Catering Facilities on Railways in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis is focused on catering services on railways in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is firstly to summarize possibilities of an on - board refreshment in the Czech republic at this time and secondly to compare the offer and prices of particular catering providers. First two parts define basic terms in the area of both transportation and catering services provided during a transport. The third part deals with characteristics of Czech providers of an on - train refreshment and in the last part there is an analysis of the offer and prices in dinning cars passing through our country.
Analysis of services in a chosen tourist region in Scotland

This thesis deals with the topic of accommodation and catering servises in a chosen tourist region in Scotland. In the theoretical part the thesis is focused on a definiton of the basic terminology of the accommodation and the catering services. The theoretical part is also about Scotland, its geography, history, highlights, scottish gastronomy and legislation of the Great Britain. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the accommodation and the catering services in the three cities. The last chapter of the practical part is focused on comparision of the services by selected characteristics.
Proposal to ensure the operation of the accommodation and catering business for specific client groups in the area of Veseli nad Lužnicí

Bachelor thesis analyzes the market for accommodation and catering services in the area Veselí nad Lužnicí for a specific client group, for members of congress tourism. The goal is to design ensure the operation of the accommodation and catering business, including the peculiarities of the selected for this segment of clients. Data obtained by questionnaire survey, controlled interviews, observation and the observed secondary data helped reveal weaknesses in the area. Based on the observed data have been proposed for possible changes in the operation of the specific accommodation and catering facilities for this client group.
Analysis of catering establishments in the Tesin Silesia region

This work covers catering services in hospitality facilities along chosen tourist paths in Tesin Silesia, centring on the Tesin Beskydy mountain region. It is divided into four chapters. The first of these describes catering as a basic service in tourism; it dwells on its classification, functions and forms. The second chapter characterizes tourism in the Tesin Silesia region, goes into the history of the area and also discusses current activities in the locality. The practical part analyses a network of catering premises along the chosen tourist paths from the point of view of number and category. Three tourist lodges were chosen for more a more detailed description and for comparison. The last chapter is based on terrain work, examining the quality of services rendered in chosen lodges using the subjective evaluation method

The bachelor's thesis is aimed at the problems in nutrition of seniors and at food providing to seniors in social facilities. The thesis characterizes the catering services, particularly public catering, and the following part analyses the term nutrition and its importance for seniors. The practical part describes providing catering services to the clients in the facility called ANNA Český Brod, the senior social services. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on the evaluation of the change in eating habits of the seniors in the ANNA Český Brod facility in comparison with their habits at home and then also on the satisfaction with food providing in this facility.
Catering services provided in the rail transport

The aim of the thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the state of the railway and its services in the Czech Republic. The first chapter informs about the development of rail transport and its current role in the transport system in the world. The second chapter describes the catering services in the rail transport, the forms of providing of these services and functions which it performs. The conclusion of this chapter divides the rail catering according to the place where the catering services are provided. The practical chapter analyses the catering companies operating in the rail transport in the Czech Republic and their offer and market share. The final chapter focuses on performance and future trends in the rail catering.

The main aim is to analyse the level of catering services in this area and after that suggest the improvement of tourism and catering sevices.
Operation analysis of accommodation facility in relation to tourism

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the market of accommodation in the region of Pribram and analyze the current product of hotel Hajek Pribram and then, based on the situational analysis, make recommendations for the development of services in the destination and development of services in the hotel Hajek. A partial objective was to determine whether area of Pribram is attractive for tourism and tourist attractions which lure many tourists coming to Pribram.
