Search engine optimization - black hat

A search engine optimization is the basic milestone of web sites creation nowadays. Without a process of search engine optimization the web sites are usually not competitive and can not find their place in the internet market environment. Additionally, the elements of web sites optimization support and develop marketing and promotion. Main goal of our bachelor thesis is a black hat description for explorers and also the proposal of protection against black hats. First part of our thesis develops the principles of optimization and also the reasons why it is necessary to optimize the web sites. Following chapter describes the most important factors of optimization. A detailed description of black hats from different points of view can be found in the third chapter. The added value of this bachelor thesis is mainly created by SEO black hat methods including detailed descriptions and proposals of protection against them. Moreover, the practical examples can be used as basic instructions how to avoid black hats when optimizing the web sites.

This thesis explores the topic of adolescence and employment of mentally disabled young people. The theoretical section summarizes the knowledge on the topic and also introduces the methology of transition programme in the nonFgovernmental organization Rytmus. The core of the paper rests in the analytical section which deals with the findings of a topical research project focused on parents of mentally disabled young people. The goal of this project was to describe, how the parents deal with their children's transition from school to adult life and what are their most acute fears in this period. In addition to this, it aimed to find out, if the transition programme was at all helpful. The whole analytical section is interwoven with a continual comparison of two groups of respondents F parents of children who have participated in the transition programme and parents of children who have not. This comparison helps me to find out what is the role of transition programme in parent' s lives. The analysis of discussed problem is divided into four thematic blocks: School, Transition period, Employment, The role of transition programme. Between dream, play and reality: the Alfred Kubin's novel "Die andere Seite" and its Czech translation

Výtvarné i literární dílo Alfreda Kubina (1877-1959) je často spojováno se symbolismem či expresionismem (vystavoval s uskupením Der blaue Reiter), méně často se v souvislosti s ním mluví o surrealismu, přestože byl už v roce 1936 na newyorské výstavě "Fantastic Art, Dada and Surrealism" představen jako jeho předchůdce. Také do českého prostředí se Kubinův jediný román Die andere Seite (v českém překladu Země snivců, 1947) dostal právě díky surrealistům, kteří v něm odhalili surrealistickou obraznost stejně jako v jeho výtvarné tvorbě. V Kubinově osobnosti se (stejně jako u mnohých surrealistů) propOjUje výtvarný talent s literárním: jeho kresby měly často literární podtext ("příběhovost" kreseb), texty se zase vyznačovaly výtvarným pojetím. Tyto dvě části Kubínova talentu se propojily v jeho jediném románu Die andere Seite, který sám také ilustroval. V jeho případě ilustrace text pouze nedoprovázejí, ale vytvářejí svébytnou část knihy. O románu sám také prohlásil, že na jeho základě by měla být lépe pochopena jeho výtvarná činnost.I Román tedy vyjadřuje stejné ideje jako jeho kresby. Jeho napsání znamenalo ve vývoji Kubinovy tvorby podle jeho slov důležitý mezník - jednak se v něm poprvé propojil jeho výtvarný talent s literárním a jednak mu slovesné umění umožnilo objektivně zhodnotit dosavadní tvorbu a...

Mental Condition of a Woman During Puerperium and her Adaptation to Motherhood

Pregnancy, childbirth and the period after childbirth are important stages in the life of a woman and her family. Even healthcare professionals may not realize that mental disorders quite often appear or become worse during pregnancy and the period after childbirth. A woman tends to be tired during the first days following childbirth. People do not usually understand that she may experience different emotions from feeling positive and happy as a result of delivery. Disorders during the period after childbirth include mental disorders affecting the woman during the neonatal period, breastfeeding and until her child is one year old. They may be associated with physiological changes after childbirth or problems related to adaptation to motherhood. Being a mother is quite an important role in the life of a woman: while playing that role, she learns to be in harmony with a new member of her family and assume responsibility for him or her. Biocultural relationships, such as the role of a wife and mother and the structure of the family, obviously play an important part.A quantitative survey was employed to produce the bachelor thesis, using interviews and questionnaires to collect data. The questionnaires were distributed to mothers who had completed their lying in periods in randomly selected gynecologists{\crq} offices in Prague. Each questionnaire contained 34 questions. The poll took place in March. A total of 94 mothers completed the questionnaires, which resulted in a return rate of 71.6%. The objective of the bachelor thesis was to find out about the role played by birth assistants in caring for the mental needs of women during puerperium. That objective was associated with the first assumption, which confirmed that care provided by birth assistants focused on satisfying biological rather than mental needs. The other objective was to determine the amount of information women had about mental changes during puerperium. That objective was accompanied by the second hypothesis that women were informed about mental changes during puerperium. The hypothesis was confirmed. The third objective was to examine how women adapted to their roles as mothers. That objective was tied to the third hypothesis which was concerned with planned parenting. The hypothesis confirmed that women who planned to be mothers accepted their roles as mothers better than those who did not. The fourth assumption, which dealt with a smoother adaptation to being a mother before the age of 30, was not confirmed. The bachelor thesis will help birth assistants caring for mothers in postnatal wards and child nurses and doctors as well as gynecologists whom women see after puerperium. The thesis could be a source of information and used by birth assistants and student birth assistants as an educational material.

Institucionální a právní rámec celoživotního učení

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou uplatňování konceptu celoživotního učení jako priority vzdělávací politiky a rozvoje lidských zdrojů v podmínkách České republiky, s důrazem na oblast dalšího vzdělávání. Úvodní kapitoly práce se zaměřují na definiční a teoretické vymezení problematiky s poukázáním na souvislosti, které staví celoživotní učení do popředí zájmu mezinárodních organizací i vlád jednotlivých zemí. Stěžejní částí práce je kapitola čtvrtá, zabývající se legislativním a institucionálním zabezpečením celoživotního učení v České republice. Největší pozornost je věnována analýze nejnovějších aktivit vedoucích k naplňování principu celoživotního učení ? jedná se především o vznik Strategie celoživotního učení ČR, přijetí zákona o uznávání výsledků dalšího vzdělávání, s ním spojený projekt Národní soustava kvalifikací atd. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na podporu celoživotního učení ze strany Evropské unie ve formě významné finanční spoluúčasti na projektech ČR v oblasti vzdělávání.

Role of accounting in cases of property and economic crimes in the Czech Republic

Diploma thesis focuses on property and economic crimes in the Czech Republic. There are presented selected property and economic crimes which are associated with accounting and in where accounting plays a role. The first part of the thesis presents basic definitions related to crimes according to criminal law. There are introduced definitions as a criminal act, facts of the case, subjects of criminal proceedings and stages of criminal proceedings. The second part of the thesis deals with accounting and its application in an investigation process. This part emphasizes connection between accounting and evidence check. The third part is focused on an analysis of property and economic crimes in the Czech Republic, referring to the recent studies concerning this issue. This part describes property offenses and economic crimes that can be associated with accounting. The final part of the thesis analyses selected property and economic crimes based on judicature of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic.

House Arrest Punishment, Its Execution and Control

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the house arrest punishment as one of the alternatives to the imprisonment and to map the contribution of this punishment for the Czech criminal law. This thesis offers a short view in to history of this punishment. The main part of this thesis is an analysis of substantive and procedural legal regulation and analysis of the conditions for imposition of the house arrest punishment and its execution. Space is given also to Probation and Mediation Service of Czech Republic, because it plays an important role during the imposition of the punishment and its execution. Author of the thesis focuses also on comparing advantages and disadvantages of the punishment and he tries to compare both systems of control. One chapter is given to overview several foreign legal regulations.

Hlavním cílem mé práce je popsat a definovat mou cestu od herectví, od doby kdy jsem neměla žádné zkušenosti s režií, k režírování divadelních her, což byl můj hlavní důvod pro studium na DAMU, ale také mou cestu objevování vlastního vnitřního hlasu a režijního přístupu. Popisuji svůj studijní proces a získávání vědomostí, jak používat divadelní techniky a způsoby komunikace s různými složkami divadelní inscenace. V úvodu popisuji své předchozí zkušenosti. Moje diplomová práce má pět kapitol včetně chronologického přehledu mého přístupu ke každé jednotlivé inscenaci, na které jsem pracovala od prvního dne na DAMU dodnes. Závěrečná kapitola shrnuje mé dosavadní přístupy divadelní režisérky

Assessment of Potential for Forming Regional Identity of the Frýdlant Micro-region

The thesis deals with the regional identity of the Frýdlant micro-region. The main objective is to analyze a potential for forming of the identity according to the theory of institutionalization of region by Finnish geographer A. Paasi (1986). The thesis discusses conditions for creation of the shape of the region, observes current borders and the symbolic shape of the region and its polarization (peripherality), assesses a degree of institutionalization of the region and the current potential for forming of the regional identity in the area of interest. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part provides an overview of general background of studies of territorial identities, focusing on the observed phenomena (the identity, the regional identity, the potential of regional identity). In the second chapter the territory of interest is defined and the situational analysis of the Frýdlant micro-region is provided with a focus on demographic and economic indicators, respectively on the assessment of conditions for formation of the regional identity. The third chapter deals with the potential for formation of the regional identity with regard to various stages of the process of institutionalization of the region. Groups of people endangered by social exclusion in the Czech republic

Práce analyzuje jednotlivé skupiny obyvatel v ČR, které jsou nejvíce ohroženy sociální exklusí. Mezi tyto skupiny patří hlavně senioři, Romové, zdravotně postižení, neúplné rodiny, migranti atd. Práce obsahuje i opatření, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení stávající situace. Obecně k nim patří vzdělání a zaměstnanost. Zvláštní kapitola je pak věnována Romům, jelikož se jedná o dlouhodobě ohroženou skupinu obyvatel, jejichž situace se neustále zhoršuje.
