The art as a marketing tool

The goal of this thesis is to present the reader with a more comprehensive picture of using the art as a marketing method. The fundamental focus is dedicated to poster art, from its origins (as a tool for bringing the goods and services closer to the public), up to its contemporary role and many possibilities of this advertising tool. The thesis further covers more forms and combinations of art and marketing, like interconnection of graphic design with corporate identity. As the standards of the graphic design in the Czech Republic are very high, the author concentrates mainly on domestic creative activities and presents concrete examples of corporate identities. The analytic chapter of the thesis is presented by a questionnaire research of public orientation in the matter. The target of the analysis was to discover, whether an how the art and marketing interconnection affects people, what they think about it and what particular (hence most successful) projects are taken in public awareness.

Financing of elementary education in the Czech republic: case study

In theoretical part of my work I describe the principles and specifics of economy and financing of education in the Czech republic. I attend to budget and the economy result of schools. In the practical part of my work I attend to the concrete primary school - ZS Touzim, district of Karlovy Vary. On the basis of analysis of financing and economy of the school in 2007 and 2008 I evaluate its economy and I suggest other possible sources of finances. In the end I mention a general evaluation of financing education in the Czech republic.

Portal Solution to Conveying Information and Documents in an Organization

This dissertation works with data and information theory and describes several technological approaches for data and information sharing. These approaches are evaluated and compared to specific situations in companies. Dissertation deeply describes portal concept of the information and documents sharing which is described using SharePoint technology. Dissertation summarizes history and evolution of the SharePoint technology and describes the architecture and system functionalities. The functionalities ale described using implementation project in real company. Dissertation describes the implementation from the user requirements point of view, project management point of view and focuses on the point of view of development with concrete implementation tasks. Dissertation also brings project evaluation in terms of costs and company payoffs. It also recommends what to avoid for ensuring the successful implementation.

The development of human resources in small and medium-sized hospitals in comparison to RHG company

Uvedena rigorozni prace podava uceleny nahled na situaci lidskych zdroju ve zdravotnictvi z pohledu managera zdravotnickych zarizeni. Na prikladu malych a strednich nemocnic shrnuje zkusenosti z oblasti rizeni lidskych zdroju ve zdravotnictvi s propojenim na celkovou situaci ve zdravotnictvi v CR a jejimi dopady na konkretni pracoviste a jejich zamestnance. Znalost prostredi, profesni pripravenost, odborna zdatnost, pracovni nasazeni nejsou manazerovi nic platne v pripade, ze neumi sve podrizene pozitivne motivovat k vyssim vykonum a zajistit klidne socialni klima k radnemu chodu organizace. Nejslozitejsi oblasti rizeni firmy je prave prace stirn nejcennejsim, co firma rna, a to jsou lidske zdroje. Shrneme-li problemy celeho sektoru zdravotnictvi a jejich dopady na lidske zdroje, je mozne konstatovat, ze soucasna situace neni prizniva pro zajisteni a udrieni delne atmosfery. Lidske zdroje ve zdravotnictvi jsou casto brany jako rukojmi politiku a oceneni jejich prace neodpovida vyznamu, kterY spolecnost priklada zdravi jako jedne z nejvyznamnejsich hodnot v lidskem zivote. To vse rna dopad na kvalitu a dostupnost pece pro pacienty. Lidske zdroje jsou pak tim prvnim a nejvyznamnejsim nastrojem, jenz celou zdravotni politiku realizuje. Je to povinnost, prace, ale i poslani vetsiny pracovniku ve zdravotnictvi....

Internet Marketing Campaigns

Tato práce je členěna do dvou základních částí ? teoretické a praktické. První část obsahuje kategorizaci online reklamy internetového marketingu. Srovnává jednotlivé druhy s jejich výhodami a nevýhodami se zaměřením na tzv. PPC reklamní systémy. Cílem první části je vytvoření uceleného přehledu nejpoužívanějších PPC reklamních systémů na českém trhu. Přehled nabízí srovnání jejich jednotlivých předností a nevýhod. Bližší pohled je věnován systému Sklik, se kterým jsem osobně pracoval. Druhá část se zabývá konkrétní případovou studií propagace firmy Textilforum, s.r.o. na internetu. V rámci práce je vytvořena analýza uskutečněných aktivit firmy za účelem zvýšení počtu návštěvníků webu v souvislosti se změnou tržeb. Součástí analýzy je i uskutečněná měsíční kampaň v PPC systému Sklik. Na základě této analýzy je pak doporučen další postup při propagaci firmy na internetu. Cílem této práce je tedy celkové nastínění problematiky internetového marketingu se zaměřením na PPC reklamu a analýza konkrétního případu využívající tuto metodu propagace.

The analysis of provision efficiency of FDI in automotive industry

In the introductory part of this work there are mentioned the basic theoretical data of direct foreign investments and their cocrete method of realization in the Czech republic. Below the possible positive and negative effects connected with FDI influx are described. In this work it is considered whether FDI are really joint with new technology transfer, economy revival and unemployment reduction or whether the negatives, such as an inefficient allocation of state resources through investment incentives, dual economy hazard or risk of artificial maintenance of unstable industries prevail. The next part of this essay is engaged in the agency Czechinvest, with the connected question of the investment incentives support and factor assessment which might influence a potential investor. The introduction of the analytical part is orientated on present development analysis of FDI in automobile industry in the CR which has noted large expansion recently. The object of this part is to deduce or eliminate dependence on economy power and the number of the unemployed on foreign direct investment influx, based on the data of FDI development, unemployment development and other macroeconomical indicators. During the analysis I will pay my attention mainly to the Central Bohemian Region, in which two main investors (TPCA Czech s.r.o. a Skoda Auto a.s.)reside. The conclusive result of this analysis will be the complete evaluation of the importance of foreign direct investment in automobile industry.

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je problematika systému zaměstnaneckých výhod jako součásti personální strategie. Předmětem mého zájmu je zde především hledání pozice zaměstnaneckých výhod v celkové personální strategii a politice společnosti a popsání významu těchto zaměstnaneckých výhod pro jednotlivé články organizace. Dále definuji jednotlivé obsahy zaměstnaneckých výhod a jejich důležitost s ohledem na pracovně právní hledisko. V neposlední řadě se zaměřím na klady a zápory moderního zpLlsobu řešení správy zaměstnaneckých výhod známým pod pojmem "systém Kafetéria" a rozvedu je dále v konkrétní případové studii s návrhem zdokonalení.

Psychosocial and Legal Assistance to Victims of Traffic Accidents

The diploma thesis treats of momentousness of the road traffic accidents and consequences to the lives of the victims of the traffic accidents and survivors. The thesis arises from the matter of psychosocial sciences and its main aim is not only to chart the problems of road traffic accidents in the point of view of the socioeconomic consequences and injuries but also to inform and show on the serious effects of the road traffic accidents to the psychical, social and often economical life of the individual and to extend the consciousness and know-how of the general and professional public about this complicated point s at issue. In the theoretical part of the thesis the term psychosocial aid means not only the critical aid, but also the concrete following professional services which are instanced as a view in the thesis. The legal aid to the victims of the traffic accidents is specified as a survey of the claims which come from the system of social security in the Czech Republic. The structure of education on the Czech labour market

This thesis deals with the structure of the Czech labour market and is mainly focused on the role of education. First part describes historical discrepancies between supply and demand of the labour force, its causes and economic development consequences. It is shown here how education and economic development are related as well as how level of education influences living standard of an individual. Second part focuses on current requierements of the Czech employers regarding specialization and reached level of education. The aim is to find causes and consequences of labour market disequilibrium. The thesis considers pros and cons of current increase of graduates in the Czech Republic compared to the European Union. The thesis concludes with a forecast in this area.

Difficulties for Pupils with Dysphasia when learning English

Z kvalitativní analýzy uvedené v kapitole 4.7 implicitně vyplývá, že se dosavadní metodika výuky cizích jazyků u dysfatických žáků příliš neosvědčuje. Je proto třeba hledat jiné postupy, které by pomohly kompenzovat specifické nedostatky těchto žáků. V následujícím textu jsou již navržena některá konkrétní opatření zmírňující dopad vývojové dysfázie na osvojování angličtiny či cizího jazyka obecně. Tato opatření se týkají orálního a písemného projevu žáka, vyučovacích pomůcek, zadávání domácích úkolů a celkové motivace k učení cizímu jazyku. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
