Analytical approach to Missa "Veni Domine" by Jiří Churáček

The thesis deals with the analysis of composition Missa "Veni Domine" and general list of the output of composer Jiří Churáček. Thanks to the detailed analysis of composition Missa "Veni Domine", at wider spectrum of opinions on this topic has been brought to light. There were found three aspects for evaluation and analysis of Missa "Veni Domine". Firstly, I have taken into account the musical point of view, where the key words and topics are structure of the mass as a musical circle. Secondly, I have taken into account the aspects of historical composition. Thirdly , the historical point of view, where the holly mass is in the centre. In general, I could say that sacramental ordinarium is in conjunction with these three points of view. Analysis of one selected composition is followed by a general list of the output of composer jiří Churáček. Detailed analysis of other compositions by this author is not the subject of this work. I consider the currently realised complete list of this composer's output beneficial.The chapter about author's opinions corresponds with the conclusion of this work, where the spiritual base of the faith, musical production and human creativity are mentioned.

The positions of finite and non-finite subject clauses

Owing to its typological characteristics, English displays limited positional mobility of clause constituents, their position within the clause being an important signal of their syntactic function. At the same time, clause constituents may move out of their usual position if prompted by factors such as emphasis, structural complexity, information status, etc. What is true of clause constituents also applies to some extent to whole clauses. Unlike coordinate clauses in a compound sentence, subordinate clauses, particularly adverbial, may vary in their position, either preceding, following or even being inserted into their superordinate clause, with the resulting linear arrangement reflecting the relative weight of information which they convey, with the informationally heavier element placed finally. The position of nominal clauses and nominal relative clauses is determined largely by the usual position of the syntactic element they represent (i.e. the object clauses following the matrix clause predicate, etc.). Regulation of lobbying in Canada

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to define lobbying, actors of lobbying and their lobby activities within the frame of theoretical models of regulation of lobbying and subsequently apply these definitions to specific levels of Canadian government arrangement. The main question then is why it should be legislated to regulate lobbying. The structure of the Canadian organization of the State corresponds to two institutional levels. The first chapter is devoted to definitions of lobbying, and its actors. This chapter is the analysis of legal regulations related to lobbying. The second chapter examines the theoretical models of legal frameworks regulating lobbying. The third chapter of the above definition of lobbying is first applied to the Canadian federal level. The fourth and last chapter of the bachelor thesis gets to the very core of the topic, which monitors regulation of lobbying at the provincial level, which has included into its legal framework and consequently leads to a comparison of these legal frameworks regulating the lobbying in Canada.

Men vs. women - comparative analysis with using selected statistical data

The goal of the work is to ascertain the structure of employment in the Czech Republic in 2008 and its evolution from 1993 to 2008. And whether in the country, there is discrimination in pay between men and women. The introductory chapter describes some basic concepts relating to employment and other gender concepts further describes the types of data collection (survey) and classification according to which sort the data obtained. In the second, analytical part, the focus is on finding employment structure, its development over the past fifteen years, and the effect it can have on wage differences. Legal issues of the Internet from the scope of international and national law Global internet network has changed the social, political and business life of most people in the World. Communication is much faster, the flow of information all around the World takes a few seconds. Exchange of political opinions, personal and business information, works protected by copyright and other information has become unstoppable. Members of the international community are trying to tackle this new challenge to their legal and political systems. This diploma thesis is describing some arreas of private law where Internet plays the most important role and has changed the scope and interpretation of many legal rules. The work is dividend into two main parts. The first one deals with general aspects of the Internet such as its history, architecture, different regulatory layers, the copyright law on-line, general legal issues arising from the Yahoo! case and its impact on political systems. The undecidability of the field of rationals

Otázka rozhodnutelnosti, tj. otázka, zda existuje algoritmus, který by byl schopen rozhodnout o platnosti každé prvořádové predikátové formule, se dostala na výsluní pozornosti matematiků ve dvacátých letech minulého století. Spolu s ní byla zkoumána i rozhodnutelnost druhořádových formulí a obecně jakéhokoli matematického tvrzení. Souhrnně byly tyto otázky označovány jako Hilbertův Entscheidungsproblem a ještě roku 1930 Hilbert věřil v jejich kladné řešení. Roku 1936 však Alonzo Church ukázal, že samotná predikátová logika prvního řádu je nerozhodnutelná, a téhož roku pak Alan Turing představil dnes již klasický nerozhodnutelný problém, problém zastavení. Oba při tom ve svých pracech využili myšlenek, které formuloval Kurt Godel ve svém důkazu neúplnosti aritmetiky. V otázce rozhodnutelnosti základních aritmetických struktur přinesl první významný výsledek Mojzesz Presburger, který roku 1929 dokázal rozhodnutelnost přirozených čísel s operací sčítání a konstantami O a 1. Nicméně hned následujícího roku vyplynulo z Godelových výsledků, že tatáž struktura včetně operace násobení již rozhodnutelná být nemůže. Tím byla zároveň vyřešena i otázka rozhodnutelnosti čísel celých, neboť pojem přirozeného čísla je v této struktuře definovatelný (viz kapitolu 4.2), a tak je možno v celých číslech reformulovat každou...

Philantropy in Western culture. French civil society and nonprofit sector

Tato práce zkoumá místo filantropie v západní kultuře, vymezuje oblast neziskového sektoru a na závěr představuje dva příklady občanského sektoru, v České republice a ve Francii. Francie je v našich podmínkách obecně považována za zemi s rozvinutou občanskou společností a během první republiky byla pro rodící se československou demokracii velkým zdrojem inspirace. Navíc o podobě francouzského neziskového sektoru existuje jen velmi omezené množství informací v českém jazyce, a proto považuji jeho analýzu za přínosnou. Téma filantropie a neziskového sektoru v západní společnosti jsem se snažila uchopit v celé jeho šíři a propojit poznatky z různých oborů. Ekonomické hledisko jsem shledala pro potřeby této práce jako marginální, a proto bylo záměrně upozaděno. V první kapitole této práce je nastíněn historický vývoj občanského sektoru, který je pro pochopení jeho současné podoby klíčový. Důraz je kladen na specifika francouzské historie a naznačen je také vývoj v českých zemích. Druhá kapitola pojednává o fenoménu filantropie v lidské společnosti s důrazem na vnímání dobročinnosti ve třech monoteistických náboženstvích - křesťanství, islámu a judaismu. Inside the Surroundings

The topic of this diploma thesis is a form of own personal space which is confronted with scene visuality used in film industry. It is about linking an existing and fictive (illusionary) environment. I can see the cinematographic space as an image of its physical equivalent. I do search for scenes in existing movies, which are charting the interiors of environments, where the movie is being set. I do use the camera moves and the ways of seeing the immediate surroundings as they are used in those scenes and I repeat them in my own private apartment. Screenplay structure comes from my apartment dispositions. The final dual channel video leads the spectactor through two levels of space in the same time.

The State Fund for the Environment on the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic which main objective is to support ecological measures taken in accordance to the State Environmental Policy and principles of the environmental protection of the Czech republic. Apart from that it represents basic economical instrument of fulfilment of duties imposed by international treaties on environmental protection and by the membership of the European Union. The main goal of this thesis is to describe this intitution and to try to outline possible development de lege ferenda. For the accurate delimitation of the Fund in the structure of public finances, the thesis contains a large general part dealing with public funds. The diploma thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical foundation which is necessary for understanding of the other factors. The reader familiarises himself with the area of public finance and financial management. The second chapter follows up with the general foundation and presents financial management and also describes the structure of each off-budgetary fund.
