Edition is writed by {\clqq}regester``. {\clqq}Regester`` is some special sort od edition, where´s only part of text, in my case it´s a jumped text in the start of contract. Except the edition itself, my work contain a concise view about a development of town systém and town books in the czech countries from their origin to year 1620. There succeded a difference of town books in 16th century and in the present. Interested part is a summary of marketbooks in 16th century in the south of Czech. And of course for better putting into the context, there´s in one part the history of Prachatice from the origin to 17th centrury.

Role of the yxkO gene of Bacillus subtilis in responce to environmental stress.
Petrovová, Miroslava ; Lichá, Irena (advisor) ; Nešvera, Jan (referee)
ROLE OF THE YXKO GENE OF BACILLUS SUBTILIS IN RESPONCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL STRESS Abstract Mutation of the yxkO gene, which encodes a putative ribokinase and belongs to the σB general stress response regulon, leads to reduced salt tolerance under potassium limitation in Bacillus subtilis. The biological function of the yxkO gene has not been determined yet, but it may be involved in the high affinity potassium uptake system, which has been described in Escherichia coli in contrast to Bacillus subtilis. Our goal was to describe another features of a mutant in the yxkO gene and to try to propose the role of this gene. Using the integration vector pMutin4, we prepared a Bacillus subtilis strain MP2 with a yxkO gene inactivation. The MP2 strain displays limited growth in a rich medium and it is a sensitive strain to tetracycline. Furthermore, this strain is unable to form endospores and the cells are longer, which indicates a septum formation defect. We accomplished a 2-D protein gel analysis to compare expression profiles of the MP2 strain and the 1A680 standard strain after salt and ethanol stress. The MP2 strain shows changes in productions of some energy metabolism enzymes and flagellin protein. We conclude that yxkO is a regulatory gene, whose product has a pleiotropic effect on many of cell functions.

The Effectiveness of opiate substance treatment
Kourková, Zuzana ; Běláčková, Vendula (advisor) ; Říhová, Vladimíra (referee)
The thesis deals with a substance treatment of opiate addiction and determines drug abuse problems. The paper defines free and regulated market and describes drug prohibition compared with alcohol prohibition. The next part considers the theory of substitute and complement which is a basis for determination of a substance treatment. The goal of thesis is evaluating the effectiveness of substance treatment in the Czech Republic by force of cost-benefits analysis with current information. The empiric part is based upon the information about costs of substance treatment and about lost productivity. The effectiveness of substance treatment is confirmed, the amount gives after deductions for expenses an affirmative value. The next conclusion is positive appraisal of effectiveness of partial financing of Subutex, that is paid by consumer presently.

Elemental composition analysis of inorganic materials
Szmek, Václav ; Richtera, Lukáš (referee) ; Zmrzlý, Martin (advisor)
This work deals with elemental analysis of inorganic materials, that are presented by blast furnace slag and geopolymeric material containing fly-ashes. In the theoretical part there are explained principles of elemental analysis of inorganic materials. Ways of dissolution of samples, optical emission spectroscopy and electron microscopy with energy dispersive x-ray analysis are commented. In experimental part the ICP analysis of oxide standards is described. The standards were used for estimation of EDS-correction factors. Then follow the preparation, proving and use of standards in analysis of blast furnace slag. The work is finished by exact analysis of concentration profiles of elements in interface of phases in geopolymeric material.

Christianity in the modern Europe
Havliš, Viktor ; Tuček, Milan (advisor) ; Remr, Jiří (referee)
The diploma paper "Christianity in the modern Europe" thesis about form of christianity in the european countries. These countries are Poland, Ireland, The Czech Republic, Netherlands, Germany and Italy. The emphasis of this article is situated in the derived analysis of international survey European Value Study from 1999. The basic theoretical resources are taken from classic theory of deconsecration, which availability is breaken from present point of view. In the first part of diploma paper is describe me-4 todology, which is based on interview with christian vicars. Then ensues analysis of theoretical connections (definiton of religion, God, belief and christian worths). For global comprehension of present form of christianity in analyzed countries, is as the next chapter, chapter about history, concretely about the important moments of history of each country. In the derived analysis is described differences between Christians from analyzed countries. These differences are in contorversial topics (homosexuality, suicide, abortion, divorce and euthanasia), in political view, in practising of faith and in the concrete articles, which are subjects of Christians belief. The diploma paper describes demographic profile of christians too. Globally diploma paper straves to refer to invalidity of classic theory...

Papikian, Anzhelika ; Eichler, Jan (advisor) ; Dubský, Zbyněk (referee)
This bachelor thesis talks about the consequences of the war in Nagorno-Karabakh on the economy and trade of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The first part of this paper analyzes the historical and political context of the war and also describes the causes of the conflict. The following two chapters talk more about the core topic of this bachelor thesis, which is the main economic consequences of this war on the whole South Caucasus region. In the last part, the economy and trade before and after the war in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic after the war) is described. Furthermore, recent developments of Armenian and Azerbaijani economies are compared.

Control algorithms for e-car
Hrazdira, Adam ; Fiedler, Petr (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)

Politicians in permanent campaigning: four leaders in Czech parliamentary elections in 2010
Svobodová, Pavlína ; Mlejnek, Josef (advisor) ; Kučera, Jan (referee)
This thesis deals with the topic of political communication. Its objective is to describe the transformation of communication of political parties and politicians in today's western world. Society has changed and voters are less involved in traditional social relations and their behaviour is very difficult to predict. Moreover, differences in ideological background between parties has become less evident. Political parties thus have to invent new strategies to attract voters. The most important feature of political parties' communication is that it is indirect, mediated. Parties have to build very good relationships with journalists. It is of high importance to collaborate enough with the media. For this reason, other characteristics of political leardes are required than formerly. The today's politician has to evoke good image and appeal to citizens. To reach this goal, political and media consultans are paid and the use of opinion polls has become fundamental. These trends indicate that politics and governance has transformed into the so called permanent campaigning. We can see this tendency in the US and in the countries of western Europe. This thesis has tried to describe the situation in Czech Republic. It has focused on four leaders of political parties during the election campaign to the Chamber of...
