A comprehensive analysis of marketing communication costs through the partial breakdown of costs for individual communication disciplines is applied as the working method. The partial objective is to create a comprehensive overview of the structure and the development of marketing costs within the monitored period. By analyzing the characteristics of the language school students, their satisfaction and loyalty and by analysing the discounts offered, the satisfaction factors and defining patterns of customer behaviour are further determined. The output is a summary of the analysis conclusion and a subsequent series of recommendations for company management which forms the basis for strategic decision making and future planning. Ivičičová, Katarína ; Gřivna, Tomáš (advisor) ; Herczeg, Jiří (referee)
The purpose of my thesis is to analyse and focus on the very actual topic of the Internet and computer criminality. The reason I chose this topic for my research is growing development of technology resulting in the evolution of new types of crimes, which need to be regulated by the law. The thesis is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the cybernetic criminality. Chapter one is introductory and mainly focuses on the definition of the basic terminology used in the thesis, like computer systems, data, computer crime, internet crime and most importantly cybercrime. Chapter two gives a brief historical background to the relationship between the evolution of the information and communication technology and the appearance of the cybernetic crime. Chapter three discusses on the specifics of the cybercrime by the means of description of the typical cybercriminal, his motives, and his victims and last but not least of the possible prevention measures. The last part of this chapter concentrates on problems resulting from the transnational nature of cybercrime, which creates jurisdictional issues. Chapter four is subdivided into three main parts and provides an outline of the relevant International legislation in the field of cybercrime. Part one deals with the main...

Life and writings of Nguyễn Tuòng Tam
Strašáková, Mária ; Lomová, Olga (advisor) ; Vasiljev, Ivo (referee) ; Forest, Alain (referee)
In this thesis I aim not only to provide a comprehensive survey of the personality and life of Nguyễn Tường Tama - Nhất Linh in historical context, but also to analyze his literary work as part of the social and cultural transformation of Vietnamese society, investigating its roots in personal as well as historical context and examining its impact on the society, either directly, or indirectly, via inspiring further similarly motivated literature. In my analysis I have been inspired by the approach of New Historicism, the main assumption of which is that literature is historical, i.e. it is a social and cultural construct as well as its author. Through careful analysis of Tam's life (his family background, schooling in Vietnam and France, career as a journalist, writer and leader of the Tự Lực Văn Đoàn (Self-Strength Literary Group), and political activities) and his writings, with special focus on his depiction of women, it is apparent that Tam, despite his ardent advocacy of modernization of Vietnamese society and individualism remained to be a Confucian gentleman (junzi) and unwittingly reinstated many Confucian values in his novels. Examining Tam's life and work one is also confronted with two more general questions concerning the analysis of Asian literatures in the process of modern...

Multi-Aspectual Analysis of Personal E-mails
Šilhavá, Romana ; Pípalová, Renata (advisor) ; Hrobařová, Barbora (referee)
This study is aimed at the genre of personal, informal, exclusively British e-mails. I analyze this extremely progressive field multi-aspectually. The aspects I concentrate on are graphic, morphological, lexical and pragmatic. Additionally, a separate chapter is dedicated to ellipses. Furthermore, I include analysis based on Biber's conception of dimensions. Most of the linguistic features are statistically evaluated and subsequently interpreted. My results demonstrate the tendency of written e-mails to share many characteristics with the spoken English language. My data seem to suggest that this genre is hugely affected by the contemporary trend of economizing the language. Simultaneously, this research reveals that what permeates the written media of personal emails considerably is orality. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
