The aim of this task is to find out the present role of the middle nursing management in the human resource management and also to suggest a new plan of graduate training in the terms of adaptation process. In the end it is necessary to analyse its asset from the nurse managers{\crq} point of view. Questionnaire technique of information gleaning was used for the survey. First survey body was formed by nurse managers. There were 25 questions in the questionnaire. A part of the questionnaire was a plan of graduate training. These graduates had to be educated as state registered nurses or with university degree, either Bachelor or Master. There were 18 closed questions and 7 half-open ones. Second survey body was formed by graduates of nursing colleges and universities. There were 8 questions in the questionnaire and there were 8 answers in each question. All the answers were used for assessment of level education dependence on motivational needs. There were four hypothesis in the survey which should confirm or disconfirm the interest of nurse managers in further education, its providing by hospital managements, the dependence of motivation needs on education level (only graduates) and evaluation of adaptation process provided by nurse managers. The first hypothesis confirmed that the nurse managers are interested in further education connected with human resource management. The second hypothesis confirmed that hospital management offers the possibility of human resource education to nurse managers. The third hypothesis confirmed that motivational needs, which influence graduates´ job choice, change with the level of education. The fourth hypothesis confirmed that setting up ``The Adaptation Process for Graduate Training{\crqq} positively evaluates nurse managers. Considering positive survey results it would be suitable not only to set up the adaptation process with graduates but also to use the questionnaire of testing needs which can help the middle management to nominate graduates with certain posts. There is a great significance in it and it is very important for career and integrating in work teams. The results of the survey could be lent to hospital management as an instrument of human resource optimization.

The method to achieve this is creating different systematics of describing and categorizing the old statue, and effort to recognize the same complexes in the new statue. Therefore the thesis is composed of four main chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of transfers of flats. The Convent of Dominicans on the Hare Island in Budapest. The topic of the master thesis is the architectural analysis of the Nunnery of Dominicans on the Hare Island in Budapest, which was established with Bela the IV. to his daughter Margaret - later Saint Margeret of Hungary. The Nunnery was originated around the middle of the 13th century (the most probably between 1246-1252). And is presented as an example of the archtitecture of Nunnery of the Orders of Dominicans in Europe. This master thesis presents the history of this Nunnery and also the origin of the guild of the nunnery. The guild was working all around Buda for the king of Hungary - Béla IV. Some of the Hungarian Art Historians think, that the guild originally came to Hungary after they finished their works on the Nunnery of the Cistercianer Order in Porta Coeli in Tišnov near Brno. The person of Saint Margaret of Hungary and her Cult in Hungary and Europe is also discussed in this master thesis.

The late gothic panel painting in mining towns of central Slovakia
Šugár, Martin ; Homolka, Jaromír (advisor) ; Royt, Jan (referee) ; Gerát, Ivan (referee)
The subject covers the collection of master paintings of high quality which are a part of altar retabulums dated to the last quarter of 15th and the begining of 16the centuries. They document the artistic development of mining towns in central Slovakia (out of which Kremnica, Banska Štiavnica and Banská Bystrica are the most notable ones). An important part of artistic development formation in the region was taken by Benedictine Monastery in Hronský Beňadik. The conserved resource origins from many anonymous painters. Ouf of them a crucial part belongs mainly to Master of Kremnica (short time ago named Master from Lúčky, in hungarian Jánosréti Mester), and Master Jakub. The biggest response belongs to the masterpiece of Master MS - panels from the former High altar in The Church of St. Catherine in Banská Štiavnica from 1506. The painters workshop existence is not approved by documents. Their activities might be documented only by analysing the masterpieces themselves. At the beginning their typical features were influenced by Little-Poland art (altarpieces created for Dominican and Augustinian Monasteries in Cracow), Lower-Rhine art (Master FVB / Frans van Brugge, Master of the Life of the Virgin / Meister des Marienlebens), Upper-Rhine art (Martin Schongauer) and Swabian art (Bernhard Strigel).

Strnadová, Eva ; Damohorský, Milan (advisor) ; Franková, Martina (referee)
80 12. Summary My master's degree thesis discusses the food law of the Czech Republic and comparatives with the food law of Ireland. I have chosen this topic, because, I think, that this topic is very interesting and very important for all our life. Everyone has to eat and drink anything every day, but nobody wants to be taken ill by some illness from contaminated food, and therefore the main purpose of food law is to ensure food safety and protect health of consumers. Firstly this thesis is concerned with history of food law in the Czech Republic and The European Union. History of Czech food law began in the early 20the century. This period was very successful for food law. Next chapter deals with basic principles of European food law and the most important documents and regulations. At the present, The European Union has got a main role in the European food law and EU consolidates this law within EU and it wants to ensure food safety, animal health, animal welfare and plant health. The main principle of european food safety is "from the farm to the fork". It means, that each step (subject or object) of food web is very important for final product and food safety. One of the subchapters of chapter describes international organizations (e.g. Codex Alimentarius), which deal with food law within international...

Jiří Langer - The try of Monography
Vlková, Eva ; Pechová, Drahoslava (referee) ; Hrabáková, Jaroslava (advisor)
The goal of this diploma work is to introduce the life and the work of Jiří Langer - one of the most interesting Czech Jewish authors. Langer did not use only Czech to express his ideas, but also Hebrew and the German language. I introduced him as a Czech author because I am convinced that it was mostly the Prague environment that formed him. The second important influence was his experience of Hasidism. Jiří Langer entered the world of literature thanks to the study Die Erotik der Kabbala and other Judaic works - in this period under the influence of Freud. He published in Czech his master work Devět bran (Nine Gates) in 1937 - an interesting collection of Hasidic legends, which is not comparable to any other works. In 1938 he succeeded to publish Talmud. Ukázky dějiny. (The Talmud. Excerpts and History) - a Judaic publication destined for Czech clerks in Galicia. He proved his translation and poetic abilities by publishing the anthology of Hebrew poetry from the 10th to the 19th century called Zpěvy zavržených (Songs of the Rejected) in 1938. The last two books, he managed to publish, was the Hebrew poetry. The first Piyutim veShirei Yedidut appeared in Prague in 1929, the second Me'at Tzori was published after his death in Palestine in 1943. Among his friends were Franz Kafka, Max Brod and Dov Sadan....
