The Gender Discrimination in the Southwest Region of Slovak Republic
Gajdošech, Martin ; Macáková, Libuše (advisor) ; Adámek, Petr (referee)
The main aim of this paperwork is to point out gender wage differential in the southwest region of Slovak Republic. The gender wage differential was set on the level of 126,2 eur, based on the findings from a questionnaire responded by 116 employees from this region. This means 18% lower wages for women. A relatively small differential is caused by the age structure of the respondents. Almost 48% of respondents were between 20 and 24 year old. We can observe the lowest gender wage differential among this group. By the application of a real age structure we would reach adifferential of 29% which was stated for the year 2009 in the district of Nitra. Approximatly 45 to 60% of the gender wage differential can be explained by the discrimination of women. A woman employed in the district of Nitra gains 76,4 to 101,9 eur less than her male colleague with comparable working abilities. The rest of the gender wage differential can be explained by the discontinuity of the performance of women on the labour market and also by more frequent shifts in work specialization.

In geographically smaller part of Czech Republic we talk about winter rape as a the most important and most grown oilseed. Winter rape is represented up to 85% harvesting area of all oilseeds which is growing in Czech Republic. When the exact parcel experiment with four replications, which was conducted in 2014/2015 season at the research station in FAPPZ in Č. Újezd, Prague - West district were monitored production and biological indicators of winter rape in autumn and at the start of spring vegetation. Differences between attempts were preparing the soil, fertilizer under the heel, the method of seeding, fertilization during growth. A comparison of the results of the fall collections of rape, it is clear that most grown plants were grown technologies, no. 2, it´s before sowing plowed land, sowing the seed drill Farmet Falcon 6. During the spring inventory of crops grown technologies, no. 2 - 4 showed comparable biological indicators, the other two stands slightly lagged. After threshing technology as the highest yielding seed technology emerged no. 3 (Farmet intensity). Conclusion of the experiment: there is no need to plow before planting, it is important to choose an appropriate method for establishing a modern stand a significant effect on seed yield should fall fertilization N. Attempting to penetrometric soil resistance in oilseed rape crops. In season 2015/2016 was the site of the 'Triangle Left ", which manages the company AGROCOM HRUŠOVANY spol. s r.o. divided into two parts. About 450 anthroponyms and toponyms associated with the English literary works The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings are either borrowed from or etymologically (mostly as asterisk names) located into difference languages other than English as the reference language. This huge figure includes names from earlier versions of the narrative and excludes a huge number of proper names in wholly distinct Tolkien's invented tongues (actually several hundred), a few dozen elements pertaining to older stages of English as early as the Middle English period and more than 60 names from Classical languages and as a whole based on generic or botanical names, which, technically, are not proper names from extinct languages.

Characterization of contemporary Aragonese
Čečilová, Kateřina ; Čermák, Petr (referee) ; Zavadil, Bohumil (advisor)
After reading the chapters 4. "Charakteristika spisovné normy současné aragonštiny v konfrontaci se španělštinou" and 5 "Vztah spisovné normy k živým dialektům" and have a respect to chapter 3. "Historické východisko", we can confirm that the Aragonese, neither its dialects, are not, even cannot be, dialects of Spanish. Having a respect to the chapter 2.1. "Aragonština - dialekt kastilštiny?" we see that in the past, and today as well, there are many philologists who think that the Aragonese is one of the dialects of Spanish. We can observe in the chapter 5. "Vztah spisovné normy k živým dialektům" that the Aragonese has important properties which are very diferent from the Spanish and which make both languages unintelligibles. This signifies that the Aragonese cannot be a dialect of the Spanish. Many of the interdialects of the Aragonese have passed throught a strong castelanization (there are habitual spanish vocabulary in the interdialect of ansotano), but it doesn't mean that they are dialects of the Spanish, because predominate in it qualities own to the aragonese vocalic, consonantic, morphological and lexical evolution. In that chapter is where I tried to sketch the most important differences, such as the article, verbs, word-order etc. Even its sociolinguistic inferiority respect to the Spanisch...
