The role of radiologist assistant in trauma diagnostics

This thesis compiles usage of medical imaging methods for diagnosis of trauma. Questions of the trauma is processed in general terms. This thesis deals with the procedure description of particular imaging modalities (radiography, CT, MRI, ultrasonography). The most frequent injuries of specific localization, used imaging methods, their expected profit, realization, and the role of an radiographer are described in chapters related to radiodiagnostic of the particular parts of human body. Philosophical, theoretical and practical aspects of the legal regulation of doping

70 Resumé Philosophical, Theoretical and Practical Aspects of the Legal Regulation of Doping Doping in sport is a topic that is not thoroughly explored in the Czech legal environment. This thesis will attempt to remedy this gap in two steps. First, it will summarize the status quo with regards to doping, its definition, its history and the current state of regulation. Second, it will propose a solution to the question of whether, why and how should be the doping regulated. The text is divided in six chapters, the first four focussed on the world of doping today and the last two on proposing a solution. The first chapter introduces the problems of elite sport and the use of performance enhancing substances. This is followed by a brief excursus into relationship between the law and sport with a focus on the world of global law. The third chapter covers the history of doping, providing definitions of the doping and briefly explaining the physiological impact of performance enhancing substances. The fourth chapter presents a snapshot of the current regulation in international, European and Czech law, as well as in 'sports rules' imposed by private organisations. Bachelor thesis "Tools used for motivation and stimulation in human resources" acquaits to methods and tools used for motivating people in the organizations. The first chapter defines basic terms as motivation, motive and stimulation. Its subchapters deal with definitions about sources and process of motivation and stimulation. The second chapter presents theories about work motivation and theories about motivation and productive output. The third chapter shows tools of motivation and stimulation of human resources. Major attention is paid to a presentation of these tools, e.g. personal development of employees, managing their careers, their education or employees welfare. The last chapter deals with motivation program within organization and sums up theoretic knowledge about motivation

We have been on the threshold of 21 century, where the structure of population is to be changed because of the decrease in natality, longer life expectancy and increase in number of advanced age people. For the first time in humankind history there are going to be four age categories, which have not realised their mutual roles yet. Contemporary family has been changing its structure and mutual family relationships. The state has taken control of some family functions so senior population has released its juniors from duties and the middle age generation neither feel the responsibility to prepare for their own old age or induce their children to respect the great age. There is a character of current society of hard individualism, the wish to get graduated, having their own life styles. The ability to understand people his or her need to live with somebody has disappeared. Hence it is quite difficult to achieve good relationships. The love for a man and understanding of the differences of the others has faded out somewhere. The old people are losing their dignity and feeling endangered of the time where they live. Wall Paintings in the Former Johanit Commandery and the Church of St. Prokop at Strakonice

The submitted bachelor thesis "The Mural Paintings in the former St. John Order's Commendam and in the Church of St. Prokop in Strakonice" focuses on the basic introduction to the dilema of the mural cycle from the first half of 14th century in the former commendam of the Order of St. John in Strakonice, located within the city castle. The first chapter is dedicated to the outlining of historical relationships leading to the creation of this cycle and concerns with the development of single area parts where the paintings are located. For functional reasons is this chapter particularly divided into columns. Briefly follows the history of settlement in the Central Pootaví microregion. Furthermore deals with the noble family of Bavors from Strakonice who were owners of the castle and had a close relationship to the St. John Order, which are the reasons for their participation. The last part of this chapter considers with castle and commendam building history. The next chapter is related to the mural paintings itself. Concisely summarizes basic literature, results of the restoration enterferences in the history and the present condition. Further this chapter considers with the description of single paintings in the light of their placing in the commendam and considers also the supposed date of origin....

Master thesis aims at issues of remuneration of employees. Thesis analyses the system, aims and factors of remnuneration in a particular company in order to propose improvement and conlude new ways of remuneraton.Thesis defines terms like motivation and stimulation, characterizes wage and salary and their common signs. In the next part thesis describes advantages and disadvantages of different categories of the wage. Thesis also includes part that concerns incorrenct method of appraisal of the employee. In the final part thesis introduces chosen company, whose system of remuneration is the subject of the master thesis.Thesis analyses this system in accordance with the structure of norms of the company. It also presents the suggestions how the system could be improve.

The aim of master´s thesis is a design of newly medical facility – psychiatric hospital for long – term mentally ill persons. This work aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a quiet part of city Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground and is partial basement. The object is designed in a technology of Heluz system. The construction of the roof consists warm flat roof. Tha main entrance is oriented to the east. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new psychiatric hospital in worked up with six structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program AutoCad.

Analysis of clusters in industry České Budějovice

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of conditions for development of clusters in industry and identification of these clusters in the area of České Budějovice. The basic standard for the selection of given companies is: the number of employees over 20 and the headquarter in České Budějovice. The data collection was developed by use of the Czech statistical office sources added by proper field research. The introduction is focused on the analysis of literature and theoretical-methodological scope of this thesis. It is followed by the theoretical aspects of production networks and its-own characteristic of the city. Afterwards, the individual evaluation and data processing is elaborated. In the conclusion of this thesis there is the evaluation and summary of the potential for the development of clusters in České Budějovice.

Economical impact of human capital Development in the Compan

This thesis titled Economic impacts of human resource development is focused on the assessment of particular system, which is used in the context of human resource management to iprove working efficienci. The theoretical part is focused on the specification of human resource management, appearance and development. Generally, reference is made to performance management, motivation and stimulation of employees. I analyzed the methods of remuneration, performance evaluation and employee skills. In the partical part the particular company and applied human resources management system, a system of performance appraisal, employee skills and education. Part of this chapter is focused on a group of executives of the company. The findings are evaluated and designed a more appropriate way of motivating and rewarding. Finally, possibilities are summarized and recommendet for efficient improvments to existing system in society.
