This goal will be achieved primarily by using analysis and comparison. The institution of ombudsman in the czech legislation
Jelínková, Miroslava ; Mates, Pavel (advisor) ; Kuba, Jaroslav (referee)
We can consider the institution of ombudsman to be one of the traditional institutions of most democratic countries. The position of the ombudsman in the constitutional law system and his relation to other governmental authorities is relatively independent. The ombudsman is here primarily to help citizens who do not have any legal background and can be easily lost in the complicated system of governmental authorities. The Czech Parliament passed Act Number 349/1999 of the Law Collection, the Ombudsman Act, in 1999. The adoption of this act signified the implementation of another institute of law to the Czech legal system which should guarantee the abidance of human rights.

Tingatinga: cooperative or family?
Lhotová, Zuzana ; Halbich, Marek (advisor) ; Mildnerová, Kateřina (referee)
The topic of the diploma thesis are the tingatinga painters in Tangatinga Arts Cooperative Society in Tanzania. The tingatinga art is based on the motive of the African nature and on the lives of the people in Tanzania. These painters accept both the rules of the cooperative as well as the hierarchy of a family, because this organization is based primarily on the family interconnections. The goal of the thesis is to find which institution type is the dominant one and the principles of how cooperative operates. The relationship with the founder of this art style is also interesting. The thesis is based on the anthropology of tourism because it deals with a touristic art. Some of the approaches can be applied to the study of tingatinga painters but some of them are in contrast. Another question is whether the relation between the painters and the tourists is influenced by the process of acculturation. The art and the painters are influenced with the commercialization process and this thesis tries to capture this dynamic process and the influence of tourists on its creating.

Studie zabývající se dopady nové bankovní regulace na cykličnost kapitálových požadavků v České Republice
Bartůsek, Michal ; Chytil, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Tříska, Dušan (referee)
This work focuses on new regulatory proposals, primarily Basel III accords and analyzes its ability to create a buffer for recurrent credit bubbles. This paper follows a research made by Lis, Pagés and Saurina [2000]. Their paper has illustrated the cyclicality of loan growth and GDP growth for Spain. This cyclicality is supported by cyclical Basel II regulation. In this paper is examined the ability of new regulatory proposals such as Basel III, statistical provisions and change in the approach to the probability of default, to cope with recurrent credit bubbles. According to my critical assessment, Basel III may not be able to create sufficient capital buffer for exceptional credit bubbles such as the current one. This buffer suggested by Basel III has several drawbacks which may decrease its functionality. Statistical provision is not an appropriate measure either, because it could weaken the fair and true view of financial statements principle. Change in approach to probability of default seems to be rational and effective. The only issue may relate to its recovery mechanisms. It doesn't support economic growth in time of economic recession. The author's proposal of new countercyclical buffer, which would be based on credit-to-GDP ratio and GDP growth to loan growth gap is introduced at the end of this work. Although this measure may have negative impact on GDP growth, it may create an appropriate buffer to systematic credit risk.

GOŠOVÁ, Gabriela
The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the development of parenting skills of parents with visual impaired children. The thesis puts a target in presenting parenting skills of parents with visual impaired children and subsequently finds out real possibilities of development of parenting skills in educational consultancy devices in the capital of the Czech Republic. In compliance with the goals mentioned above were formulated two partial goals: to make a discovery of real possibilities of development of parenting skills in educational consultancy devices in the capital of the Czech Republic and subsequently to find out how parents of visual impaired children perceive the support and methodical supervision of educational consultancy devices in a sphere of development of their parenting skills. The thesis is divided into three blocks: theoretical, practical and the attachment. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. In the first one the visual handicap itself is described, its classification and the etiology of visual defects. The second part describes the visual impaired child, the effect of the impairment on the personality and the characteristics of visual impaired child evolution. The third part is dedicated to family with visual impaired child. The chapter occupies with the deal of the birth of the visual impaired child, specifics of the upbringing in the family, the state support of the families and it is also concerned with possibilities of education of child, schoolchild and students with visual impairment. The last chapter of this thesis describes the parenting skills of parents with visual impaired child and the possibilities of their development. The practical part is processed through a qualitative method. To collect the data there was used the technique of an interview. The employees of the educational consultancy devices and the parents of visual impaired children took part in the interviews. The research terrain was formed by specialist's offices and client´s households. The results of practical part pointed out the problem in a system of consultancy where the main problem is the amount of educational consultancy devices and their workers. The results also show that the importance of parenting skills is not the priority for the specialists and, finally, that the supply of services in some spheres is incompatible with the real parents needs. The bachelor´s thesis may be used as a study material for students of the pedagogical branches as well for pedagogical public. These are parents of visual impaired children which the thesis is primarily used for. The conclusions of the practical part may be used as a feedback for institutions for potencional innovations in the researched fields.
