standardized motor tests, and performance in sport climbing, characterized by the realization of the output climbing routes. Selected on the basis of anamnestic data, antropomet rických data and physical performance test motor was using NCSS software formed correlation matrices. Results of work - from anamnestic data were selected - best performance achieved by climbing, climbing length of experience, gender, occupation and weekly training load, the ant ropometrických - body height, body weight; tests of motor - hand dynamomet ries, chin nadhmatem, vis on the toolbar, endurance in the chin, deep in the recumbent seat, frog. Live dependence of individual i are explained by the correlation matrix. First we fascinated by the relationship between performance in terms of climbing OS overhanging climbing two different but similar ways, and other factors affect climbing performance. We assumed a strong correlation between Factors climbing experience, stamina in the chin, hand dynamomet ries and individual climbs of the routes. Keywords: sport climbing, Wed ruktura...
