Internet Advertising Campaign of Educational Institution

Tertiary education is undergoing and will go through many political, demographic, as well as market changes. These changes should lead universities to respond in a certain way to avoid existential problems that may ensue. One way is to use marketing tools for promotion of their educational programs. This thesis deals with the essence of marketing management of a university and its broader context of promoting the school outside. Identifies ways to effectively promote the university on the Internet with specific examples of internet marketing campaigns of Faculty of Management, University of Economics in Prague in order to increase demand for undergraduate education program at the faculty.

DPRK Political Regime 1970-1994. Classfication Based on the Juan Linz's Typology of Non-democratis Political Regimes.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the Democratic People's Republic of Korea regime in the period 1970 - 1994 and to apply the results of the analysis on the Linz typology of non- democratic regimes. The first part focuses on a detailed characterization of three chosen types, namely totalitarian, sultanistic and post-totalitarian, on the searching for parallels and their comparsions. In the other two parts, the thesis focuses on certain aspects of the DPRK development that were chosen as the most appropriate regarding the typology. First, the period that followed after the fall of the Japanese protectorate,1945 to 1969, is analysed. In this period the regime start to establish its own new institutions. The next part examines the already established institutions in the period 1970 - 1994. All the results are then applied on the Linz typology.

Analysis of chosen saving and investment products on the czech financial market from the household´s point of view

The aim of this thesis is to describe particular financial products and compare them from the evaluation point of view. We also will review these products from the perspective of clients who differ in investment and saving attitude. We will focus on czech households and describe their habits in area of financial products and examine their behaviour during a time period in relation to phases of economic cycles and other exogenous variables. We also will describe functioning of financial system and focus on information asymmetry between houselholds and financial institutions. Further we will look at examples of moral hazard done by financial institutions. The conclusion of this thesis provides recommendations of suitable products for each client.

Valuing Financial Service Institutions within the EU

The thesis deals with valuation of shares of financial service institutions. This process is specific due to the characteristics by which financial service institutions differ from non financial service institutions. The thesis focuses on these characteristics and on the methods of fundamental analysis suitable for valuation of shares of financial service institutions. The aim of the thesis is valuation of the Erste Group's share considering selected international, macroeconomic, sectoral and corporate factors and determination of an investment advice. The thesis focuses on financial service institutions of the EU and financial markets at which they are present. The analysis of interdependence of financial markets of the EU is done in the thesis.

Emotional Solidarity in Elderly Care

This thesis deals with the emotional dimension of intergenerational solidarity in elderly care. Caring for an aging family member is a difficult life situations for a caring person but also for the elderly. How they cope with the situation, largely depends on the quality of their relationship. The paper presents the theories related to emotional solidarity in elderly care, mainly the theory of V.L. Bengtson, on which is based the research and presents also contemporary Czech and foreign studies on this topic. Quantitative methods used in the paper are based on data from research of prof. Hynek Jerabek et al. "Family Cohesion 2010" and analyzes the mutual relationship between the one who cares and elderly family member who need help. To find the factors that affect relationships, is used linear regression analysis factors are currently being compared to the situation of home care and for care with help of the institutions. The conclusions of the analysis confirm the assumption that emotional solidarity is most often provided kind of help. Emotional relationships between caring persons and the elderly are characterized by relatively high degree of reciprocity, which increases when they are caring of their own mother, and if they had harmonic emotional relationships with senior in the past. Comparative analysis of council's magazine Praha 1 and the Pražan magazine

Bachelor thesis "Comparative analysis of council's magazine Praha 1 and the Pražan magazine" deals with two magazines distributed to citizens of Prague 1st city district - the magazine published by city council and the magazine published by Věci veřejné, political party in opposition. The aim of this thesis is to compare preferred topics and image of townhall leadership and political opposition provided by the magazines in question, by means of the content analysis method. In the first part the terminology, related papers, law context and main problematic features of the council magazines are introduced, followed by description of serials (for which working title "opposition serials" is used) that stand and write against city councils. The following practical part first describes all involved institutions, local actors and the analyzed magazines including their production background. Parents, state and nursery school

DIPLOMA THESIS SUMMARY This thesis is aimed at reciprocal relationships between parents, the state and the nursery school. The key focal point of this research is a pre-school child and his needs as these are what the aforementioned institutions mainly concern themselves with. The theoretical part scrutinises the institutions. It explains their functions and examines their mutual relationships with the pre-schooler's needs in view. It characterizes the contemporary family and their current expectations. The diploma deals with provision of pre-school education by, the state as well as establishement and financing of nursery schools. It outlines historical development of the nursery school as an institution and reviews characteristics of a pre-school child. It also looks at various need assessment frameworks. The empirical part of the thesis is based on various hypotheses, some of which were aimed at awareness and review of the pre-school child's needs from the point of view of the teachers and the parents and some which were focused on satisfying the needs by the nursery school with respect to the child's individuality.
