Primary prevention problems of socio-pathologic phenomena at secondary schools

Dissertation brings summary knowledge about theory and practice of primary prevention realization of socio-pathologic phenomena within secondary school environment. Its target is to contribute to current discussion about effective prevention form in school and to enrich prevention cognition for empirical research findings. First part of dissertation is based on knowledge from several branches of science, nevertheless unifying view goes from sociál pedagogy range. Author deals with problems of socio-pathologic effects, their theoretic defínition and description of these effects that are endangering secondary school pupils. Practical part of dissertation analyses and compares approaches and problems, which are occurring in European and Czech context within primary prevention realization in secondary school. Third part is empirical research, which is set out for two phases. In the first phase is point of interest the teacher, which as an prevention methodist guarantees compliance with targets, content and prevention methods of prevention in the school. In the second phase then dissertation deals with views of secondary school pupils on selected socio-pathologic effects and prevention programs, which are in use at the schools. Self-help activities of siblines and childern of people with mental illness

Práce se zabývá problematikou svépomocných aktivit sourozenců a děti lidi s duševnim onemocněním. Jejim cílem je zmapovat tyto aktivity v zahraničí i v ČR, ukázat v jakém kontextu vznikají a fungují a navrhnout jejich další rozvoj a možnosti v ČR. Snažím se v ní upozornit na specifické problémy, se kterými se sourozenci a děti lidí s duševním onemocnění setkávají a odůvodnit tak existenci specifických svépomocných aktivit právě pro tyto dvě cílové skupiny. V první části práce (kapitola 1) nastiňuji vliv, který má rodina na průběh duševního onemocnění svého člena a jak je tedy důležité se rodinou zabývat a pomáhat jí. Dále se věnuji specifickému postavení sourozence a dítěte člověka s duševním onemocněním a poukazuji na to, jaký dopad má duševní onemocnění vliv přímo na tyto dvě cílové skupiny. Shrnuji také, jaké pro ně v současnosti existují profesionální služby v ČR a porovnám je se situací v zahraničí. V druhé části práce (kapitola 2) se zabývám svépomocnými aktivitami nejprve rodin lidí s duševním onemocněním obecně (jejich charakteristickými rysy, historickým vývojem v zahraničí i v ČR) , dále pak svépomocnými aktivitami přímo sourozenců a dětí. Srovnávám situaci v ČR a v zahraničí v této oblasti a na příkladech svépomocných aktivit fungujících v zahraničích navrhuji jejich možný rozvoj v českém prostředí.

This diploma thesis is dedicated to changes in commercial communication, branding (and brand management) and consumer behaviour. Its aim is to describe these changes and actual trends and show their impacts on communication planning. This work then describes in details new trends in digital communication and internet and how these trends influent behaviour of today's consumer. After reading this diploma thesis the reader should have a complete view of the most important changes in communication and should be able to apply them.

Odhad zajišťovacího poměru: srovnání konstantních metod odhadu založených na MNČ, ARCH a GARCH

Volatile prices of commodities relate to financial risk faced by individuals or economic subjects exposed to them. One way to minimize the impact of change in market price is to use its hedging by futures contracts. The optimal hedge ratio estimation (ratio between units of spot and futures contracts) is the focus of this study. Its objective is to compare hedge ratios based on minimum variance methodology using three methods - OLS, ARCH and GARCH, by measuring their hedging effectiveness using variance and value at risk reduction. The results differ across commodities, however several conclusions can be made. The ARCH-based hedge ratios do not perform significantly worse than the GARCH-based hedge ratios. The same estimation method can be used for assets having similar returns development and a well performing hedge can be expected. Results of hedge ratios of strongly correlated assets estimated by different methods tend to have very similar values to one another and to the related correlation coefficient. More generally, the best performing hedge ratios are those having very similar values to correlation between spot and futures 1-day returns.

Economic consequences of German exodus from Unicov

This thesis' main goal is to analyze the impact of forced exodus of German people from Uničov and its surroundings. The author does not want do describe the problem of Benes' Decrees, but the example of Moravian small town should illustrate theirs results. It briefly shows history of Czech and German colonization from medieval ages to the foundation of Czechoslovakia, then, as the basis for comparison, describes the economy, local politic trends and ethnic interaction between the World Wars and during German occupation. The main chapter focuses on Unicov in 5 years after World War II, the political situation, questions of the exodus and re-colonization of the region by Czech people from nearby, more distant areas of Czechoslovakia and even from 1 region of the USSR. It describes changes in agriculture, industry and entrepreneurship. All these sectors were somehow touched by the political change after year 1948. The study is based on older works of local historians, author's own research in archives, documents found in legacy and memories of the living elders.

The theoretical part depicts how World War II influenced the political, social and cultural situation of Britain. One of the main topics of this part is the solution of the post-war financial crisis, therefore the Marshall Aid programme and Welfare State policy are examined, just as their impact on the development of social classes in Britain. Further context is provided by the description of political changes in the late 1940s and the 1950s, specifically of the loss of British colonies and the Suez Crisis of 1956. Moreover, the theoretical part contains an analysis of different tendencies in British post-war literature. The main focus is put on the literature of the 1950s and the authors belonging into the movement of the Angry Young Men. More detailed characteristics of this movement is then featured in the practical part. Entrepreneurship in continuing education

Předložená rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou podnikatelské činnosti v dalším vzdělávání dospělých. Autor práce se snažil postihnout specifika podnikání v této oblasti z různých úhlů pohledu, zejména ekonomie, podnikové ekonomie, teorie managementu, marketingu, personálního a andragogického. Vycházel při tom ze zkušenosti manažera vzdělávání, zejména ze současné pracovní pozice v Institutu celoživotního vzdělávání v Havířově (ICV). Společnost ICV Havířov vznikla jako obecně prospěšná společnost před více než pěti lety a začala se orientovat na trh dalšího vzdělávání dospělých. Nejprve prováděla rekvalifikační studia pro horníky a další dělnická povolání, posléze začala zaměřovat své aktivity i na další tržní segmenty. V současnosti jsou její hlavni cílovou skupinou zaměstnanci veřejné správy. Vzdělávání této skupiny je velmi specifické a je podřízeno akreditačnímu řízení na MV CR. Přestože se ICV nezříká působení ani v ostatních vzdělávacích oblastech, tak jejím hlavním cílem je vzdělávání výše jmenované specifické skupiny, a to v cele šíři tohoto segmentu. V této oblasti chce zaujmout jedno z předních míst na českém trhu a vzdělávací službu přizpůsobit co nejlépe potřebám úředníků a co nejvíce ji přiblížit k místu jejich pracovního působení. Zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku v podmínkách volného pohybu kapitálu

Tématem diplomové práci je mezinárodní zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku. Jejím cílem je potvrdit či vyvrátit hypotézu, že ?český systém zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku neklade překážky volnému pohybu kapitálu?. Hlavní část práce spočívala v analýze relevantních českých a mezinárodních právních norem upravujících oblast zdanění dividend a úroků. Následně byl metodu komparace porovnán režim zdanění příjmu z kapitálového majetku ze zdrojů na území České republiky s režimem, ve kterém se zdaňují tytéž příjmy plynoucí ze zdrojů v zahraničí. V závěru práce analyzuje, zda český systém zdanění příjmů z kapitálového majetku neklade překážky volném pohybu kapitálu. Autor dospěl k závěru, že český daňový systém je v oblasti zdaňování dividend a úrokových příjmů plně harmonizován s evropskými právními normami a neklade žádné překážky volnému pohybu kapitálu.
