[cze][eng] Těhotenství, porod a poporodní období jsou důležité etapy v životě ženy a celé její rodiny. To, že během těhotenství i poporodního období dochází relativně často ke zhoršení nebo objevení se psychických poruch, si nemusí uvědomit ani profesionálové. Nedělka bývá v prvních dnech unavená. Málokoho napadne, že následkem porodu může žena pociťovat jiné emoce, než ty pozitivní a radostné. Poruchy v období po porodu, jsou psychické poruchy, které se vyskytují u ženy během neonatálního období, v období laktace nebo do jednoho roku věku dítěte. Mohou souviset s fyziologickými změnami po porodu nebo s problémy spojenými s přizpůsobením se mateřství. Být matkou je role velice důležitá v životě ženy, ve které se učí souznění s novým členem rodiny a zodpovědnosti vůči němu. Biokulturální vztahy, jako role manželky, matky, struktura rodiny, mají zjevně důležitou úlohu. V bakalářské práci bylo zvoleno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, sběr dat metodou dotazování, technikou dotazníků. Dotazníky byly rozdány matkám po ukončení šestinedělí v gynekologických ordinacích, které byly v Praze náhodně vybrány. Dotazník obsahoval 34 otázek. Výzkum byl proveden během měsíce března. Dotazník vyplnilo 94 matek, návratnost činila 71,6%. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úlohu porodní asistentky v oblasti péče o psychické potřeby žen v šestinedělí. K tomuto cíli se vztahovala první hypotéza, která potvrdila, že péče porodních asistentek je více soustředěna na uspokojování biologických potřeb, než potřeb psychických. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit informovanost žen o psychických změnách v období šestinedělí. S tímto cílem souvisela druhá hypotéza, že ženy mají informace o změnách psychiky v období šestinedělí. Hypotéza byla potvrzena. Třetí cíl měl zmapovat, jak se ženy adaptují na roli matky. S tímto cílem souvisela třetí hypotéza, která se týkala plánování mateřství. V hypotéze se potvrdilo, že ženy, které plánovaly mateřství, lépe přijímají roli matky, než ty, které jej neplánovaly. Čtvrtá hypotéza, která se zabývala snadnější adaptací na roli matky do 30 let, nebyla potvrzena. Bakalářská práce bude prospěšná porodním asistentkám, které pracují s matkami na oddělení šestinedělí, ale také dětským sestrám a lékařům. Naproti tomu také pro gynekologické ambulance, kde chodí ženy na kontrolu po ukončení šestinedělí. Lze se domnívat, že by mohla sloužit jako zdroj informací a mohla by být využita ke studijním účelům pro porodní asistentky a studentky porodní asistence. Pregnancy, childbirth and the period after childbirth are important stages in the life of a woman and her family. Even healthcare professionals may not realize that mental disorders quite often appear or become worse during pregnancy and the period after childbirth. A woman tends to be tired during the first days following childbirth. People do not usually understand that she may experience different emotions from feeling positive and happy as a result of delivery. Disorders during the period after childbirth include mental disorders affecting the woman during the neonatal period, breastfeeding and until her child is one year old. They may be associated with physiological changes after childbirth or problems related to adaptation to motherhood. Being a mother is quite an important role in the life of a woman: while playing that role, she learns to be in harmony with a new member of her family and assume responsibility for him or her. Biocultural relationships, such as the role of a wife and mother and the structure of the family, obviously play an important part.A quantitative survey was employed to produce the bachelor thesis, using interviews and questionnaires to collect data. The questionnaires were distributed to mothers who had completed their lying in periods in randomly selected gynecologists{\crq} offices in Prague. Each questionnaire contained 34 questions. The poll took place in March. A total of 94 mothers completed the questionnaires, which resulted in a return rate of 71.6%. The objective of the bachelor thesis was to find out about the role played by birth assistants in caring for the mental needs of women during puerperium. That objective was associated with the first assumption, which confirmed that care provided by birth assistants focused on satisfying biological rather than mental needs. The other objective was to determine the amount of information women had about mental changes during puerperium. That objective was accompanied by the second hypothesis that women were informed about mental changes during puerperium. The hypothesis was confirmed. The third objective was to examine how women adapted to their roles as mothers. That objective was tied to the third hypothesis which was concerned with planned parenting. The hypothesis confirmed that women who planned to be mothers accepted their roles as mothers better than those who did not. The fourth assumption, which dealt with a smoother adaptation to being a mother before the age of 30, was not confirmed. The bachelor thesis will help birth assistants caring for mothers in postnatal wards and child nurses and doctors as well as gynecologists whom women see after puerperium. The thesis could be a source of information and used by birth assistants and student birth assistants as an educational material.
