Zámerom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať, aké mechanizmy a konkrétne nástroje governance boli použité pri realizácii Lisabonskej stratégie, preskúmať jej dosiahnuté výsledky a zhodnotiť, či zvolená implementačná metóda spolu s jednotlivými nástrojmi mohla reálne zabezpečiť realizáciu stanovených cieľov. V neposlednom rade má táto práca ambíciu predostrieť názor autora na budúci úspech resp. neúspech nového strategického plánu Európa 2020 a taktiež prezentuje novoprijatý pakt Euro plus a stručne posudzuje jeho možný prínos pre Úniu. Záměrem bakalářské práce je analyzovat, jaké mechanismy a konkrétní nástroje governance byly použity při realizaci Lisabonské strategie. Práce dále zkoumá dosažené výsledky a posuzuje, zda zvolená realizační metoda spolu s jednotlivými nástroji mohla reálně zajistit realizaci stanovených cílů. V neposlední řadě má tato práce ambici předestřít názor autora na budoucí úspěch resp. Neúspěch nového strategického plánu Evropa 2020 a také prezentuje nově založený pakt Euro plus a stručně posuzuje jeho možný přínos pro Unii. The intention of the bachelor thesis is to analyze what specific tools and mechanisms of governance were used in the implementation process of the Lisbon strategy. Furthermore, it reviews its achievements and assesses whether the implementation methods and the individual instruments chosen could ensure the actual realization of the objectives set in the agenda. Finally, this work has the ambition to express the opinion of the author on future destiny of the new strategic plan dubbed Europe 2020. It also presents a newly introduced Euro plus pact and briefly assesses its potential contribution to the Union.
