School beginnings of teacher Augustin Bartoš

This work describes an unknown early life, study, pedagogical actions and scientific reports of Augustin Bartoš (1188-1969), the famous Czech teacher, writer and educator of children with disabilities. He was born in Červený Kostelec, Eastern Bohemia and after attending local schools he was admitted to Teacher Institute in Hradec Králové. Graduating in 1908, he started to teach in schools around the city. During time, he promoted the activities of industrial arts and active school movement between local teachers. In 1912, he joined to Educational Institute for Boys in Hradec Králové and during 1919 helped to manage Educational Institute for Depraved Girls in Jilemnice. At the end of the year he was invited to be manager and school-master of Jedlička Institute in Prague. 176

The effect of psychological stress on the development of multiple sclerosis

The topic of his thesis Effects of mental stress on the development of disease sclerosis multiplex, I chose based on their interest in the field of neurology. With regard to the necessity of theme I in collaboration with MD. honey chose this topic because in the past published several papers dealing with this issues, but no single convincing conclusions. gradually with the expansion of scientific knowledge increased as well as the subject for several important discoveries, and so I wanted to try to collect the most recent work on the psychological burden of patients and of the knowledge of the etiology disease, immunological aspects and problems of depressive disturbances in patients with the disease MS. In my observations, I focused on course of disease in patients counseling for RS neurological clinic FNKV receiving antidepressant therapy, and some of them mention in the form of case reports.

Open-air gallery of baroque statues in Liběšice

This thesis deals especially with baroque statues in Liběšice, a small town in North Bohemia. This thesis is the first which considers this thema, in spite of the fact that the gallery of statues is a unigue urban project. According to this is the thesis conceived. At first there is a short chapter about the history of Liběšice, because especially demesne by Jesuits from Prague, who built up there a residence, had a big influence on a landscape around Liběšice. There is also a mention of several architectural works in this town, because these buildings are works of famous architects like Kilián Ignác Dientzenhofer or Guilio Broggio. The Jesuit residence, the church of Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the St. Francis Xaver Chapel are noted. The thesis is focused on a description and iconography of the statues in the small square. Sculptures on the garden wall of the residence and on the church wall are itemized and there is also a dokumentation of their damage. In the end Liběšice is compared with another statues and towns in the Czech Republic and there is a suggestion of possible analogies.

INFLUENCE OF COMMERCIALS ADVERTISEMENT ON EATING HABITS OF CHILDREN

Abstract Influence of commercials advertisement on eating habits of children The bachelor work summarizes basic information on healthy nourishment and the influence of the advertisement on teenage children{\crq}s feeding. Theoretical part is concentrated on basic information on rational nutrition, advertising and its impact on school children. Rational nutrition is characterized with proportional food intake, which is composed ideally from the point of view of quantity and quality. Regular and various food represents optimum not only for school children. It is possible to avoid many health troubles by following conventions of healthy nourishment during your life. The advertisement assaults children all around. Regarding food, children attach to the advertisement and an opinion of their peers. Yet the advertisement mostly promotes unhealthy fat foodstuff. According to investigations, children are different from adults in the fact that they don{\crq}t refuse the advertisement, they even like to watch it, they also better remember it and enjoy it. Kids make a difference between reality and fiction already from the age of four or five, from the age of seven they understand very well what the advertisement means and that its purpose is promoting a product or some brand name. In a practical part there are presented results of the investigation aimed at the problems mentioned above. The investigative part realized by questionaires is devoted to the type of feeding of school children and to the impact of the advertisement on them. The investigation confirms that the influence of the advertisement on children{\crq}s choice of food is very high. Most of school children prefer products known from the advertisements. I have managed to approve that school children shop according to the advertisements which they like to watch and that they prefer boarding in KFC or McDonald´s. Comparing answers from the questionaires, it is obvious that most school children prefer boarding at home to other kinds of boarding. My investigation also shows that children consume minimum fruit and vegetable, on the other hand they consume plenty of sweets. Total results evidence that the impact of the advertisement on feeing of children is huge and lead up to a cogitation about adjustment of the advertisements promoting unhealthy and fat food.

Gric Drahoslav: The french and the deutch organ Romanticism

The content of the following work is to compare the compositional techniques most important organ composer of the Romantic era of two different countries in which most clearly developed a new direction. The reader will be familiar with the historical context that led to the organist and composer to create a new position. It will be important insights to organ-builders art. which to a large extent influenced the composers. It is also demostrated for several dispositions of major organs. Finally, they listed those composers who have significantly enriched the repertoire of organ music, and thereby contribute to its development. For each of them we are focusing on the polyphonic work. According to an analysis of their fugues we observed variations and consensus compositional techniques of each of them. The texts of individual analysis are interspersed with scores samples for a better idea of music.

Excess iron can be very dangerous for the organism. Thus iron fate in the organism is meticulously regulated. The iron overload arises mainly as the result of frequent blood transfusion or some hematologic diseases. Toxicity of iron is based on the ability to catalyze the formation of reactive oxygen species. The risk can be reduced by the treatment with iron chelators. Iron chelators are compounds with different structures that are therapeutically used for iron intoxication, but are also examined in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, acute myocardial infarction and cancer. The ability to bind iron chelator depends not only on its structure, but also on pH. Thesis bearing the name ?Boarders of Contemporary Documentary Photography? is focused on specific development, which underwent foreign documentary photography for about last two decades. The work is divided into three separate chapters, each of them deals with a different topic. The first chapter deals with the process of integration of documentary photography in an artistic context. The following chapter provides detailed reports on a new trend in documentary photography, which is called conceptual documentary photography. The third part is devoted to the remarkable personality of contemporary documentary photography - Allan Sekula. His photographic and closely related theoretical work is so specific that it is allocated a separate area.

The planning applications in Business Intelligence

The main goal of this thesis is to create a manual for planning application named Targetty appropriately so, for the academical purposes used at University of Economics, Prague and also to create a demo of this application for Vetrotech company. The goal is fulfilled through detailed analysis of the application and by describing its functionality via screenshots of the application and their description. The app demo is created on data model which was suggested for this purpose. This thesis can be divided into three main parts. The first part considers the issue of the enterprise planning by both the economical and the Business Intelligence points of view. The planning principles are demonstrated via examples and explained into detail. The second part is dedicated to analysis of the planning application called Targetty and in the last one a demo of application for Vetrotech company is created. This thesis proves that the planning application Targetty is a suitable application for small or medium companies. It also contains an application demo for Vetrotech company based on data model which may be used for creating a solution for any companies specializing in commercial industry.

Czech aryanisation and anti–semitism in thirties

The bachelor thesis on the topic of Czech aryanisation and anti--semitism in thirties is describing, on the background of historical events, displays of hate against Jews in a period of liberal first republic and authoritarian second republic. The first chapter of this thesis follows activities of anti-semites and individual Jewish streams during the first republic. One part of this chapter is composed of author's analysis about a periodical named Vlajka, which was being published by a fascist organisation. In the second chapter, there are described fascist actions against Jews during the second republic and also anti-semitic exposures of the party Národní jednota. Besides, the chapter is also dealing with anti-semitic legislation. The last, third chapter is engaged in the problems of Czech aryanisation and tries to explain its rising illusion. The end of this chapter is also dealing with a historical period of Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, to explain the process of expropriation of Jewish properties in Czech lands. So the purpose of this bachelor thesis is to define how the Anti -- Semitism was expressed during thirties in Czech lands.

The thesis, entitled "Six Sigma and improvement of the specific financial control" deals with the Six Sigma methodology in general in theoretical part. It defines the method, the objectives of its establishment, its history, next, theoretical part covers key aspects of Six Sigma, its principles and benefits, tools, management responsibilities for Six Sigma, the COQ in terms of Six Sigma philosophy and most important, the DMAIC methodology, which combines theoretical and empirical part of the project. Practical part illustrates the use of Six Sigma, mainly the process of DMAICR method for ongoing project of the accounting department of financial headquarter of no - named international company operating in Slovakia, which aims to improve the reconciliation process of the Hypotax account as the reason of identifying the weaknesses and significant deficiencies in the process.
