Evaluation of the upper grades pupils in the primary school and his influence to motivation to learn

This paper titled "Evaluation of the lower secondary education students and its influence on learning motivation" is focused on the most frequently used methods of evaluation at today's schools. It considers not only evaluation methods complying with students but also relation between evaluation and learning motivation. It includes an analysis of current situation of students' self-evaluation. The whole paper is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part portrays the core essence and the importance of the evaluation, its principles and qualities. It describes some important concepts, such as a pedagogical evaluation and its legal framework. It identifies function and techniques of the evaluation from the school legislation point of view and at the same time it illustrates the current tendencies in its development. It maps some types, forms and evaluation function. It explains in more details motivational function of evaluation as well as self-evaluation. The empirical part deals with a detailed research which is dedicated to exploration of the most frequently used pedagogical evaluation methods at the chosen schools. Simultaneously, it investigates which evaluation methods are preferred by students themselves and whether evaluation somehow impacts their motivation level...
How are high school students informed about virus biology

Biology is the study of viruses, which are engaged in teaching 2-3 lessons. During those hours, students must not only absorb information about the structure and function of the virus, but also the reproduction of the organism, several representatives and, ultimately, diseases that cause that exists prevention and treatment these diseases. Students remember what it is for the vaccine, the virus infects whom, how they can get infected or what the immune system. What makes the problem of students are questions: which of the viral disease is, what constitutes a viral particle, or what is an infectious disease. In the RVP G is determined curriculum is very vaguely. The teacher thus has a certain freedom in creating the ŠVP and its preparations. To more precise what students should know for graduation, testing requirements used common catalog of the school-leaving examination in this case of biology, who has broken the outputs of the curriculum of all biological disciplines.
History of elementery education in selected areas (school project)

This diploma thesis is focused on the origin and history of elementary education system in the area Prague- west. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practic. The theoretical part chronologically introduces the history of the schools since their inception ( complete dissolution ), to the present. The history of a particular schools in this area is the material source used to formulate the project for for students of different schools as the general public. The main aim of this project is to familiarize pupils with the history of their school and to strengthen the students' relationship to the school. The project will be realized in the school year 2014/2015. All proposed activities and expected outcomes are formulated according to the Framework Educational Programme.
The development of moral awareness among students of secondary and secondary vocational schools

Abstract Bachelor thesis entitled "Development of moral awareness among pupils of secondary schools and secondary vocational schools" is aimed at identifying and comparing the level of moral consciousness of students in the fields of education ended with graduation exam and the indenture. The work includes two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part research and study of the academic literature is used to process stages of moral development according to the most famous authors. The practical part contains a description of a device, in the form of a questionnaire to collect data. It was subsequently analysed and evaluated by comparative graphs. Analysis of individual graphs and survey results proved that moral development study group is not significantly affected by factors that seemed to be important during development of the pupil.
Didactic technique as a factor in increasing the effectiveness of teacher's work

Bachelor thesis Didactic technology as a factor for increasing the effectiveness of the teacher is focused on the use of educational technology in the teaching process. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate higher efficiency and quality of teaching using teaching techniques. Discovery was conducted using methodological tools in the form of a questionnaire survey , observation of students during lessons and informal conversations with teachers. From the perspective of a questionnaire survey among students has shown that the use of educational technology is a necessary part of modern education. Students in their responses also placed great emphasis on improving the overall school facilities. For the most commonly used technique of teaching students labeled computer, data projector, projection screen, interactive whiteboard. The expected outputs of interviews with teachers were often mentioned time consuming preparation of such a teaching unit, low interest of students, teachers age, needed to prepare the expert. Didactic technique can be described as a factor in increasing the efficiency of work of teachers, provided certain recommendations in the form of support for school management, students' active approach to teaching and constant technical self-education teachers.
Healthy lifestyle of the young population

This thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms like health and healthy lifestyle and describes principles of its adherence by children and young people, mainly in the area of healthy eating and marginally also the influence of other components of healthy lifestyle. Also, the theoretical part mentions possible influence of institutions on forming of these components, their resources for supporting healthy lifestyle and subsequently clarifies the process of Bronislav Malinowski's analysis of institutions. The practical part focuses on the particular institution which is Primary school Krásná Hora nad Vltavou. Also, practical part aims to verify the hypothesis that the given institution fulfils its role in the area of healthy lifestyle, particularly healthy eating and that this institution has enough equipment, staff, finances and norms to perform this activity. The verification of this hypothesis happens just under the Bronislav Malinowsi's analysis of institutions. Finally, the thesis observes the possible effect of adherence to principles of healthy nutrition in given institution, comparing the BMI index of primary school pupils. After performing these analyses, there follows final evaluation and making recommendations to the institution for improving the situation.
